Location right next to Toyohashi station- access to both Shinkansen and Tokaido main lines, and a shopping center/grocery center/food court with something for everyone. I arrived a bit before official 1500 check in time (between 14:00-15:00) but they checked me in right away despite this, which was very helpful due to having heavy luggage with me. Microwave, vending machines, and usual amenities in lobby. Rooms equipped with independent AC/heating units The bullet trains passed by often, and were audible, but not disturbingly loud. However, I was also placed in a room right next to the elevator, which caused the walls to vibrate audibly every time someone used it, and that was more disturbing to me. There was some kind of air flow/insulation issue, so the room would become very cold at night- fortunately rooms were equipped with independent AC/heating units. There were also some signs of mold/mildew, and some stains on the walls/ceiling as well as the duvet.

The breakfast was varieties and delicious. and location of the hotel is close to the station which is wasy to travel to anywhere. Because it is close to station. I can feel and hear the train passed through at night a little bit.

Very convenient location, 1min walk from the JR station. I booked 2 twins room. But on the checkin day was told room fully booked and only manage to reserved 1 twin room and 2 single rooms for me. I wonder why the hotel did not reserved the room for me earlier when I booked from booking.com? Or this is booking.com problem?

new and clean. great air conditioning. spacious where it is needed. The two elevators are separated into lower floors and higher floors which makes customers wait.

The breakfast was decent, I liked the coffee and the maple syrup was a positive surprise. Last time I booked a twin room and this time a double. The size difference of the room was huge. I was disappointed with the size of the double room.
