It’s close to the Ikebukuro station. The room’s atmosphere is quite some kind of love hotel.

Very decent facilities. Quite friendly staff. Very quiet. Location is kind of far from the station in my opinion and the fact that there is only the one elevator are the two points I did not like about the property.

Small but enough for me

The location was good and staff were very friendly. As is a love hotel the room has no ventilation and became very damp and uncomfortable after the second day. Would recommend for overnight stays but probably no longer.

It's a love hotel not a regular hotel. Also it's dirty, gross, and uncomfortable. The bed was a thin mat with a sheet. The bathroom door was so close to the toilet you couldn't sit. There were lights in the room that couldn't be completely turned off.

The rules of the hotel was nonsense when we were leaving they asked for the key so I had to take everything that was expensive with me cause I didn't feel safe in a love hotel to leave the key room in the staff room. Twice they tried to open our room door in 3 am in the morning like they will bust in. They make you sign for crazy rules before you check in. Don't go...

I liked the room, with all the facilities, the music, the lights! And the location!!

We're traveling with huge suitcases and they didn't even fit in the biggest room to open them up together. Other than that the staff was nice, everyday asked if we wanted towels sheets and room cleaning, and they were mostly accepting of that we didn't want cleaning. Our basic Japanese was enough, but never heard any English. The hotel wifi worked well. The huge shower and bathtub were nice, but a bit impractical when the room was so small, and the toilet I couldn't close the door ever nor even my wife because the toilet was so close to the door. So that part was not sexy. I don't remember ever hearing neighbors other than sometimes closing doors. A week here in such a cramped space was too long, but a couple of nights why not? Just don't have giant suitcases.

Superb

It's a love hotel, so the bed is robust and comfortable. There is ample ventilation, a large bath, a hot shower, and an overhead music system. The location is quite close to the station. The staff are on the ball - despite needing to give your key up whenever you leave, I often had the paper slip waiting for me in the time it took to take the elevator. It's a love hotel, so the room is very small. For a solo traveller, it was fine. The corridors are also quite narrow. There is no rail for hand or body towels, so I hung them on the bathroom door handle. On Friday night I could faintly hear happy noises from the neighbouring rooms. If you are of weak disposition, this may bother you.

There is a nice selection of shampoos and conditioners to select from. The staff was friendly. The shower room is large and the shower is hot and strong pressure. The high point of the room. Where do I begin? This hotel is by the Ikebukuro North Exit but is just slightly inconvenient to get to. The rooms are microscopic with zero storage area. The room had a distinct smell to it that necessitated the need to open the window to air it out, despite being cold in the winter. The rooms and hotel need a refresh and modernization. Would not stay again especially for this price.

Very close to Ikebukuro station, clean and comfortable. The people working here are extremely kind which was nice. The area is a bit sketchy, I’d not recommend it for a woman traveling alone.

Didn't eat breakfast

very small and tacky rooms. Very little space. Far too expensive for what you get. Rooms are very average and doesn’t have a welcoming or comfortable feeling.
