The good photographer that took the beautiful photos to advertise the place (nothing looks like in those photos ) Staff very nice Location ,quite close to the market and palace ,lots of restaurants / cafes around ☹️ The place needs some investments especially on towels (stained ,white color became grey / yellow) , locks (was taking ages to lock the door )toiletry recipients (very dirty ,labels partially pilled off ) Very noisy , very thin walls ,could hear conversation from next door

friendly staff and the ease of communicating location of the property was excellent - near bebek tepi sawah, super market, tukies ice cream easy to drop off and pick up at the hotel as the parking was on the main road could have had a better wifi connection and also maybe a cable connection would have been nice, but it is not minus factor

Location and Cleanliness great For the money they charge you don’t get any breakfast and they don’t offer room clean much unless you ask, you can get more for your dollar elsewhere. But the location is great and there is no would in rooms

I loved the location of this hotel and the price. The staff is also really nice and accommodating. It is a very basic room in my opinion. I was given the first room on the first floor after leaving the reception area which wasn’t really comfortable and it was loud in the morning especially when the house keeper was in and I could hear conversations in the reception area. The hotel was not booked up and there were plenty of rooms open so I was confused that I was given a room in that location since I know there were better rooms available. The hotel sheets were stained, not dirty but stained from use over time. Hotel towels were like a grey color and kind of worn also.

The location was great, 5min walk to Yoga barn and many cafes and restaurants close by. The staff was nice and friendly. I booked the standard room which I found quite unclean and there was a bad smell. It was close to the reception and the busy road. The top part of one of the walls was open and I heard the road noice and rain even through my ear plugs. There was also a light coming in the room from top of the wall during the night. I asked if I can change room because of the noice and I had to pay to upgrade my room to a deluxe room. The deluxe room was allright, the noice wasn't as bad there and it was cleaner. I didn't like that you could not open the curtains because the people walking past would see in your room. Also in the deluxe room the curtains were broken and hanging unevenly in the window. Under the bed was dusty and not cleaned in a while. The towels were clean but grey and worn out. The other part of the safety lock was missing which made me feel a bit unsafe. On the way to the rooms there's a fountain that does not work. The pool area was ok, only 3 chairs to lounge on. Wifi was unrealiable sometimes working fine, sometimes not.

The location was great. Rooms are not very sound proof, I was lucky to be there when there wasn’t many people

Clean & comfy little guest house. Great location, everything close by and 15 mins walk to the yoga barn. Could hear some street noise at night from neighbouring bars & restaurants.

Great location right in the middle of everything. However it wasn’t very comfortable for me as it did not feel very safe . Would I stay again, of course if it’s a short term stay because it is very central and close to everything. One can enter straight into the villa complex
