La basura la tuve que tirar yo Di un depósito de 40 y no se me dijo que 20 eran de estacionamiento y se lo cobraron Se que hoteles así son sus pólizas pero no se me explicó al llegar

Very nice and clean hotel, in a great area...no issues...charging for standard parking and the terrible HARD bed was the only downside.

The property was located in the woodlands area, making for easy in and out access. Snacks were a little high but that’s about it. (They are still lower than many)

The room was very clean. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very kind. The only thing I didn't like was the street noise from the cars on the freeway.

The room was spacious and clean. The place is in a safe area and convenient close to everything. Breakfast was too basic. However, the room give me the satisfaction I wanted. I will recommend it.

Rooms were nice, clean, good size, beds were comfortable, air conditioner worked wonderful, good water pressure, staff was friendly. We didn't eat the breakfast, just had coffee. It was a good stay.

Staff was fantastic and breakfast was exceptional compared to your peers. Will rebook here when I return for the woodlands marathon.

It was very clean, and the place looked very elegant, we enjoy our stay with my kids. Breakfast was amazing and there was lot of different options to enjoy a good breakfast.

Many large drying fans were running in the lobby. It was so loud, conversations was a struggle.

On a positive note, the property is clean and well looked after.However, the breakfast area was full of noisy fans and had limited seating due to a recent water leak. The bar was not open due to staffing and the hotel had few amenities. Breakfast menu was very limited and affected by the leak in the ceiling. Staff were somewhat helpful, but didn’t offer a welcoming vibe. Rooms were dated and not very functional.

Was super clean staff was great and had all amenities me and my family needed . Pool with splash pad for kids and a bar for evening drink . Location is great next a lot of restaurants and getting access to the highway was easy .

This establishment was clean and the service and staff spot on. I really enjoyed the layout of the double queens with living room. The decor was light and enjoyable. Easy parking. Walmart near by. Easy to find.

When asked if there were first responders and senior citizen discounts, he stated that there isn’t a senior citizen discount if you book online which I did. He said no to the first responder discount. After settling into the room, we discovered that the mini fridge was not cooling. My husband went to the front desk to let the clerk know about it since the front desk phone was either non-working or disconnected because there wasn’t a dial tone or busy signal. The same clerk at check in stated no discount offered for the non-cooling fridge. He didn’t offer a repairman nor another room. My husband and I have worked many years of customer service. Unfortunately, this young man has zero customer service skills. As I pulled 2 Kleenex tissues out of the bathroom box insert, a used crumpled tissue fell out. Needless to say, I scrubbed my hands with hot water and soap for an extended period of time. I have never ever experienced anything like that at even a cheap motel. The breakfast bar ran out of coffee before 9:00 a.m. A guest complained to the employee working the breakfast bar. She said there wasn’t any more coffee. He then complained to the desk clerk who made a phone call. At that time, another breakfast bar employee came out and made more coffee for the guests. We asked the clerk at check in if there were Ubers available. He said no. While attending the Cynthia Woods Pavilion concert, we saw Ubers and public transportation trollies. I’m not sure why those weren’t services by that clerk.

I didn't even leave my house at the day of coming over and they already trying to pay themselves before i got on the road. Due to other experiences, touching my money before i get there goes VERY badly if something happens that cannot be fixed by the staff or manager. Thus, money is gone and nothing can be done about it. And I can't have the room after all.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and that's why we are staying there again this coming May!!! I hope they will give me the same room at at least the same floor and side of the last room we stayed in ...

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in, very comfy beds, spacious and i like how it's hidden. The barn door looks nice but you can see the light through the door and is an issue late at night when you see a light turn on because someone has to use the restroom. I also don't really understand why they charge for parking. I have stayed in a few hotels in Houston and this is yhe first one to charge me a parking fee, this place isn't even dowtown or anything like that. I also tried using the printer and it didn’t work.

The lady who was in charge of breakfast wasn't the nicest. Anything I asked seemed like I was bothering her. Then my 3 yr grandson dropped his milk and she seemed really mad she had to get the mop

The only negative for us is that the toilet and the shower were in two separate rooms. That made it somewhat frustrating, because we had to continually go back and forth between these rooms. Other than that, great hotel, and would love to stay again!

Rooms were spacious and great location, security on location. They do charge parking $10 per vehicle per day.

The room was big and nice. Our favorite thing was the toilet had a separate room than the shower. That is a very nice feature, especially when multiple people are staying in a room together. The free breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Really just angry that they deceive you by advertising a price on hotel websites bu them at the end of the stay you find out the price is higher because they charge you for parking. This is unheard of in aTexas where land spreads far and wide and space is abundant. This is just a regular old parking lot of the hotels like other lot in Houston Texas area , yet they won the bid on the hotel selection websites by presenting a lower price to only later find out the price was actually higher due to parking in there regular flat lot. Clearly it’s just a deceptive way to have more people select them on the hotel shopping sites and then they just charge you more for parking. DECEIPTFUL. Pitiful. I am sure they will say that somewhere deep in the details of their advertisement on the hotel shopping site I used to find them that they state parking is extra. But that is the problem…it is buried, it is not upfront and they know people won’t notice that you have to pay for parking. What is more…. The parking lot was literally 2/3 empty.

I saw that it had onsite parking but they charged $10 per night to park. Was not disclosed at hotel, they just mentioned the hold for incidentals. Coffee was too strong

I enjoyed my stay at SpringHill. It was modern, spacious, and clean. The hotel is a couple minutes from shopping, restaurants and in a secure area.

The design of the suites is good, free breakfast was good typical items for free hotel breakfast. I think the $10 parking permit is a bit ridiculous especially when you’re already paying so much for your stay and it’s not like it’s a Private Parking Garage, it’s accessible to anyone. The room was not the cleanest, could use some work on vacuuming and cleaning the shower and toilet, also shower heads could use replacing many of the holes on the shower head were clogged.

Be careful, the hotel charges you to park your car each day and they have data charges for wi-fi! This is not clearly marked on the Expedia booking page. Had it been, we would have stayed elsewhere. Expedia customer service was not helpful one bit when reaching out to them upon check-in. We ended up paying nearly $75 more than we had anticipated.

There was children running around the halls all night long on 2nd floor playing in elevator and trashed the floor

This location was our favorite hotel to stay at but this time was not great so we will most likely not book here any longer. The room was clean but there was issues with the drainage in the sinks when it came to washing our face or hands the sink water would not go down. The shower water was not hot enough even after putting it all the way to the hot. The wash room 2nd floor had clothes in there for 3 hrs we had to wait 3 hrs to wash. There was only 1 washer and 1 dryer. It made it hard for us to sleep because we needed clean clothes for my sons tournament and it was clothes he needed to play the tournament. We were not very happy this visit

Problems with TV / Netflix connection. Phone wouldn’t connect to the front desk, so I had to go down in person to get help. Breakfast was underwhelming. Staff was friendly though, so no complaints there. Expected better for the price.

We have stayed here several times to go to doctors appointments. Comfortable and clean. We will be back for our next visit.

I love the location. Its clean, quiet with great food and shopping options. My husband especially love the cigar spot next door.

Shower nozzles were weird.

The positives: New hotel, friendly staff, nice fire pit sitting area, close to Houston Methodist Hospital, and friendly staff. This property was easy to access the expressway. The toilet room is separate from the shower and dressing area. The sliding doors are frosted glass which you can see through. But, the doors do not stay closed. Strange plan and not workable for 2 co-workers. One other issue was that we had a double queen room but the tv view was partially blocked for the person in the farthest bed.

I love the fact that it was quiet and I really didn't realize how close to I-45 freeway we were. Staff was friendly and requests for extra bedding was prompt. I didn't have any complaints on things I didn't like about Springhill Suites. The room was big and the beds, including the sofa sleeper, were comfortable.

Very kid friendly! They provided pool noodles and beach balls. Loved that they had towels easily available for the pool. Also the splash pad was a nice touch. Room was very nice and comfortable. The hide away couch was really uncomfortable. Very grateful we didn’t plan to use it for an adult . Location was very confusing.

This is the second time I have stayed here and I love it. The hotel is close to a big mall and lots of food options. The hotel rooms are large and very very clean. I recommend this hotel.

Great pool and a splash pad for small kids. The rooms and so nice and close to the Woodlands Mall and the area restaurants and entertainment. They have a bar in the evenings and the bartender was great. I’m glad we picked it for our long weekend staycation!

Overall a great stay. I had hoped that coffee and water would be available in the lobby because the coffee pot in my room didn’t work at first. Someone came to check and fixed the plug which was behind the mini fridge in a cubby so I could not have reached it

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and fit all of us comfortably, which included the use of the pull-out couch and a crib for my infant son. Our teenage son really enjoyed the workout space and the complimentary breakfast had a little bit for all of us to enjoy.

My parents and I stay at this hotel every year when we go to visit my brother. The service is excellent and the rooms are always very clean. They seem to have upgraded the rooms and now only have a shower and no bathtub. That’s not a problem for me. They provide complimentary breakfast as well.

My room was supposed to be cleaned every other day. I stayed from Monday the 9th to Thursday the 12th and my room didn’t get cleaned once. The toilet was not flushing correctly. The ac unit kept squealing and they had maintenance look at it but because it wasn’t squealing at the time they came to look at it so they couldn’t do anything to fix it. I had to continue asking for towels for the three nights I stayed.

The hotel was good. Breakfast ok. Biggest complaint is that I called 48 hours before was came so that all 6 rooms I booked would be near each other. My grandmothers room was not near ours and our full deposit was not returned for 3 out of 6 rooms. The rooms were all completely straightened up before we left like always.

I did not have my vehicle and they do not offer transportation to area shops. They are close if you are driving but it was an almost 10 minutes walk to the first eatery.

Very clean and seemingly new. Great location if you staying in Woodlands or even if you’re heading into downtown. Lots of food nearby. Breakfast was awesome. Good coffee. Nice bar area. I used the gym every day. It’s small but you can get a good sweat on. Rooms are HUGE. Great desk area that I was able to work from for several hours comfortably.

Very clean and seemingly new. Great location if you staying in Woodlands or even if you’re heading into downtown. Lots of food nearby. Breakfast was awesome. Good coffee. Nice bar area. I used the gym every day. It’s small but you can get a good sweat on. Rooms are HUGE. Great desk area that I was able to work from for several hours comfortably.

Fell in love with this place. Very beautiful room. Cozy comfortable and nice and bright. So conveniently located. I want this all over US. Would want to stay there all the time. Great staff. Great to work with.

I need to visit MD Anderson every 3 months and this has been my go to hotel for the location and value. Disappointed that you now have to pay $10 to park now and it's not secured or covered.

Very clean inside the lobby, guest rooms, and outside the property.

Location was convenient with easy access to the freeway. Buffet breakfast was adequate, room was clean, hotel was well kept.

Paying to park in a nearly empty parking lot, with tons of extra parking had they been busy is a joke.

Fantastically fabulous Mother/Daughter weekend‼️ Our annual celebration begins with SpringHill Suites as the home base. Rooms with beautifully clean neutral aesthetics. Staff is both friendly & accommodating. Hidden in the trees with easy access to the Woodlands & surrounding areas. Morning coffee at the communal breakfast is delicious. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Property was awesome. Staff was very friendly and nice.

Overall our stay was subpar. Air conditioning was loud and we couldn’t sleep well. Carpet in room needs replacing - it’s old and dirty. Bath Towels are kids size. Breakfast was okay - eggs are terrible. Location is good and service as well. Room is nice but it needs some fixing.

I love these hotels. Very clean and awesome employees. Unfortunately my daughter lost her airpods there, and someone named Emily tried to help us find them. But someone took them. But yes this hotel is WONDERFUL!!! Breakfast options are awesome as well. A+++++

The room was very spacious, and the property was well maintained and clean. Only a 10-15 minute drive to the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Would definitely stay here again for another concert.

What I didn't like: The surprise $10 parking charge - that should absolutely be included in the base price. The housekeeping knock at the door an hour before check-out. Surely, there's a better system for the housekeeping crew to figure out which rooms are ready to be cleaned. The sofa bed, while clean, was supremely uncomfortable and I wouldn't consider it a valid option for sleeping. (I also thought the hallways had a weird musty smell, but that's very minor.) In sum, I would happily stay here again, but it would not be my first choice.
