The breakfast was delicious and plenty of food. It was absolutely wonderful to have fresh juice, fresh fruit, a coffee and deliciously prepared eggs benedict. The on-site yoga chalet was beautiful; the free morning yoga class was nice. They are expanding the property to provide more units so some of the property was under construction.

The service and the staff is amazing. Hospitality is at top level. They are remodeling a big area for which the pool area and some views are obstructed. Not a major deal.

Too many time waited for check in. Too many hard communication between staff and I needed access to the special app, that didn’t work. Wi-fi was slow. Furniture in bathroom was broken and the taps was full of lime

Lovely location - quiet - salt water pool- the shala - the rooms - loved it all ! Restaurant - food is not too varied - small portions - kitchen staff angry and rude ! Expensive food and not much variety ! Construction nearby annoying when you come to relax !

There is no telephone, so you need to contact reception by text and they don’t respond. It is not easy to get to the rooms and the staff didn’t help to move the luggage in the check out.

Pool was lovely. Nice and friendly staff at the restaurant. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Loved the outdoor bathroom. Was specifically looking for that. Balcony Doors were not completely sealed off when closed. Thus there was a lizard in our room at the middle of the night on the wall which refused to leave. Manager did not responded to some what’s app texts I sent. He responded to my husband even though my name was on the booking.

Rooms are big and beautiful and have a balcony. However the location is a 35 minute taxi ride to the town centre in Ubud. Which is a huge inconvenience. There is hardly any restaurants or cafe or any shops in the area. The food at the restaurant was nice, however extremely limited. Had to keep ordering the same meal and mostly vegetarian, no meat at all just prawns. No beef, no chicken at all.

The staff, location, the design of the hotel, the massage The hotel is very calm and clean. You will sleep under the voice of nature Special thanks to Any who is working in the restaurant. She was always playing with my kid ? Breakfast, I think you should expand the menu.

Though the menu was very limited, the quality of food was excellent..overall very good stay... bathrooms are decorated beautifully..

I didn’t like it at all There is a lot of lizards and the reception is not 24 hours and there is no phone at my room  we only communicate with the reception through WhatsApp
