This is one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed in many years of traveling on a budget. Rooms were large, bright and very clean. There is a club room on the 15th floor where you can relax with coffee and snacks all day and sake and highballs in the evening that are free. The view is terrific, especially at sunrise. The breakfast was great and it also came with a great view. I loved this hotel. Very close to train station. Nothing. This place is awesome.

I had the chance to try the in-room dining services. Unfortunately, on the day of checkout, when I was heading to catch a flight, I had ordered breakfast on the previous day which was for 8:00-8:30 but had only arrived at my room at around 8:40. It was frustrating to happen when you are trying to catch your flight, but I suppose errors can occur and good communication can easily address the issue. But it so happens that, when I tried to call in-room service over the landline around 8:20 for confirmation, they wouldn't pick up, and I tried multiple times. The uncertainty from having no communications, where I wasn't sure if the breakfast would be sent or not, is really disappointing. To be fair, on a previous day, my in-room breakfast arrived smoothly without any issues. Still, people should be aware that delays and communication issues like this can occur. The front desk did apologize during checkout, though there was no additional follow-up regarding the inconvenience.

Fantastic location—so close to the train station which was great as we were there one night en route to Toyokawa. Lots of restaurants really close by. Our room was simple, with a great view and large window, and very clean. We enjoyed the complimentary club floor’ with its offering of alcoholic or nonalcoholic drinks for happy hour as well as the library that was part of it. There was nothing we disliked.

Very nice and clean property, free wine at the lounge, staff speaks English Early checking has a fee, but we during most busiest time.

Locates next to train station. Very clean and smells nice. Cozy lounge on 15 floor with free drinks. Big windows with nice view to the city. Bath tub a bit small. Even though it’s about security but to get to your room you gotta go all the way up to 16 floor, and use a different escalator to get down where I stay. We had breakfast at the hotel. Baguette was peculiarly chewy. Menu said American food but there was eggs poached in tomato sauce and that’s it. I felt a bit odd but it was good.

The hotel seems to be quite new, the room was nice and had lots of facilities and space, the view was amazing, the beds very comfortable. Nice welcoming drink at the executive lounge access. I would have liked the toilet separated from the bathroom

The hotel itself was good enough yt really dull and busy. No vegetarian options were available and the rooms were loveless and white tribe otherwise the location was good and it was quite modern.

Very nice hotel lobby, room, and bar lounge, in a good location. Breakfast was OK too. The construction work on the tram line below my window was unfortunately too loud when I was trying to sleep.

unique layout makes for great views. very good staff. Breakfast was very good, but weird, like a 5 course meal with salad starter, soup, yoghurt, juices, main course with choice of eggs and potatoes. nice bread (but no butter or oil). very little, minimalist room, no beer in (free) bar, but being really picky here.
