The position of the hotel is ver central, i walked to most places. The yoga barn is ver close and lots of shopping massage and the markets are walking distance. It is off the main toad so traffic noise is minimal. It is an old hotel as some of the facilities are looking a bit tired. It could do with a bit of love. The rooms are decorated traditional wooden furniture The beds are comfy All rooms have air con and are very good temperature without the air con on. There is filtered water available at reception. The staff are friendly and happy and just delightful. I would stay there again

Friendly staff (as always in Bali because people are just nice here) and good location if one is interested in living in the city center. I have stayed in Ubud many times, different locations and different types of accommodation. From my experience I can say this hotel is priced as a hotel but really is a big guesthouse. There are many guesthouses in Ubud where one would have the same level of esthetics and convenience but twice as cheap. On weekends you also get a very loud live band show from 8 till 11 pm even if you didn’t ask for. Rice fields view was very modest (+ construction works).

Great facilities, strategic location, knowledgeable, friendly and supportive staff. There were by design, no TV's in the rooms.

It is a serene setting amongst the nice fields just off the bustle of the street The grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept. I loved our rice field view. Our bed was VERY squeaky. Any time you moves at all it would squeak.

The breakfast was good but not exceptional. I thought the location was good and it was nice that it was away from the street and not to far from the downtown area. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The pool was nice but because of the rain we could not use it very much. In aisa I have become very use to having a bidet hose on the toilet and was somewhat disappointed that the room didn't have one and my partner who is from Thailand felt the same.

Just steps away from a busy street, you walk into the lane and enter a tranquil space filled with greenery and flowers. Beautiful, serene, relaxing.

Fantastic hotel. Our room was spectacular. Will definitely stay here again. They have a free shuttle into the main area or you can walk it in 20mins Everything. Quiet and no kids splashing around in the pool

Such an incredible place right in the heart of Ubud. The staff were so delightful, the breakfast so tasty, and the room was so spacious, and clean. The best place to stay in ubud, could not recommend it enough!

Clean and spacious very quiet room with free shuttle to explore Ubud. A lot of good restaurants around and it’s very strategic location. We recommended to stay here.

We always stay here in Ubud. That's because of the location in the heart of Ubud and the pleasant atmosphere and large rooms. Our air conditioner was a bit in need of attention.
