It was a great location right in the center of Ubud. Breakfast was very good and all of the staff were great. I didn't like that we smelled cigarette smoke in the room...

Leaving early Noise from staff no stop from 545 in the morning till late at night. They hose the place all the time, even after rain , so you continually slipping on walkway or paving stones, it's very dangerous, a court case waiting to happen.

The location is close to all facilities. 10 mins walking to Sacred Monkey Temple and convenience store. Staffs are very friendly and helpful full. Bed is very comfortable. We will stay again. The street noise is non-stop, but it doesn't bother me at all. It's like characteristic the area

it’s close to center and easy to reach for anything first of all I reserved 2 family room with the same price they gave us on big room with connected room and my own one was small room wish duplex it means there was 3 bed in the same square it was very bad i felt lik it was a scam for me

Staff was very good Toillet super dirty and towels were stained, ripped and dirty too. Bed sheets with stains and marks
