Location is great. Air con was bad... it was running at 16 degrees but was baking inside the room. The beds were very bad.

The location of the hotel is very far from everything and the entrance street is dark. No light at all. It is not safe to walk around. You need transportation to go to Kuta, segara.

We purely stayed at this hotel as it was supposedly very close to airport and only needed to waste about 8 hours after our resort check out and our late flight back to Sydney. The photos on Booking.com are totally wrong. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I was mislead by what I saw & feel I need to say something. The hotel at first glance looks like it’s not even functioning as a hotel. The pool had tiles on the floor that were broken and just sitting on the floor. The pool ladder steps were all wobbly. The fountain was all crumbled looked like a ruin & doesn’t look like it’s worked in years. There is NO free shuttle to the airport and hasn’t been since covid so I was told so then I had to get my driver back to take us to airport later that night. The air con struggled to work. The shower nozzle barely sprayed in 1 shower. The other toilet didn’t flush and found the water to toilet was turned off when turned back on it started to leak I guess that’s why it was off. For the price I paid $185 for a 2 room 1 night stay 8 hours) was definitely not worth it. I travel quite a lot and I read reviews prior to booking but I didn’t read any about this hotel. I’m yet to I don’t have any photos to add as I felt that there was nothing to take photos of

Their wifi has a small radius coverage and unfortunately resulted to deadspots. And their outlets may be different so make to bring an adapter since the hotel staff have barely enough spares of adapter for charging. Also please ask for another set of toiletries if the one they placed in the room doesn't smell freshly washed but seems to be taken from an old storage.

Close to the Airport - not close enough to walk but a cheap grab to Airport. Cheap for a transit room before going away. No hot water at all, not worth it if you need a shower before flying. The room smelled like bad air conditioning and mould. Bedding and towels are stained. Not close to any decent food places.

Location is really good if you want to stay close to the airport. Last minute booked and it was worth it. Facilities are a little bit old, sheets and towels, despite being clean, are full of stains which does not make it completely comfortable.

It was really close to the airport, so to chill there for a few hours was fine It was really dirty, the building was very old too. It just needs to be completely renovated to be honest! I wouldn’t sleep here.

I didn’t anything like this property I couldn’t have proper shower because it doesn’t work, bathroom was very dirty , toilet is also, room was crap ,not good paint and looks room very old and dirty . Property photo is not match with the real one, big disappointment

staff helpful and friendly. family room was very spacious . pool right at door. grounds kept very clean. Room serviced daily pools get too hot . They need a sun shade over the pools. Water like a hot bath.

8 hour booking for airport transit, 5 minutes or so to airport so good for convenience. Rather run down, not the cleanest of places but fair value for money.

Breakfast was Oky. I just like that is near by the airport. The room is not clean properly. I told the staff to change my room and they helped me but others rooms also very dirty. Specially bathrooms are dirty, too smelly. And in side room dont have too much facilities
