The decor throughout - lobby, lounge and room If I had to say something, it would be the smaller size of the room. However it was the right size for two people.

Due to renovation, it was hard to find the second floor station access. Completely missed it and got lost trying to find it, so in the end went to the ground floor entrance

Location, right above the train depot. You never hear the trains!!!!

This hotel is directly connected to the train station, which is just so nice. The hotel has a nice lobby and comfortable clean rooms. This is a somewhat tight room, not the worst but not no the best. No issues if you are used to that sort of thing.

On Google Maps it is ranked as 3-star hotel, and not 5. It is a fine hotel for a 3-star hotel, and if I was expecting a 3-stars hotel, I would have given them more. The hotel is in a mall, above the train station, and near the city center. I stopped there on my way from Fuji to Nara. It is ranked as 5-star hotel on Booking, but it isn't doesn't look or feel like a 5-star hotel. I had better options to stop on my way, but I chose this one because I thought it was a 5-star hotel. The hotel was old, and the rooms were not big.

We had three nights in Toyohashi and this was an EXCELLENT place to stay. In the train station, there are plenty of food choices as well as other shops to look around. It was a great place to launch our 1/2 day journey to Nagoya as well. We took advantage of the laundry machines which wash and dry all at the same time and are internet connected so you can see if one is available before going there. Bonus tip: there is a bigger family mart right outside the station that has a larger selection! IDK, we would have taken advantage of a breakfast option but it seemed pricey.

It is near the train station . The bed was a little small than what I had expected.

On day of arrival Friday, hotel no cool air condition so room was extremely hot! Think AC on only on weekends with crowd, otherwise save electricity no AC on other days. Be prepared for a hot room
