Alam Wayang Ubud

The room was clean and comfortable, with a large bed and a nice bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the location was convenient,close to the center of Ubud while still being peaceful and quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

The room was beautiful. It was exceptionally well-designed with a lovely glass covered outside bathroom. I loved the private tropical garden and the plant-filled winding path through the property to reach it. The restaurant menu was imaginatively designed and tasted delicious. I was unsure about the no password internet access. I would prefer password protection. The entrance to the property was a motorbike parking spot which made it noisy.

The most amazing calm serene nestled away from the noise. The bed is so comfy and I had the best sleep. The staff is simply amazing and always had a lovely smile on their faces. Wish they had a more extensive room service menu.

From the start to finish it was a wonderful stay. We were worried about depending on the golf cart to take us to the hotel but despite reaching at 2am, the hotel staff kept communication and picked us up. The golf carts are always available! The outdoor washrooms was the next one we were a bit concerned with, however we got used to it and it even grew into us !! There wa jus something blissful about it The property does their fair share of warning you about geckos and insects, however to my surprise there was no insects or geckos! Be smart and keep the doors and window closed in the evenings as they are attracted to light. We tried the massages and ring making as well available on the property both were great and worth the money spent Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. We highly recommend this place! It really takes you away with the green and nature all around you. The staff are amazing, very polite and helpful at all times. Kudos to the whole team and thankyou very much ??

Beautiful garden, very traditional balinese setting and rooms, great breakfast - very accommodating for adjustments. The location is great away from a busy street since there are no cars allowed. Easy to walk on pedestrian walkways to restaurants, yoga, grocery store and take the stairs down to the main road. Loved how it felt like being in nature. The large open air bathroom is a nice feature, each room is very private since they are each little buildings. The staff are very nice. The pool is also great. Not as high-end as expected (the photos make it seem more so), it's still very charming and I would recommend it.

- The location is nice, though it's in the small and narrow alley, they have the buggy car and can pick you up from the pick up point with no problem. - The staff are very nice and friendly, including the cat and dog they're so lovely. - The villa that we were staying is beautiful and enough for two persons, bath tub and bathroom is great. - The air conditioner in the room was warm, not producing enough cold air as it should be. - The hairdryer has a very low airflow even though it was on the highest air flow mode (I have a very short hair and still find it hard to dry my hair)

The room is great and very private. It is close to great restaurants. The staff was fantastic. The jewelry making class at the hotel was very fun.

Everything was perfect!!

Good stay in Ubud, close to the city center (15 minutes walk). The villa is located right in the middle of a jungle-like environment, with plenty of vegetation. When renting this accommodation, you should expect to encounter different animals and insects (geckos, mosquitos, spiders etc.). This was not a problem for us, but you should be aware and know what to expect. Keeping the doors of the villa closed, will save you from having them inside. The location is well maintained and very clean. Complimentary water is provided daily. The pool is a great asset for the accommodation, and very clean. All in all a good accommodation option in Ubud. The front desk/restaurant staff could be more friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a la carte - meaning you get to choose one food option and one beverage option. As regards the coffee, only Balinese is included, for the rest you have to pay. There are only vegetarian and vegan options available, and if you want non-vegetarian options (bacon, sausages) you also have to pay.

Worms in the room, the bathroom has a small hole, not enough for a beautiful view, but it brings in mosquitoes and insects

Facility is new. Really nice open bathroom. Pool is great and the garden is beautiful Nothing really. Just wish they have the scooter renting service (or collaborate with a scooter renting agent), will be easier for guests.

The villa was amazing! Really comfortable rooms with great bathrooms and common area. It went well above our expectations! The staff was super friendly and we really enjoyed our time there. The restaurant food was also very nice. Very recommended Nothing

Clean, good bed Every morning it was very noisy — conversations, people laughing. We stayed in one of the first villas, and as soon as we woke up, we could clearly hear people talking loudly and making noise nearby. It was impossible to get a proper rest. The room didn’t have proper curtains — one part of the window was covered, but the other was not, so it got very bright early in the morning. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, making it difficult to watch movies or stream anything. The buggy service that takes you around the property is a nice touch, but overall, it’s not the most convenient setup. All in all, we wouldn’t stay here again.
