Route 62 Motel

good location, easy to find. Shopping nearby. water under floorboards in main room after using the bathtub area(no leaking in the bathroom). Area/clientele might be a bit sketchy for some...I don't venture out after dark anyway. Wifi was good.

Pros: Despite that they lied to me about being sold out, they were very pleasant and nice. I also like that each room had its own parking stall. Note: Their rating = 5.4. I seriously must have booked this place in error. For safety sake alone, I never stay anywhere less than 7.5 or higher. Even when you get what you pay for, you still expect to be able to lock the windows on ground level.

Worst motel I have ever stayed in. The sheets were dirty. They wouldn’t give new sheetz. Would t refund my money. I had to buy sleeping bags. I had to clean the bathroom. No remote for tv with closed caption stuck and would. Not give me a remote. This needs to be torn done and owners should never be allowed to own a hotel. Of course they don’t speak could English.

This place is a pit, that I suspect caters to ladies of an evening trade. Even without that, it is not worth even $93 a night.

There were cigarette burn holes in the bedding so we brought in our own bedding to sleep on. The hot water handle of the bathtub did not function well but after about a minute of twisting it we got a little hot water.

Never ever book this Motel. Even after paid so much we got damaged bathroom. No flush and no sink was working. They said maintenance is going on..what the----. They don't have the common sense of check everything before handover keys to guests. I will go e zero star to this very bad Motel.

The shower was not working so no shower after sweating all day and nothing was done about it so our stay here was very disappointing

Did not stay due to blood stains on bed linens and ehat appeared to be drug paraphernalia in the room upon arrival. I had asked for a them for bedding to be changed and the second set of bedding also had stains everywhere. The owners did not bother to offer a refund.

No chair people knocking at late night will never stay their again

slow service at front desk/ inadequate computer skills & language barrier, clogged toilet & flooded bathroom. moved rooms to one with a leaking fridge & lopsided bed instead. drugged up cleaning guy wondering around parking lot with pants down, grunting, running into things, & creeping outside my window. felt unsafe. nice people, but need help getting the place together.

Don't get exited about price for this motel. This motel is so filthy/nasty that even $10 would be too much! We were met at check in by uprofesional and rooms we got was not cleaned after the previous quests. We got another rooms, where sheets were smudged/soiled, bathroom disqusting and the smell was horrible. I never ever saw motel so bad in my life. Stay away from it for your sake!

Forst thing the clerk said is theres no non smoking rooms, would you like to go smell it first? I said well considering its non refundable do i really have a choice?

It was ok. Reservation site stated non-smoking room. Upon check-in we were told that room was smoking. Little smoke smell in the room but was a little musty. Had to request toilet paper - hadn’t been refilled during last room cleaning.

I got apartment 22 and shower didnt work, went to reception and noone was there, doors close and called noone answered. Worse experience

check in stated 2:00 didnt let us in room till 3:00 booked smoking room and they said no smoking. staff was nice and rooms were small but clean.

Smocking smell was very strong. Dirty. Shower not working. No toilet paper, towels not clean. No remote control for tv… overall, this was the worst room I have been to in all my life. And it was not cheap $170. Very disappointed.

Manager nesty,water on floor I request for clean, he miss behave with me, he call cop, I work NYPD, cop also request him clean room but he didn’t, 3 nights is miserable.Last 4 years I am your customer. I want a help but no body help me, agent chat with me but before finish he disconnect line 2 times
