The villa is spacious and big for the price. Well air conditioned rooms for a mosquito free stay. The staffs are nice and make sure that our stay is private and comfortable. None

Very basic and old rooms. I tried to reach the staff by messaging them and they never answered. The curtains didn’t close completely, so I didn’t have full privacy. No free drinking water

It is very calm and the price is incompatible cheap. -

The staff were friendly and accomodating The facilities including the bathroom could do with some upgrading. There was a mouldy smell permeating the room and just wasn’t too inviting. Be mindful that it’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the main roads with cafes and restaurants and the lane to access the property is quite narrow (cars cannot enter), so you many need to carry your luggage 100m or so.

Space and location

Rooms very large, clean and tidy, lovely shower and good air con. Very handy to nice cafe Amsterdam for breakfast. Very walkable to main street via quite off street path The pool was very close to someones room, it didnt bother us but was interesting. Very clean pool. The breakfast wasnt worth ordering as brought in from somewhere else, much nicer cafes near by.

Size of the room Comfort of the bed and pool.

Was further away from centre of Ubud than I thought when booking
-
The price was good and the place is ancient The receptionist was so poor to deal with the guest And no system to see the booking online

Its disgusting room

Staffs are nice. Laundry service is nice. The room and bathroom are spacious. Mattress is quite old, has a dip at the middle. There's some unknown black grain around the corners.

The location was great just a short walk from city centre to feel the vibe of Ubud but away from the craziness. Had the 2 bedroom villa and the view was beautiful. The breakfast was lovely and staff helpful. The kitchen and bathrooms need a deep clean.

Superb

Nothing I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The fan was extremely slow, making the room uncomfortable. The shower had very low water pressure, making it difficult to bathe properly. The room was poorly lit, and I had to open the curtains just to get enough light to get ready. Unfortunately, the curtains didn’t even cover the window properly, leaving little privacy. The outside premises had no lights, so returning at night meant using my phone’s flashlight just to find my way and unlock the door. Speaking of which, my door handle was broken, which is a serious security issue. The staff were unhelpful and even mocked guests who had complaints, which was incredibly unprofessional. There was no one around to assist with any concerns. The WiFi was poor, and the coffee was of cheap quality, not even dissolving in hot water. The furniture was old, the basin was tiny, and overall, the place felt neglected. It’s clear that guest comfort is not a priority here. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Suitable for one night, would not recommend more.

The room, comfortable bed, joyful hosts, I felt like family and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I'd stay again. Breakfast was a little hit and miss, juice and coffee were excellent and I opted for pancakes most days as scrambled eggs were a little over cooked but that's only a minor issue.

The staff were very polite and helpful, and set up coffee/tea for us in the morning. The accommodation is basic with Aircon/fan, a warm shower and comfortable beds. Great price and hospitality. I extended my stay here for 2 more nights. Thank you! The bathroom was a bit old. Otherwise everything was fine
