The room is big for Tokyo standard. Nice room and pillow. Very helpful that you store your luggage after check out. A bit further from Ikebukuro train station with luggage. No lift.
-
Perfect for budget traveling. The windows weren’t very soundproof, could easily hear people talk outside.

Is located in a quiet area The walk from the train station

I come to stay here every time I come to Japan! Staff are excellent is the key, and I’m gonna keep staying here next time There’s nothing I don’t like about this hotel, it’s just they don’t have a elevator, but their staff are so nice that they offer help every time for taking my luggage up and down. Btw I gave 5stars for the location isn’t because it’s so close to the station(well it’s not too close but in a walkable distance), it’s bcoz there are so many convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants around

Close enough to Ikebukuro station. The second and third nights of my stay, I could not sleep at all because of the loud noise from the room next to my room. It continued from 10 pm to 5am. Young people were laughing and talking with loud voice. Thanks.

Location was very convenient and the owners were super friendly! Rooms were larger than others I've stayed at in the area and very clean! The rooms were also all very reasonably priced! Nothing
-
Like the neighborhood, the room is decent, staff are extremely nice and helpful It’s not there’s something I don’t like about it, but it’d be perfect if they have an elevator
-
The only con was that there was no window view, but I didnt care too much about that

great location and the owners are very gracious hosts. great location, 2 Lawsons nearby and a supermarket just across the street is a dream. a 7-10 minute walk from Ikebukuro station and you are always near a good restaurant even at night! The AC is super strong, especially for the tail end of the summer, the internet is very fast i was able to work with no issues. Great value! nothing. i can live here

Nothing in particular, however, the room could benefit from a brighter light.

The staff was very nice. I gave them my arrival time and the owner was waiting for me outside the hotel. He took my suitcase and carried it upstairs. Both owners were very attentive and they both communicated in English. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had nice amenities. The wifi was private. Room was cleaned as often as I wanted. Location was within 8 minutes off Ikebukuro station and there were ample convenient stores and grocery stores around. There is a laundromat just outside the hotel and it was affordable to do laundry often. I am planning on a 14 day stay next year. None

Place are decent and clean, staff are very friendly, helpful and nice There’s nothing I don’t like about this place, but it’d be great if there was a elevator :)

In a great area 10 minutes from the train station with 2 convenience stores near by and a vending machine right out front. The man at the front desk checked me in when I arrived and carried my luggage for me upstairs. The front door is open 24 hours so you can come and go as you please. Nice spacious room too, bigger than other Tokyo hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely staff, even made the effort to greet us in our language. We could enter our room hours before our check in time- however because we would still have to wait for about an hour for the room to be cleaned, we went ahead with our day and when we came back late in the night our bags were already brought in our room. Spacious rooms, didn't expect such spaciousness in Tokyo. Clean and equipped with pretty much every amenity we could need. Very comfortable. There's a coin laundry facility right next to the entrance of the hotel. Excellent value for money! Greatly affordable! We loved the neighborhood, can't recommend Ikebukuro enough as your base in Tokyo. It's a hub and it's so easy to commute and even though it's central, it's far enough from the crowds of other main touristic areas. Lots and lots of places to enjoy food, drinks and the everyday life. Maybe it's a bit outdated decoratively speaking, but honestly we couldn't care less. There's no elevator and this can be an issue for some.

Loved the staff/owners. They were very friendly. The room was unbelievably clean and spacious for a solo traveler. Was all I could ask for. It’s set in a quieter area of Ikebukuro with about a 10 minute walk to the station. Convenient and will definitely recommend staying here

This is the second time I have chosen the Hotel . Nice hotel. Any facilities I need. It is a 9-10 minute walk from JR Station. I think the price is the biggest advantage, the best choice for a person to travel. The air conditioner is a bit noisy.
