    I am not sure where to begin. The staff was somewhat helpful. However, there was on washcloth in the room. I went to the front desk and asked for 2 more washcloths only to be told that there were no clean washcloths on the property. The TV is small and outdated. The beds are hard as a rock. If you have back or breathing problems plan to sleep in the chair. This was out first time in Buffalo and it was not the best experience. If u want to sleep well and bathe chose somewhere else.

    Fridge , stove, microwave, ac were good. I cleaned the room the first hour and half I was there. No one is at guest area after 10pm until some time the next morning. Hallways only get very little spot sweeping. Didn’t see a vacuum. Halls in bad shape. Entrance glass terrible this is the first impression it should be maintained, stairwells have not seen a broom or mop in I don’t know how long. Was not a good experience. Could see roach bait under all counters in rooms too. I would never put a child in these rooms. Pet rooms are not separated there fore my allergies were horrible trying to sleep.

    I traveled in from out of state and arrived one something in the morning. Even though my room was PAID for in advance, I didn't have a room available since I didn't "check in". Assistance to matter was unprofessional. I couldn't enter the property because the doors were locked. I called the number posted on the "outside door" and clerk / night time staff didn't come to assist me in person but talked to me only through the phone through the door smh

    Dirty parking lot, dirty room, decided to wash our linen because we didnt trust it being clean. Went to on site laundry room and had difficulties with the card reader. The room was dirty. There was a layer of dust on the television, kitchen sink had some red liquid stains that were fresh (not dry), carpet had not been vacuumed properly, one of the two burners on the stove did not work, one of the two lamps was broken and didnt even have a bulb. Hallways smelled of crab boil restaurant and weed the next day. Staff was alright I guess but their demeanor is of you being an inconvenience to them.

    My family and I arrived at the hotel at approximately 11:00 PM and had to wait about 30 minutes to complete the check-in process. After a long day of travel, this delay was frustrating and inconvenient. The most serious issue occurred about two hours after check-in. When I used the washroom, water began overflowing from the toilet and continued to spill onto the bathroom floor. The water spread beyond the washroom area and reached our room, creating an unsanitary and highly uncomfortable environment for my family. This made our stay extremely stressful and unpleasant. A clean, safe, and properly functioning room is a basic expectation for any hotel stay. The condition of the room, particularly the toilet overflow, fell far below acceptable standards and significantly impacted our experience. Instead of enjoying our stay, we were forced to deal with a serious maintenance and sanitation issue. Given the delayed check-in and the unacceptable condition of the room due to the overflowing toilet, I believe a full refund is justified. The experience did not meet the standard of accommodation that was advertised or reasonably expected. I kindly request that Expedia review this matter and process a full refund for this reservation. I am happy to provide photographs or any additional information if required. Thank you for your time and assistance.

    Front desk lady was lovely. The rest of the experience was not so much. Very dirty washroom. Clumps of toothpaste in the sink and so much hair all over the tub. Sheets on one bed had hair on them as well. Very gross.

    Nothing is good Stinks as hell When we came at the property after a loping drive with 2 kids the lobby main door was locked with a note come next morning at 10:00 am and after ringing the bell for a pretty long time no one showed up. So we had to get another hotel next door for the night. At 10:00 am when we came they said they were overbooked and since now they are under a new mgt they can not accommodate our stay there is no rooms.. advised to contact booking.com for a refund. In the end of the day we spent more money on a hotel when we planned in advanced but it is ok since just entering the lobby I could say this place is really bad.

    They overbooked and were lucky we got a room but we saw them turn booked customers away and block up the reception saying, “no staff on duty.” So we had to fetch our own toiletries and kettle from the housekeeping cart.     Don’t stay at this hotel, they are terrible. They don’t have clean room for a reservation that way booked days away from the date we supposed to stayed there. Nobody was at the front desk, we have to wait for the same lady that was vacuuming the floor to come and attend to us. The online pictures of the hotel doesn’t look like what we actually saw in reality. The environment was very dirty.

    Didn’t even get to stay. Showed up and signs were posted in the lobby saying that there were no one to clean the rooms and to call hotels Motel 6 for a full refund.     Upon arrival the area was full of angry people. Fights in the parking lot and a mob in the lobby. There were no clean rooms to be had. No housekeeping staff on the premises. They refused to assist and turned us away. This was the last thing we expected to have happen. We were taken advantage of by other establishments because of the desperate situation we were in. By far, the worst hotel experience ever.

    That was really the worst experience, we reached at about 11 pm. Despite the fact that we already informed them through phone, nobody was present there at front desk neither anyother body to assist, i ve small kid and wife and they kept me standing for hours. Please take notice and refund my money as i stayed there for only 5-6 hrs and left early in the morning. There was no room service, crockery tissues etc. the bed sheets are smelly.

    Yes, this extended stay motel is nothing much from the inside/outside, many things could be upgraded (e.g. very old electric hot plates, ancient microwave and fridge borderline cold, outdated furniture/carpeting). However, our room was VERY clean - there was no trace of anything anywhere - not even dust. I’ve been in far more fancy/expensive hotels that were much less clean. No roaches, no rodents, no weird people. A slight unfresh smell in hallways, that’s all. We had the quietest night: no noise whatsoever, the AC worked well despite its age, same for the shower. Bed was very comfortable too. Plenty towels for 2, very clean, and so were the sheets. It is a very cheap hotel/motel, so don’t expect anything fancy - no toiletries, no coffee machine, no cooking equipment (if you want one you can pay extra). But for the price point, it’s honestly quite good. Only hiccup: Motel 6 just acquired ESA (Extended Stay America), and they do NOT have ANY front desk or hotel staff 10pm-9am - we had no idea. We were EXTREMELY lucky to find the lovely, most dedicated and helpful Stephanie at 10:15pm to checkin - a long time ESA employee, who actually stays past her shift to make sure there are no issues, since Management has clearly not been great in figuring out stuff. Definitely, staffing is their #1 issue to fix, even before renovations.

    The towels and bed linen were clean, there was no smell of cigarettes—neither in the hallways nor in the room itself. I was pleased that I didn't encounter any cockroaches. A kitchenette with an electric stove and sink, but no dishes The furniture are ancient; an older-model refrigerator and microwave in working condition. Soap was tiny, no single-use shampoo, no coffee maker or kettle. It’s ok for a one-night stay, but a bit pricey for a room in this condition.

    Rented a room with a kitchen. No problems other than a stray bug. Everything works. Can’t comment on maid service, that type of room is serviced every 2 weeks but getting towels/etc was simple. Multiple washers & dryers too. Front desk polite, responded quickly & respectful.

    The outside of the fridge was dirty and the sink could use a good scrubbing too. Bathroom had soap on the shower walls. Green body wash I assume. It came off when wet and I wiped with the face cloth. The bathroom sink was barely a dribble. The dresser had broken drawers. Had to go to desk to get hangers for the closet. It smelled like pot in most of the hotel. The kitchen sink was unusable for two days. They were fixing something in another room and our sink was affected. They only clean the rooms once per week which is fine with us. But, when we went get some clean bath towels and such not everything was available. If it is location you need then there is a La Quinta and SleepInn right beside this hotel. The breakfast on the go has two types of muffins, chocolate and blueberry, instant oatmeal and granola bars. No fruit, nothing remotely healthy or tasty. It was just bad all around. I should have read the other reviews more carefully. The only good thing was the bed was fairly comfortable and lots of pillows. The laundry room floor was really dirty. This hotel cannot be recommended in any way.

    The property is a little dated but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Cooking/eating utensils were provided on request- appreciated The negatives- the cooking odors from all the rooms were strong and not always pleasant- to be expected. There was a very large amount of people that seemed were placed there awaiting housing. They were loud and spent a lot of time loitering in front of the entrance smoking , talking loud and making comments. At times this felt unsafe, especially at night.

    1. Smoke and Weed smell BOTH inside the building and just outside. People were literally smoking weed by the no smoking sign!! The hallway in my floor smelled like weed and my bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke that was definitely coming from the room next to mine. 2. Bedroom cleanliness, there was cobwebs in the corner of the rooms! towels were slightly gross as well. Like hair in them! We bought our own towels at the end of it. 3. Outside there was piles of trash on the grass, corner of the building, like everywhere!!! Truly the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    Overall our stay has been good. It's like a small apartment away from home. We like that we can make food in the kitchen area in our room.     We requested handicapped parking and room. When we got there nine of the handicapped parking places had been plowed out so we were unable to park in them. The refrigerator in the did not work and the door would not close unless you slammed it. Trying doing that while I a wheel chair. Desk clerk said the manager would call but never heard from them.     The property was dirty and not well maintained. The hallways smelled of smoke (non-smoking property) and hallways not vacuumed. Furniture and stove in poor condition. Towels and linens were old. I stayed because I had a long drive and was too late to cancel.

    I requested new towels & bed sheets, they made me bring the old one n get the new one and do it all myself, no housekeeping only twice a month so pretty much u doing ur own things.. Wasn’t worth it!!!

    ABSOLUTELY NOT. I am not sure how the health department hasn’t shut this hotel down. There are illegal migrants staying here, the parking lot is filthy, not to mention the rooms are TERRIFYING they are so dirty. Never again

    This was the worse ever. Broken amenity and bad assistance from the stuff. Refrigerator leaking water underneath all night. Temperature too low freezing everting that I bought. I called the front desk reported but nobody show to fix. Faucet was leaking also. Limited towels. I have to take out my own trash. Bad lighting on the hallway. Too dark. Parking lot all dirty. Entrance the building too ugly and dirty carpet. When I got there the elevator was broken down. I have to carried my luggages up to the third floor. Also the staff was not friendly. Not a single smile in everyone faces when I aprochoed to them. Rude sometimes about trash disposal. So I don’t recommend that place to no one. Needs some serious and deep intervention from the corporations to save their name.

    Staff was good, but apparently they don't provide room cleaning service for 2 weeks. We were planning to stay for multiple days, but ended up checking out in less than 12 hours. Property manager and staff were good and kind. The manager understood the situation and allowed us to check out early and gave some discount. Thanks to them.

    We left right after checking in. Not a place you stay for a weekend. It felt not safe still had glass up between the employee and customer. They said it was because of covid but felt like it was for safety.

    You have to summon the front desk person with a doorbell whenever you need someone, but they did come and were always helpful. There are ZERO supplies in the kitchenette in the room, and you must request each thing you might need - I am guessing this is to keep theft/costs/cleaning down, so that's fine. The "breakfast" is some packets of oatmeal and gross packaged muffins, plus coffee and tea (again, I wouldn't expect more, just FYI). The room itself was quite banged up and dated, no surprise. Bathroom was clean enough I guess, as with the bedding. I'd spend more next time, lesson learned! At least the location was great.

    Quite sure this location is utilized for temporary homeless housing. People sleeping in the waiting area, shirtless man doing laundry in community laundry area, lots of adult men standing around outside most of the day and evening. No doors working to get in with the exception of front door. Breakfast options poor. Room was in fair condition. I did not feel safe but was told no option to cancel and receive any refund.

    The hotel was fine, nothing fancy. It was very clean. However, there was a lamp in the bathroom for lighting as the overhead light was not working. A little sketchy neighborhood as was set off the road in a cul-de-sac. Would not recommend for female traveling alone. Breakfast was granola bars and packaged muffins.

    It smelled walking into the hotel. The first room we got wasn’t clean. Had to go back to the desk for a new room. It’s very out dated. Bed felt like a spring was going to come through. Bathroom door doesn’t stay shut. I think it’s time to invest in remodeling

    The bathroom was awful. The kitchen was a joke. When we requested room service, we were promised the next day, and when went in next day, the person on the front desk said that were not staffed to service the room. Getting clean towels was a struggle. Wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone. If possible, would've given negative rating.

    The room we were originally assigned smelled terrible. We went to the front desk to ask for a new room and the girl working the desk knew what I wanted before I even said it. She was nice enough, but it seemed like this is a common occurrence. We were given a new room that was ok at best. I would not stay here again. No ice machine in the whole building.

    You get for what you pay for. Decent for a quick overnight stay but condition of the room was quite disappointing. The TV in our room did not work. The bathroom was worrisome and overall cleanliness was questionable. We asked to switch rooms. Condition of 2nd room was better than the first but not great.

    They changed my room reservation and initially didn’t have a solution. Then I left an item in the room. I’ve called for 2 days and have been unable to connect directly with the property. Every time I call they connect me to some foreign booking department. They just keep telling me to call the property and give me the same # over and over again!
