I had a very disappointing experience at this hostel. When I checked in at night, the female receptionist asked me to pay a 100,000 IDR deposit and an additional 120,000 IDR. She clearly told me that the 120,000 IDR would be refunded when I checked out. However, when I checked out the next morning, the male receptionist refused to return the 120,000 IDR. I asked several times and explained what I had been told during check-in, but he kept saying that the money could not be refunded. What makes this even more unreasonable is that my room rate was only 120,000 IDR. The extra charge was equal to the entire cost of my room. The room itself was also disappointing. Only a very thin blanket was provided, and it was not sufficient for the room temperature. I woke up several times during the night because I felt cold.

My flight landed at midnight and I arrived at 1:07am. Check in was quick. Got a shower and slept until 10am. Perfectly met what I needed. Imam call to prayer and roosters popped off at 5am for 15 minutes. Also just note bathrooms and showers are co-ed.

The male receptionist at night shift is great, the others, not so much. Spacious kitchen/reception/common area. Free water/coffee. Toilets, showers are clean, well lit.

Hostel had a nice atmosphere. Staff was friendly and remembered me even one month later even though I'd only stayed for a night. Toilets are clean! This is the most important thing when it comes to shared bathrooms and I was happy.

I truly want to thank all the amazing staff! They had been friendly and helpful the whole time. I kept forgetting stuff and they were always being so generous to help. Also late check in offered, what else could you possibly ask when you landed around midnight.

Very conveniently located near the airport. They are available for check-in 24 hours. Freddie knew exactly who I was the moment I arrived because of my 1:00AM arrival. Thank you so much! This is definitely a place to sleep and recharge then leave your luggage for a day full of Bali adventure. The common shower rooms and toilet were clean and served its purpose well. Clean towels and bottled water were readily available for purchase too. We were confused with our booking for a bed in a 4-bed room good for 2, so we booked 2 thinking we’ll have the entire room to ourselves. In reality, 1 bed is good for 2. So if you want the entire room with 4 beds, do book 4 beds! That’s good for 8 people.

Near airport basic hostel to spend a night after flight or before flight.

The property is located within walking distance of the airport; it took me hardly 15 minutes to walk there. The staff were very polite, kind, courteous and hospitable, and the place offers good value for money. There was only one AC in the room, and it was set to 25°C, which made the room feel quite hot at times, especially because the air couldn’t easily reach the inside of the capsule. Secondly, if the person next to you snores, it can make your stay very uncomfortable, as the intensity of the noise makes it feel like he’s sleeping right next to you on the same bed despite the wooden plank between the capsules. If you’re fine with that, it’s a reasonable place to stay for one or two nights.

the location is very close to airport and walkable. uncomfortable. dormitory beds were uncomfortable and also waaaay too high to climb up. restroom were okay.

The capsule is really just a curtain. Free tea and coffee in the common areas and food and minimarket right around the corner.
