Excellent Everything was exceptional

The breakfast is excellent. Freshly prepared breakfast delivered to each room. Parking lot is quite small. I guess most people rent motorbike. Staffs are very nice. In the middle of the night, I heard mice scurrying and chasing each other across the roof—perhaps it’s because the hotel right next to a field. It’s my only complaint. Hope you can find a way to stop it.

The entire atmosphere within Sunshine Villas Ubud was amazing, the moment you walk in it felt like a calm, palmed paradise. The employees were incredibly caring, kind and helpful. The rooms were very nice and we liked the spacious (outdoor) bathroom. The breakfast choices were good as well, we specifically liked the Indonesian one. Nothing. The accommodations are not too soundproof but usually there are quiet times as well.

The location is a bit out of Ubud but easy to get to/from by Grab Bike. However, I enjoyed the quiet outside of the hustle of Ubud and loved the view of the rice terraces!

Very friendly and attentive staff. Property was very clean, including pool. Good value for money. Spacious room, free and delicious breakfast. A little far out from city center especially in traffic.

Very calm and nature is so beautiful

Building work next door was SO loud. Villas could’ve been a bit more secure - no safe in the room and then huge gaps in the doors that easily rolled off their hinges.

Staffs can be a bit more polite. We used their laundry service and they lost one of my shorts. When we raised concern they just said that we must have not given them even though I had noted what all we had give. It might have been a one of instance but better to record or take pic of clothes that you are giving to laundry. We took the massage assuming that there would be a spa room whereas the masseuse just comes to your room and gives a massage. The bath tub wasn't working of our room, it was not holding down the water.

beds should have been bigger

There should be better lighting, especially in the bathroom, towels and mosquito net should be replaced with new ones. Apart from that, everything is great.

It’s perfect get away for some peaceful stay. Net around the bed was perfect. Shower area needs some light specially at night.

This is a gorgeous property just outside of busy Ubud in the rice fields. New property, clean and modern rooms. The pool is gorgeous and the staff is helpful. Comfy bed and delicious breakfasts! Nothing. It was perfect

The staff are just amazing, very warm and really helpful! The location is very nice, close to Ubud center and all the activities, yet remote enough to enjoy the silence of the nature.

We stayed on a private villa with swimming pool. Beautiful hidden place to spend some time relaxing. Nice view of the rice fields. Great and warming service from the staff. Very close to the hotel there are some constructions, so you can hear noises about that and maybe some people looking at you. The light from the bathroom is really bad. All the room and everything is beautiful even the bathroom as it is but there’s almost no light at all. Feels very dark.

Everything about this property was spectacular! The food was great and the best customer service! They offered us services going out of the way! Totally would recommend it to our friends and family

Pretty location in rice fields, nice eating area Not waking distance to much, private pool not private, horrible lighting in room especially bathroom, room wouldn’t stay cool, shower uncomfortable and filled with rocks, water would not stay warm for long, ants, cat outside room, walls very thin and could hear everything

The villa was very beautiful surrounded with rice paddies . Staff was really helpful and nice . We really enjoyed the pool time . Breakfast was also fine and met our expectations . Little away from main ubud downtown and market so we have pay for taxi or scooter to go to market

I think it was a overpriced for what it was offering. Clean the room everyday, or at least make the bed without asking the customer if this should be done. Cleaning should be the default option. Also bring water if you see that there are no more bottles
