Budhi Ayu Villas Ubud

Ridiculously quiet that you don't want to wake up. Beautiful green area. That we stayed only 3 days in the villa.

We liked the villa and the rooms — they were comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very good, especially the fresh fruits every morning. The rooms were cleaned daily and everything was kept neat and tidy. There is a 24-hour convenience store nearby, which is very practical for small purchases. The hotel also has a small gym, a yoga area, and a dedicated massage room — all very convenient. However, the location is not very walkable. There are no proper sidewalks, so to get to the center you need to take a taxi. Overall, the villa would benefit from some renovation, as signs of wear are noticeable, especially in the bathroom. The toilet should be fixed more securely, and the shower definitely needs repair. The shower needs improvement — the water temperature constantly changes and the pressure drops, which is quite uncomfortable. one day we asked for the pool to be cleaned, but it wasn’t done. Since there are many palm trees around, leaves and debris fall into the pool, so the water wasn’t very clean.

Value for money. Location (except for the traffic on Ubud streets with no sidewalks making walking totally impractical). Service. Some enhancements to the facilities such as better lighting in the room and bathroom in particular.

Lovely staff. Beautiful garden. Kids loved our private pool. We had a villa, it was peaceful with cicadas and birds and tropical flowers. The breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and responsive to requests. On edge of busy part of town, relatively easy to walk to Monkey Forest. The room furnishings are sparse, not enough comfortable places to sit. Small details were missing - like few electrical outlets, toilet paper and towel racks in inconvenient place, AC in rooms was variable. Water pressure only OK.

Lovely quiet villa with our own pool and garden. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Great value for money The water pressure was a little weak in the shower and the aircon was stuck at a low temperature. We just turned it off at night and the room stayed cool. Very minor complaints and the good definitely outwayed any negatives

Staff were pleasant and check-in process was smooth. Communication was also great! We had a big group and they did a good job accommodating our needs. I booked the suite which was very clean and comfortable - no complaints there. Overall, great value for the stay. Breakfast was also good and convenient location. The standard rooms aren't as clean, particularly, most bathrooms had mold. The property is beautiful with beautiful surroundings but they could do better with the details - cleaning of pool floors and getting rid of mold in the bathrooms etc.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable — always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh local options, and the overall vibe of the place was serene and relaxing. It was one of the most rejuvenating stays we’ve ever had — a perfect mix of comfort, nature, and warm hospitality. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ubud!

The ambiance. The bath tub at deluxe 5 is not functioning well. The water dispenser was at the lobby only.

The court is large, room is in big size. The swimming is also good. The staff is very helpful! Nothing I can think of. Maybe a little short of parking space.

The area is so quiet, serene, yet still near to a lot of nice restaurants and cafes. The room and bathroom are so spacious for such affordable rate we pay. They provide two pools and they are clean. One is located just in front of the room, so it is very convenient for me Nothing. The whole experience is so great and superb. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others

The villa looks amazing and exactly like the photos. Private pool and we'll maintained lawn makes it a perfect getaway. The road leading to the villa is also filled with flower plants which again adds to the aesthetic nature. Very calm area. We had day trips so we had to leave at 6:00 am almost everyday, they kept breakfast boxes for us. Staff is very helpful. The spa was amazing. The location is walking distance to money changers and grocery store. Grab delivery for food and taxi is very convenient. Overall had a great stay. Staff will clean the room and lobby everyday, even mow the lawn alternative day. Limited utensils. Even after asking for plates we were not given sufficient plates. For 5 people staying in the villa were provided with only 3 big plates, we were told they need plates for their restaurant. We had to take dinner in turns. If you don't wish to cook and eat in then this should not be a problem for you. Lighting could be improved in the lawn and swimming pool. Only one light fitted in the pool and no lights in the lawn.

The room was perfect! Very spacious and comfortable, I was assigned to a room on the 2nd floor with a little private swimming pool right downstairs, it was very nice to sit there with a drink overlooking the pool and trees! Highly recommend! Nothing at all, totally exceeded my expectation with the price range! The location is a little bit off the main touristic area, but it wasn't a problem for me, as I prefer to be outside rather than staying in the middle of traffic.

My fav hotel in Bali! They offer massage at the sane hotel and staff is really nice ?? Once instance when there was an outage in my room for a few hours (besides the general Outage from Ubud, cause this happened in different days)
