LeRosa Valley Resort

Breakfast, both private and public pool, staff, cleaning, view from rooms. All great. The food at restaurant, slippery ground inside the room when it is wet after pool or bath, it is a bit dangerous especially for kids.

This was our second time staying at leRosa. It's a gorgeous boutique hotel with stunning views and a generous size private pool. The staff are very responsive and always kind and cheerful. This is our favorite hotel in ubud and we will return! The vegan options are a bit sparse. But we love the place so much, we don't really care!

We discovered this resort with my spouse before coming to Bali and immediately loved it. Everything was even more beautiful than it looked online, and we are truly happy that we chose to stay here. The entire resort team was very friendly, kind, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. A special thanks to Ms. Ela at the reception for her warm hospitality. The food at the resort was delicious, the room and the pool were very clean, and there were plenty of tours and activities offered. The massage we had was incredibly relaxing, and we were very satisfied with it. We also really enjoyed the tours we joined they gave us the opportunity to explore many beautiful places. Our guide, Wayan, was very cheerful, helpful, and shared interesting information about every location we visited. If we visit Bali again, this will definitely be one of the places we would love to stay at again. Occasionally, we saw some insects and small reptiles around, but that’s quite normal and expected given the beautiful jungle setting of the resort.

A special thank you to Wayan, the driver, who was incredibly kind and showed us the best of Ubud — we made unforgettable memories thanks to him. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything exceeded our expectations. Definitely a 5-star stay and we can’t wait to come back!

The only problem was the hot water.we couldnt take shower properly,cus the hot water took us 30 mins each time to get fixed but the rest was fine

An exceptional view, peaceful atmosphere, beautiful sunsets that you can watch in the privacy if your pool. We even had a visit from monkeys :) All of the staff members have shown great hospitality. We enjoyed fresh breakfast at the beautiful restaurant terrace. It's on the pricier side, but the view alone is worth the money.

The property was very close to ubud center, but also in a very nice quite environment of the forest. You dont feel the chaos. Rooms were nice, clean and staff was amazing! So helpful, finding solutions to everything, and smiling al the time. You feel at home here! Stairs from the villa is very tiring :)

The staff were extremely warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, receiving us right as we stepped out of our taxi. They welcomed us with drinks, leis, and even a detailed tour of inside the villa itself. This quality of service and friendliness from the staff was top notch, and was consistent throughout our whole stay. Villa was amazing, with great views of the jungle from the private infinity pool and inside from the bed. The food from the resort's restaurant, Monkey Tree, was also great; we loved everything we ordered, including the daily breakfast. Would like to stay here again! - Villa location is not on Grab, so it made e-hailing a bit inconvenient unless you coordinate with the driver - Bugs, but that is to be expected if you're living in the midst of a tropical valley. Ask for bug spray for the stubborn ones :)

We stayed at LeRosa Valley Resort for our honeymoon, and they made our stay so amazing and relaxing that we wanted to stay there forever. Villa was big, had private pool and an amazing view of a valley. Breakfast was tasty and various. Free shuttle service to Ubud was available too. There are only 4 villas so it's very private and everytime we had a feeling we were all alone. There is also a bigger swimming pool where we could take some sunbathing. We have no words to discribe how happy we are about out stay there and I hope someday we would be back! Thank you ?

The location being 10-15 minutes away from Ubud center was perfect. It allows you to go downtown for tours, shopping, and eating, while also allowing you to relax without the hustle and bustle. The restaurant and staff on site are fantastic and there were several cafés nearby for some variety. Obviously, the private pools in the villa were also a very nice perk. We liked everything about the property.

We loved the peacefulness of the property. The room was fabulous and the food was very good. The staff was very accommodating and gracious. We felt completely pampered while at the resort. Any requests were accommodated by the staff with a smile. We enjoyed the customized tour of Ubud that the resort arranged for us. There were only a couple things that could be improved on: 1) The steps into the pool in our room were very big and not consistent - this caused it to be difficult and scary getting in and especially out. 2) When it rained, we had large puddles inside our room where the windows are leaking. 3) The water was extremely hot and actually could be dangerous - perhaps a warning. 4) The couch could be a little bigger or include some soft footstools for relaxing while watching tv.

The room, the pool and view over the jungle. Very welcoming, polite and cooperative staff ❤️ No toilet privacy. Due to its location you should expect wild life: insects, lizards. A lizard entered our room also at the last day we found a small scorpion in the room, fortunately no harm happened.

Hospitality, clean, new, beautiful property

LeRosa Valley Resort is a fairly new hotel (Opened in August 2023) and the facilities are still quite new. We were delighted by the hospitality of all the staff, and with the small size of this resort, we were given personalized attention throughout our stay. The resort staff delighted us with a flower bath, a honeymoon cake, and even a parting gift as we left. There was also a resort car that we could take to drop off in Ubud city. Definitely recommend! The only downside is that there was some construction at the entrance for another building, but no issues since there was zero noise disturbance during the stay.

The property is simply AMAZING, located 15 minutes from ubud center (there is a free shuttle available though!) in a lush green neighborhood that feels like you’re in the jungle. Beautifully designed, sparkling clean and with the nicest staff team ever. We enjoyed our time at LeRosa so so much and we enjoyed every day and night in this stunning villa. The (floating) breakfast is exceptional, the views are unbeatable and again - the staff is so so friendly. Really good good options in their own restaurant too! They really went above and beyond for our comfort and even prepared little parting gifts. Thank you very much for having us, we had the best time. 100% recommended to stay here, great value for the price!!
