Wifi was spotty

Our stay was amazing, the staff was excellent and attentive. Location is perfect with a great view of the jungle. Our villa was very comfortable and clean. The staff took a lot of time and care to ensure everything is clean, even wiping the windows regularly. The garden is well taken care of. Outdoor bathroom was amazing with privacy, definitely recommend. If you like wildlife, this place would be for you. You can see plenty of birds flying around, frogs, lizards, and nighttime favourite-fireflies! Yes there's the occasional squeaky floor, but didn't bother me, I like the villa was so authentic Balinese style, it was beautiful. Breakfast was good and plenty to keep you going. Staff was more than happy to accommodate any special requests. Going back to staff, they were excellent, attentive and so prompt to respond and action any requests. When messaged on WhatsApp super quick to respond. At some point our aircon was playing up, they responded and came to check within minutes and called an engineer straight away to get it fixed. Special thanks to Rumini and Muliana who have been so attentive and kind throughout our stay and genuinely caring. All the staff has been so good. Looking forward to visiting again ?

I like staff they make is feel we are at our home. If I would recomend Mandana only for employee they have Construction noise during the day

The way the villa was set up truly touched my heart. It was the best place I stayed during my entire trip to Bali. The serene view and the sense of peace and privacy made it a truly special experience. I felt so at ease there, and it deeply enhanced my time in Ubud.

This was our second time staying at the Mandana Ubud Villa. The staff are absolutely amazing, so kind and helpful. The villa is beautiful, the views are breathtaking.

We traveled across Bali through the island. This accommodation was one of the most expensive we stayed in. And it must be said that it was also the most private and peaceful place we experienced—there was complete privacy and absolute silence. The only sounds we could hear were those coming from the jungle. It was truly breathtaking. The level of quietness here was something we hadn’t encountered anywhere else on Bali. We had complete privacy, which meant we could even swim naked in the pool. The breakfasts were excellent. Another great perk was the daily shuttle service to and from Ubud, which was really convenient. We had a geco behind bed and it was realy noisy - one night we slept outside, in front of pool? But this is nature.

Amazing private pool. Great staffs and shuttle services, very relaxing spot to stay privately in the jungle. And omg, the first morning when we open our room blind, the morning jungle view brought so much healing into our stay in Ubud ?? Everything was good but just a gecko was in our room and constantly some very loud sound that kept us awake during our sleep. The staffs did try to help and catch it but at the end they coudlnt find it. Well, its the jungle right? Regarding Insects and bugs, you gotta do the due dilligence to close the door constantly and also spray repellent as well. The staffs does a mosquito spray once every evening so we didnt get bite in our room. But we did while we were using the pool

We really enjoyed our stay in villa #1? Staff was friendly and helpful, and also good service with the free ride to the riceterrace. And they also organized our ride to Jimbaran when it was time to move forward? Everything was superclean and the towels smelled soooo nice? Lots of warm water in the shower, and the shower was good. Loved the sound of gekkos and other animals in the calm environment in your own peace??? And breakfast was amazing, served to the villa! ??

Location was relatively remote which is what we were going for. The idea of staying in a peaceful location in the jungle was what appealed to us. It was definitely in the jungle and had a nice view. The pool was also a plus. Also the staff was very accommodating and very quick to help with anything we needed. The jungle was also the downside. Perhaps I was just being optimistic, but there were a ton of bugs and other animals like lizards and frogs that made their way inside the villa. I expected some, but I didn't expect to find new animal droppings on our things everyday. A large frog (about as big as my hand) made his way into the villa and jumped through all of our things. We had a wasp nest removed from the all outdoor restroom, only to find another that day. Additionally, the sheets and towels felt a little musty from the humidity. With the bathroom being completely outside, the towels were quick to attract bugs and be stained from the dirt. All of this detracted from the peacefulness we were hoping to find.

Our stay at this villa was nothing short of magical! The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the jungle – waking up to the lush greenery and the sounds of nature was an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the biggest conveniences was being able to rent a scooter directly from the villa, which made exploring the surrounding area so easy and hassle-free. Another amazing feature was the option to have a massage right in our private villa, overlooking the stunning jungle. It was such a relaxing and unique experience – pure bliss! If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, with excellent service and thoughtful touches, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

The food was amazing, the host were incredible, easy to get around, they provided a shuttle to Ubud center which made exploring the city very convenient, I would totally recommend this place because of the staff. They took such good care of us. Nothing to complain about
