Nice staff , friendly . The location is superb and everything around you The ac was not that cold however i did not ask for the reception as it worked for me . The shower pressure is not that strong it can be improved better .

The intimacy of the place to escape to after the loud crowded main street. Beautiful pool and big rooms, lovely garden. I would suggest some maintenance work, like walls, furniture. I needed a thermometer but they didnt have it nor any medecine. I wish my bed sheets were changed after 4 nights but it didnt happen. Staff was very friendly, but sometimes seemed a bit too relaxed.

Serenity and culture. Beautiful rooms, beautiful grounds, beautiful staff. Very conveniently located amongst restaurants and shops.

Everything was very nice. Nice staff, nice owner, room was gorgeous, grounds gorgeous, pool great for sun bathing and laps.

Very central Room did smell a bit

The things I liked most about the hotel were the friendly and helpful staff, who always greeted guests warmly and were willing to assist with any questions or requests. Their positive attitude made a difference during my stay and created a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel’s appearance was quite appealing. The design and decor gave a nice first impression, with a clean and pleasant look that added to the overall comfort. My stay was disappointing. There was no cover outside, so it was hard to stay dry when it rained. The stairs got very slippery and unsafe. The lighting was poor, making it hard to see. The shower had low water pressure, and the room cleaning was not done well. The hotel needs to fix these issues for a better experience.

wifi didn’t work well in the room and they would not let me change room without charging more, bit overpriced, tons of mosquitos near the pool

Strategic location at town area, short walking distance to Coco mart, restaurant cafe The bed sheet,pillow cover and towel did not change during room service and got smell. Don't have tissue box, coffee table, chair

Love the location and the pool. We stayed here before in a different room that we liked very much. The walls of this room could use a lick of paint.

Close to everything and backs onto grasslands Very quiet Monkeys Pool really peaceful No water pressure I didn’t like seeing the monkeys being hunted with a sling shot at daybreak

The property was quiet despite being in the heart of things. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The only thing that was lacking were hooks to hang wet towels.
