This is a budget hotel, with full facilities including private washroom, toilet and bed. It’s almost impossible to find something like that at this price. The facilities are old but clean! It is a bit small and cramped, but with the price facilities included, I’m not complaining.

The location is fantastic ,I enjoyed the cost room style We didn't have room serviced the entire stay was a bit hard to indicate if or when we would have it cleaned.

Price wes good ( avg 55-60 $$ per night ) .big old school japanesse washroom ( rare in hotels these days ) small fridge . Toilet room was SO small for me ( 6 foot 1 inch ) knee touch wall while sitting. Wifi didn’t work for my whole stay.

No pretentiousness. Cosy rooms (the bed nearly took up the entire room) but all the basic amenities and friendly staff Place was uncontactable (phone, text, email, their website) in the evening when my flight was delayed leaving us arriving 15 minutes late for check in. So we wandered the streets until we found a hotel for the night.

The room was clean and there were many items provided. Shampoo for body and hair, plus Conditioner. There were also items like toothbrushes, razor, sponges etc. My room had also an refrigerator and water boiler for tea and soup. The air conditioner was also very helpful. You could see that everything is a little bit older, there are some tiny things needing a repair. Eg. the water from the toilet was running the whole time. All in all I enjoyed the stay. Though the staff was a bit unfriendly and made me feel like stupid foreigner although I tried my best with japanese.

Good location for transportation and food. Easy 10 mins walk to many train networks. Room was small but then you get what you paid for, still it's got all the facilities needed for a good stay.
