Excellent location convenient to Ikebukuro station area
-
room is very clean, having a washer and dryer is a big plus. The wall socket is difficult to find, but eventually there is no problem.
-
Clean and excellent customer service and very good free coffee machine. Very very quiet and comfortable. Extremely convenient to Ikebukuro Station west entrance.

The room was a very comfortable size for 1 person and having a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and washing machine all in the room made it so convenient! The bathroom and tub were a good size by Japanese hotel standards. I appreciated having a table instead of a desk in the room. The room had everything I needed and was very comfortable. I was on the 11th floor and didn't get much street noise at all unless I had the window open for fresh air. The location is very convenient, but there are love hotels and such all over that area so sometimes it was quite rowdy outside at night. I couldn't hear anything from my room, so the only concern was walking to and from the hotel. I never felt unsafe, though.

The only thing I didn't like was the curtains were white and semi see through privacy wasn't the concern the issue was too much ambient light i like to sleep in complete dark but the light from the neighboring building keeps the room somewhat lit at night

The amenities in the room and lobby were great! The room had all the comforts of home; and the lobby provided amenities such as coffee and water dispenser machines; and other items in a drawer for guests to use. The only thing that really bothered us was the lack of space in the room to store our suitcases and clothes, but we somehow managed by storing our suitcases opened under the bed and used them like drawers.
-
Close to a lot of restaurants and it was a 10 minute walk to the station.
-
There was no view from our room. It was usually quiet but there was a few nights we heard a lot of noise and thud sounds during midnight from the upper floor.
-
Great to have a wasing machine in the room (that's also a dryer!!!) and free, good coffee at the lobby. Great location. The rooms are ridicilously small. I couldn't even open my suitcase.
-
Location Little cramped space. But knowingly booked. So shouldn’t complain.
-
Excellent location, close to the center of the station. But if you walk in the opposite direction you will find the residential zone with quieter locations to enjoy. Loved the self check in system. Nothing
-
Close to the elevator to get down to the subway with our stroller! Also lots of good food and department stores. The bathroom didn’t seem to have ventilation or a fan.

The biggest highlight is the in-room washing machine and dryer — very convenient. The location is good, 5-7 min to Ikebukuro Station, making it easy to get around Tokyo. The staff were very polite and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. Rooms are compact but functional, and staff provides a full set of amenities (toothbrush, skincare items, razors, etc.). The washing machine and dryer are only in Japanese, which makes them difficult to use at first. The room can feel quite stuffy, especially the bathroom, and guests are asked not to keep the bathroom door open, which doesn’t help ventilation. Housekeeping is very limited (only towels are changed and trash is removed). The hotel also feels a bit worn in places. The breakfast concept is unusual and not very clear—you can only eat in your room, and it’s hard to understand exactly what you’re getting.

Location and washer dryer, sink No housekeeping. Lack of storage. No drawers. Beds not tall enough to put luggage under

room and staff location

The room was extremely clean and tidy. Staff was very helpful to bridge the language gap as well. It is in an excellent location to set a home base up and explore.

The hotel was a couple of blocks from Ikebukuro Station, which makes it convenient to get to pretty much anywhere in Tokyo. The room was small by American standards, but not uncomfortably small for one person. It was very clean and the staff at the desk were polite. Not much, my stay here was very good.
-
The room was incredibly convenient, everything you can expect from a business hotel, but more space and it even had the washing machine/dryer inside (along with table, chairs, mini fridge, microwave, big bed). It had good city views (not amazing, but the window was big). They gave me tickets for free breakfast but I didn't manage to get it as I was always already out by then. Too early, but I like morning walks, and Ikebukuro had a nice vibe. No complaints.

It was another nice stay for me. The property gets nicer every time I go there. (This was my third) Once again, the convenient location and the in-room washer/dryer were game changers. And the staff are always friendly and helpful. I wish there was a restaurant on property, however there are lots of options close by.

Staff are very nice, room was a good size for the price I paid and the big plus is that it had a microwave and a refrigerator larger than most that had its own separate freezer door. There was also a combo washer dryer too!
