Great location in Ubud Sayan - just 10 minutes ride from the Ubud Palace. The jungle-facing rooms are exceptionally peaceful, with no outdoor noise. The staff were incredibly helpful and always responsive via WhatsApp. Our spacious room felt more like a luxury apartment, and the large balcony with a private jacuzzi was a highlight. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay. Overall, restaurant service and bar service was very slow. You wait like 5-10 minutes for a cup of coffee, 30-35 minutes for food, which is I think a bit too much for Bali standards. Also, the sunbeds in the pool are not very suitable for tanning as they are uncomfortable.

The hotel was super nice and clean , and it exceeded my expectations. The decoration is modern, and the furniture is very clean. And the most important thing is the treatment of the staff which was exceptional and very professional. Totally worth the price. The breakfast was very delicious but i think they can add more options of food.

It’s a great place, a bit far from the centre but very relaxing, staff very attentive and lovely. The bathrooms are not that well taken care off, some marks and scuffs that are not really pleasant.

The hotel consists of five floors, with the reception located at the top. The fifth floor is the level that has the swimming pools — counting downwards, not upwards. The hotel restaurant is more than excellent. Overall, I recommend the hotel for adults, especially. I also suggest contacting the hotel before arrival to book some activities, as I found them fully booked. I recommend staying at least two nights at the hotel or more, with two meals included. There are a lot of mosquitoes near the swimming pool.

We had an amazing stay at Anumana De Suite in Ubud and truly enjoyed every moment. The service was exceptional — the staff were consistently warm, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. The hotel’s aesthetics are beautiful and calming, with a great Ubud vibe that makes the whole place feel relaxing. Our room was spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything spotless. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ubud! Nothing
