You can enjoy swimming pool. You can enjoy big common area for relaxing or dinner/breakfast. Breakfast was good . I stayed there for 3 days and took dinner from them . It was lovely ! I took east ubud tour service from them , it was good! My scheduled flight was delayed and they arranged us same room at same price . Thanks for that :) Ohh i forgot to mention. They have two lovely pets !! not such thing

I had a beautiful experience at Tirta Arum this year in Bali. I originally booked for 4 days and ended up staying much longer because I truly felt at home there. The warmth and kindness of everyone at Tirta Arum made my stay very special. The team was always helpful and supportive — they helped me rent a scooter, gave me useful information about the area, and even stored my luggage on my checkout day, which I really appreciated. I had my breakfast one day in the pool.. that was beautiful, thank you for taking care of me. They also take great care of the rooms and clean them daily whenever needed, which makes the stay very comfortable and peaceful. There are restaurants, cafés, and laundry services nearby, making it a very convenient location. By the end of my stay, I honestly didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend Tirta Arum to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming, and peaceful place to stay in Bali. ? Nothing

Location and polite service. We had mold in the mattress and the bed vas very dirty. There was also someone’s blood.

The bedroom is a bit of outdated, although very clean.

Staff is very nice and breakfast facility has a nice garden I felt mislead by the 4 star rating. Look at my photos and judge it for yourself. This place could use some TLC, towels, sheets are VERY used and have dirty stains. It felt quite dirty although it was cleaned.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff — they truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Every team member was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities are top-notch — clean, and well-maintained. Everything was perfectly organized, and you can tell that a lot of care goes into ensuring guests have the best experience possible. Overall, an amazing place with exceptional service and facilities. Highly recommended and I can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hospitality was like no other. They treat you like family and always want to make sure you have everything you need. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. It’s hidden and very private, but not too far from main sightseeing attractions. Breakfast was included and was delicious! My favorite part was the fact that they all interacted with my son. Something I’ve never seen in other hotels we’ve stayed in. My son was so happy to stay here and we will definitely be returning soon! We loved everything!

We like the nature vibes of the property. It was also clean and the staffs are friendly. The wifi wasn’t working in our room (room 6) and it seems like the staffs are aware of that but they put us there anyway. We had to go to the restaurant area just to get some connection. Our room is also located below the pool where the machinery makes some noise so we weren’t very comfortable.

This property is not suitable for housing because it is not the best at all really. The pictures of the property on social media are not suitable for housing in terms of cleanliness, service , or the way management deals with them. First, we were robbed by the hotel manager and his employees (they opened the safe in the room with their MasterCard and stole 300 dollars from it, which is equivalent to 4 million rupiah in their currency. We brought the Indonesian government and they made a report for them. As for cleanliness, the place is full of insects, and they do not have the ability to spray agents to eliminate all kinds of insects. There is no cleaning service. We have to talk to them more than once daily for them to come and clean. We were supposed to go on the 9th at 12:00. We walked on the 8th at 2:00 in the morning because of their treatment and we did not have another place to stay again.
