We had a beautiful honeymoon at Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud. The hotel is peaceful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, making our stay extra special. Great location only 10 minutes walk to Ubud center. We also loved the complimentary room upgrade. After make-up room service, we even received a beautiful premium tote bag as a souvenir such a lovely touch! Perfect for a romantic getaway. Highly recommended!

I had a very comfortable stay at Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud. I originally booked a Deluxe Twin Room but requested one bed, and the staff kindly arranged it for me with a free upgrade, which I really appreciated. All the staff were very welcoming since when i arrve, staff breakfast is always makesure abt our food is sweet and always ready to help. The breakfast food was also great with many options, free cappuccino, and fresh fruits that can be mixed into a custom fresh juice. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Ubud.

The staff was very kind and eager to help. The lighting in the gym was really bad. The hotel needs to upgrade the lighting system in that room. It was giving me headache to workout there.

The hotel is very well maintained and very well managed. The rooms are very nice, especially the bed, which is extremely comfortable. You sleep really well and can start the day feeling refreshed. Otherwise, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay in Ubud: a beautiful infinity pool and a small but adequate fitness centre. The shuttle service to the city centre is also great, providing a quick and convenient way to get to the sights. We booked bed and breakfast. We always enjoyed the breakfast very much because there were various options from Western to Asian, including freshly prepared egg dishes and sweet options. The staff are extremely polite, attentive and friendly and really took good care of the guests.

Very comfortable and clean hotel with fast Wi-Fi and a great location, close to everything within walking distance. The hotel also provide a shuttle service. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. The coffee machine gor espresso, capuchino, machiato and Hot milo is reallyy best and all free. The another point plus is welcome Mini bar is freee......Recomended place!!!

The team kindly made an effort to accommodate my request and even gave me a free room upgrade, which I truly appreciated. All the staff here are extremely welcoming. They greet guests by name and are always ready to help with anything, making the stay feel very personal and warm. The breakfast was excellent and very diverse. A big plus point is the free cappuccino and the availability of fresh fruits, which you can mix with other fruits to make a fresh juice based on your own request. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud for a comfortable, friendly, and memorable stay in Ubud.

Room was exchanged with another one right away, as the initial one was unbreathable, mildew or mold not visible but smell assimilated with. New Room received was very fine, with all amenities listed in offer. Resort has all facilities, the massage was a proff.one, not compared with those from main street. Breakfast was diversified, reach. Staff very pleasant and nice. Swimming pool great. Hope for a return in this life... I amaze with cleanlines in this hotel public area, pool, restaurant and well maintan. The room was suppeerrrr clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, The interesting also they served traditional Drink and make a explain about jamu. The complimentary minibar is a big plus perfect for enjoying a drink upon arrival without needing to go out. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent, less than 10 minutes from Ubud Center. Highly recommended!
