Easy location for the airport. Does everything you need for a cheap Hotel

None at all. Super dirty, floor was sticky wet with urine. Shower leaking from the tub to the bathroom floor. Tub very dirty, good thing we were there for only few hrs

What I liked was that the staff were helpful and tried their best to assist when needed. One area that needs improvement is cleanliness, as the apartment wasn’t as neat as expected, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor.

Very close to airport. In need of maintenance. No hot water. Tiles in common areas on ground floor in pool area unbelievably slippery due to moisture and a layer of algae due to needing a good scrub down. Be careful walking if it is damp out.

There is nothing to like in this hotel. I encountered serious safety concerns that directly resulted in the loss of 1,000,000 Indonesian Rupiah in cash from my room. The hotel's inadequate security measures created an unsafe environment for me and my belongings. Despite immediately reporting the missing cash to hotel management, they have been unable to resolve the matter or provide adequate compensation. This incident highlights significant security deficiencies at the property, and I am seeking Booking.com's assistance in both investigating these safety issues.

The staff were friendly enough and tried to be helpful but too many problems for them to fix This property is extremely run down and just not clean, there was mould in the bathroom, some toilets in our “suite” didn’t flush, linen was extremely old. I would not stay here again. Water was not running to even have a shower. Mould and birds next in the roof. Pool area - deck is unsafe and a hazard and the balcony balustrade is unsafe and wobbles

The Diana Suite is perfect for an overnight stopover en route to the airport. It's a short drive from the airport - or a winding 20 minute walk, if you're travelling light. Staff are always on hand 24/7 to check you in. The facility is looking a bit tired and in need to some renovation. e.g. the laminate on the wardrobe was peeling and the bedside table had collapsed & had not been repaired (we returned to the same room after 10 days in Lombok). The pool is a nice addition for a freshen-up. Staff are polite & attentive, although most have limited English. We enjoyed a nice Indonesian breakfast before heading to the airport for our transfer to Lombok. Then we returned for another overnighter before flying back to Australia. Overall, this place is excellent value for a short stay. The Diana Suites will always be my go-to whenever I need accommodation close to Denpasar International Airport. The facility is looking a bit old and tired. It's in need a some renovation - especially the rooms.

The nice staff saved this place Don’t be fooled by the photos. Everything outside is beautiful and clean but it’s dirty inside the room. The place is cheap but it’s still not your money’s worth.

I love the location of the property. The staff had great customer service. The food was wonderful. The pool was great. Diana suite overall for me and my fiancé was a 10. The only thing I seen about the property that needed adjustment or assistance is for them to just do modern property fixing like painting in the rooms balcony kind of rusty. They just needed some things to be maintenance around my room and I saw, but overall the establishment was great.

Nothing I traveled 3 hours to reach the property, but upon arrival, there was no one to attend or assist me for nearly 30–45 minutes. When I finally received access to the room, I found that the window was broken. Considering the property is located in a tropical area, I was genuinely afraid of reptiles or insects entering the room, making it unsafe for me to stay. I tried contacting the property host via WhatsApp, but my message was neither read nor responded to. There was also no alternative contact or staff present to address the issue. After waiting for 2 hours without any support or solution, I was forced to book another property at my own expense and travel another 3 hours back, resulting in a loss of my time, money, and energy.
