Very friendly staff. Large villas. Location was not great. Not a lot walking distance. Streets are bad. Building next door (May 2025) they could see directly into bathrooms. Was noisy and we couldn’t have blinds open.

The staff here are fantastic and attend to any question and concern you may have. The food is amazing. And a huge plus is the laundry service! Can't recommend this place enough. You're in a wonderful location. About 30 min walk to the Main Street and the monkey forest. If you're staying in Ubud, stay here. No complaints

Our 3 bedroom villa was beautiful, and very comfortable. The staff were helpful, accomodating and very friendly. The receptionist has great English, and was very good, helped us organise transport too. Food was absolutely beautiful, great prices. The accomodation is a little far from anything, however can get cars easy enough into the centre of town. Only downside is that the upstairs bedroom can kind of see into the bathrooms of the 2 downstairs bedrooms, so you just need to be wary of that & keep certain blinds down

Beautiful villa, the rooms were spacious and clean. Having a pool in our own space was amazing and convenient. Breakfast was limited but delicious; as well as lunch and dinner food options. There were a few places close by like small cafe and markets, within walking distance. The staff was really accommodating and pleasant. Overall, great stay for the price. The property is pretty far from the more big city attractions and things to do. Driving to and from the property definitely took up more time than we’d expect

It was lovely and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was beautiful. Had a spa treatment which was lovely. I stayed in one of the individual rooms which was lovely but the sound proofing between my room and the next room was very poor. I could hear most of their conversations. It was somewhat disruptive.

Very nice and comfy, great pool, great surrounding. Location is good, walking distance to the center and the Sacred Monkey Forest. Breakfast was ok, not bad. The bedsheets and pillow cases were dirty the when we checked in, but we told the reception and they changed them right away.

We loved everything! The stay was incredible. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was exquisite. The staff had a wonderful disposition and always greeted us with a smile, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

Very cozy place. The people were nice and very helpful. Its isolated, so no noise polution. The shower needs a bit more pressure.

The whole experience was wonderful staff very polite and helpful gave us information made arrangements when ever we needed,Breakfast food had many choices .Really enjoyed There was not even one negative thing i can say about property,staff everything five stars.
