Staff, great view and big room

It was beautiful and clean and staff was amazing The climb down and back up from my room was an extraordinary amount of stairs. Almost 5 min of walking up purely stairs. This is not an issue for most rooms - mine was just at the bottom. But it was one of their premier suites with river view. I could not see the waterfall as I hoped.

The hotel is located in the middle of the jungles. The view is just fantastic. The sound of waterfall and birds are great The property gave me 1 hour free massage as I was alone, free breakfast, free floating breakfast, everyday afternoon tea free, minibar free, fruit basket free This is really good offer for me as I was planning to pay for it Staff are really welcoming and food in the restaurant is tasty and not expensive . Too far from the airport. Around 1 hour 30 min drive away

Our three-night escape here was nothing short of unforgettable. From the immaculate room and high-quality amenities to the exceptional dining, every aspect of our stay was handled with care and excellence. What truly set this place apart was the remarkable staff. Each team member we met was gracious, attentive, and genuinely kind, creating an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and warmly personal. We especially cherished the elegant afternoon tea and the wonderfully grounding yoga session. Special thanks to Putu for his thoughtful instruction and gentle encouragement throughout the class. We leave with wonderful memories and only one complaint - that our stay wasn’t longer. Wholeheartedly recommended. I liked everything!

Breakfast was good although buffet would have been appreciated for a chance to try more local food. Room was large and comfortable with all amenities, welcome fruit and drink, farewell cake. Staff was wonderful. Also appreciated fact that because we did not get the view expected as per room description, the hotel offered us a free a massage. Spa was great. Got one of the best massages in my life. And I did have many. Too many stairs because hotel built on a cliff. Not sure whether it is mentioned anywhere that the hotel is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. If not, it should be mentioned. Also too many bugs for my liking but nothing the hotel can do about it.... Would say it is the perfect place for nature and bug lovers :-)

STAFF AT RESORT WERE THE ONES THAT MADE OUR STAY FANTASTIC. THEY TREATED YOU WITH RESPECT, COURTESY AND DID EVERYTHING TO MAKE YOUR STAY AS WELCOMING AS POSSIBLE, NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE. AS A VEGETARIAN, EVERYONE KNEW WHICH MENU TO BRING DOWN TO ME FOR BREAKFAST. BREAKFAST SELECTION WAS SO AMAZING. OUR TAXI WAS BOOKED FOR THE AIRPORT ON OUR FINAL DAY BY BOOKING.COM, THE DRIVER LET ME DOWN TWICE AND THE SEBALI RESORT WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GET ME A TAXI AT VERY SHORT NOTICE. GOD BLESS EVERYONE ONE WHO MADE OUR STAY AWESOME, FROM RECEPTION, CATERING AND CLEANING STAFF AND MANAGEMENT. I WAS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE POOL IN OUR VILLA, IT WAS VERY DIRTY, EVEN THOUGH THE FILTERS CAME ON AND STAFF CLEANED THE LEAVES OUT EVERY MORNING, IT STILL NEEDED A THOROUGH CLEAN OF THE TILES, GLASS AND ALGAE BUILD UP. WE NEVER USED THE POOL AT ALL.

Young staff and no since of responsibility. The place was full of mosquitoes and geckos, when I checked in i found 4 geckos in the room and i asked to change the room immediately. Food quality was very low and our request wasn’t proper responded.

Upon arrival, I was assigned a villa that was completely exposed to the restaurant area, where all guests seated at the restaurant had a direct view of the villa and the private pool. This resulted in constant disturbance and a serious violation of privacy. Additionally, the actual condition and layout of the villa did not match the photos and description displayed on Booking.com, which is misleading. I would like to emphasize that I am on my honeymoon, and I had clearly requested privacy in advance from the resort prior to arrival. When I raised this issue on-site and asked to change the villa, I was informed that this was not possible.
