The views and the hotel are very beautiful. Super Balinese style. Also, the breakfast was super complete with healthy options. The staff was wonderful! We got an upgrade to a family room and it was super appreciated. Also the SPA was super nice and relaxing! Have in mind that this hotel has many steps, and that can be a problem for some guests.

We stayed 3 night in the hotel . Pictures of hotel are misleading the hotel is very old and looked a bit dodgy . Lobby is basically an open old temple , all facilities are very old . We got a nice room abowe restaurant and it was great Because at least we have nice view and big room with bath and hot water , but the other rooms like bungalows looked a bit dark with no much sun access .I would not stay there again for sure but we were happy with our room at least . Regarding the pool it was very cold water that my kids didn’t want to swim in it and the photo of the pool that is oval this pool is miles away climbing down so not really accessible if you want to go with kids . Breakfast was ok but nothing extraordinary as some people mentioned it was fantastic - not it was average . This is good brand hotel and has got 4 start but I would not rate is as high , area looked old and scary , hotel need a big renovation . Pool - cold water Second pool far away Overall look of the hotel - very old and scary need maintance .

Had a wonderful stay at this resort! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from every morning. What made the experience even more special was the staff — everyone was so warm, polite, and always smiling. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome and relaxed throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway! none

I absolutely loved the location of this retreat. I love the amenities they had to offer. We personally didn’t get to try everything however we got to try the healing session and the Malukat ceremony and it was so refreshing and nice to experience! The food was great. The rooms were super clean, and we loved the artistic architecture in this retreat. Loved everything about it

The location is near to ubud market. There are many coffee shops nearby. Housekeeping staff Sutrina, Desta and Angga really kind to us.

The property is magical. You can feel the energy as you explore the grounds. It's a perfect location to relax but still be in walking distance to city life. I booked a healing session and purification ceremony during my stay that were both so powerful, I highly recommend. All of the staff were so kind, caring and considerate. Pitaa was incredibly welcoming and helpful through my entire stay. There is construction across the river that can get loud. The resort does their best to mitigate, but there's really not a lot they can do.

Breakfast was supposed to be buffet style but we were there in low season so ordered from menu which was fine. They did have some cold selections available. The shower was quite mouldy however given the humidity its understandable. The main pool is a long walk down a lot of steps, ok going down but coming up was difficult.

Everything was amazing…. From the time we were greeted on arrival with a blessing to when we left the staff could not have been more outstanding and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Loved the beautiful setting of the forest all around to the sound of the running river below. Nothing was not beautiful

It’s put you in a mood. The resort is very beautiful inside you will have breakfast with a great view Nothing.

It is a gorgeous property w/ temples, terraces, sacred banyan trees, and such friendly, helpful staff. Some stairways were a bit steep, but it was magical to explore the property.

The service was impecable. Super kind and generous. They offer great workshops and classes to get to know the culture deeper. Nothing. Just be careful with slippery stairs as it is deep down in nature!

The property is in a great location, in walking distance to a variety of cafes and restaurants, if you are adventurous and don’t mind the heat you can walk to the city centre easily. The Spa is beautiful , very serene and its location is the best of the whole resort. You are welcomed with beautiful smiles, kindness and a blessed ceremony. The breakfast is lovely, plenty to choose from for all tastes. The menus are very nice too. The property is central yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, so very quiet. Overall highly recommended for few days in Ubud, I stayed 1 week. My only concern is that I was in a room with connecting doors (ideal for families or friends travelling together but I was by own and I cherish my quietness). For few nights I had neighbours whom were a bit loud. So maybe better keep the connecting doors rooms for family and friends. And my room was facing the restaurant so not so private. Everything else was lovely.

Absolutely amazing hotel, close to city center! Very peaceful and relaxed, tranquil. Breakfast was delicious and staff was brilliant. Room was very big, biggest that I've stayed in any hotel so far Just one issue that you could hear your next door neighbour. Two nights in a row a crying baby woke us up

Amazing location, the breakfast was absolutely delicious buffet style and loads of options. The rooms were so lovely, they had blackout curtains perfect for nighttime. Drinks in the mini fridge are free and restocked daily. Nothing

Amazing breakfast with excellent coffee, free yoga classes, beautiful spa. Unfortunately rooms are bad isolated so you can hear your neighbours and sometimes it can be really annoying if you have someone loud above you.
