Sari Murni

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay in Ubud and would absolutely give it 5 stars. I stayed here for one month, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The owner is an incredibly kind and sweet woman who made our experience so special. She went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, including arranging scooter rentals and laundry, which made our stay so much easier and more comfortable. What really stood out was her kindness during Nyepi (the Silent Day in Bali). She was very thoughtful and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of during that special time, which we really appreciated. The room itself was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a perfect place to relax after exploring Ubud. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back again!

The hotel room was clean, spacious and had good AC. It had nice artwork on the walls and even a working desk. The staff were all super helpful and kind. I felt safe and enjoyed my stay there. A bit hard to find the location.

This is where you want to stay! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful compared to the chaos and traffic in central Ubud, but it’s still a short ride to everything you want to do. But the hotel itself is terrific! It’s a beautiful boutique hotel that made me feel as if I were staying in a garden! The room was large, and spotlessly clean, and the staff, particularly the owner, were wonderful. So gracious and attentive and helpful. They arranged my driver to pick me up at the airport, and they can arrange any number of activities. I loved it! I had a balcony overlooking the area, and spent hours there just chilling. There’s a beautiful pool that I intended to use, but didn’t get around to. I was sorry to leave—it felt like home after five nights. I will 100% stay there again, and I plan on telling all my friends and family about it.

The space was absolutely stunning with a big pool and away from all the buzz from the city. The rooms where spacious with a clean shower that had the most beautiful sunlight coming through in the morning. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp if you had any questions or issues during your stay there. I really enjoyed my stay and I would have loved to stay a week longer however only one more day was available. I will definitely be coming back here in the future. It’s hard to find on Google maps

Made was such a lovely host. She was very welcoming and helpful. The property was nice and secluded which was a nice break from the business of Ubud. It was quite a trip to get to Ubud. Not too bad and easily done with Grab.

Small and beautiful house, room is very clean with a friendly land lady. I like the property, small swimming pool, quiet neighborhood and good for a morning walk as well.

Nothing it’s perfect

Host of this hotel is very much helpful and caring . This place has a nice kitchen where it is possible to prepare the food you want. This place is very much clean and owner does the cleaning by herself . Room is nicely organized with study table , side lamps , cabinets . Good and durable toilet fixtures are used . The entry from main road to hotel location is slightly narrow .

Made, the owner has put a lot of effort into designing this guesthouse. The room was so nice and comfortable, my wife and I loved sitting on the balcony listening to the sounds of the area. We slept really great, the room was quiet and dark. There is a kitchen you can use, though we did not, and unlimited free filtered water. The garden and the pool were excellent, best pool of my whole Bali trip. I very much doubt you will be disappointed if you stay here. Only really small complaints, and maybe not worth mentioning, but some things could be made a bit quieter, like some of the doors. And this one is not really their fault, but the alleyway to the house is super narrow and steep, it was a bit sketchy getting in and out. if you’re walking out getting a ride this would not be a problem, only if you have your own scooter like I did.

Made the hostess is absolutely charming! We had the best time staying in Sari murni and would definitely come back next time we’re in Bali.
