Amazing stay! Everything was perfect! The hotel grounds are extensive and beautiful. There are many activities available, like yoga, afternoon tea, craft projects, shuttle to town, and there was a special dinner with an Indonesian dance troupe performing. Our room was large, with a balcony, swing and sitting area. The staff was very attentive and professional and always remembered our names. Room was very large, so needed a night-light to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

This property is magical - in a stunning lush setting. The rooms are very large and clean, the pool is serene, and the spa is glorious. The location is also perfect. We walked everywhere- yet also could escape the Ubud chaos in the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, proactive and very professional. There is nothing I didn’t like.

Absolutely stunning property with lush landscape, beautifully designed, clean and peaceful. Nothing short of amazing! The staff here are spectacular and make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. You really feel pampered and cared for in every way. This resort is a sanctuary just a few minutes walk away from the bustling streets of Ubud. Rooms are very spacious with large bathrooms and very cozy beds. We especially loved the pajamas, bedtime stories and complimentary water and cookies in the room that were refilled daily. The staff are also impressively good at restocking and cleaning the rooms very quickly while you're out of the room. Bathroom/mirror lighting could be brighter.

I really enjoyed my stay at Komaneka. The room was lovely, with a big bathroom and plenty of space, and I loved having a balcony with such a nice view. The staff were honestly amazing so friendly, professional, and welcoming, which really made the experience special. The spa was exceptional as well, both the setting and the staff were outstanding. They truly went above and beyond to give us the best experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay. There wasn’t much for my toddler to do at the hotel, so it wasn’t the easiest in that sense for families with little ones. The food was fine but nothing special, breakfast was quite limited. Still, it wasn’t bad, just not as impressive as everything else at the property

Where to start! Such a beautiful property in the heart of Ubud. We really enjoyed staying here as part of our honeymoon, and it was worth the extra splurge for us. The onsite rice terraces, walkways, and various pools were gorgeous. The room was tasteful well appointed. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious (we ordered the included room service one morning which was such a treat). The staff was so kind, always going above and beyond, and often addressing us by name (impressive!). Ferni in particular was fabulous at check-in. The location was top-notch, within easy walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, etc (I recommend Root down the street!). Yet - while on property, you would never guess you were in the heart of Ubud... it was a calm and magical oasis which felt worlds away from the chaos. Definitely recommend! Nothing - everything was top-notch!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! What a beautiful location and views from the room. The place was spotless, the staff could not have been more helpful and interested in ensuring our stay was perfect. The food was lovely and good value in this more upmarket hotel. Afternoon tea was really nice, always different during our 4 night stay. The two swimming pools were lovely. The whole place had such a nice relaxed welcoming atmosphere. The room was really big- a suite with huge bath and separate shower area. Huge comfy bed and large balcony with great views over rice paddy gardens and jungle. Having to leave! We couldn't fault this place and we've stayed in LOTS of places.

I woke up each morning to the gentle rustle of palm trees and the sight of the forest bathed in golden sunlight. The room itself was spacious and beautifully appointed, blending modern luxury with authentic Balinese design. Every detail—from the deep soaking tub to the handcrafted woodwork—was thoughtfully curated. What truly set this experience apart, though, was the staff. Warm, gracious, and genuinely attentive, they made me feel seen and cared for at every turn. Whether it was the personalized welcome, the turndown notes, or the kind conversations in passing, their hospitality was heartfelt and never forced. I especially loved the infinity pool overlooking the jungle, the peaceful breakfast terrace, and the indulgent spa treatments. There’s something magical about enjoying tea and fruit after a massage while listening to the river below. Komaneka at Bisma gave me the quiet luxury I didn’t even realize I needed. It was the perfect blend of calm, comfort, and connection to nature. I left feeling grounded, restored, and deeply grateful. Would I return? In a heartbeat. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were so kind, the food was good, the spa was exceptional and the setting is breathtakingly beautiful! We enjoyed lounging by the amazing pool and yoga in the morning. Staying here was worth every penny! Nothing! Everything was perfect :)
