This was the absolute worst place ever. No water in the showers. No trash cans. No microwave which i specifically asked for. No help at all. Would not recommend to anyone. Stay far away.

tv and shower didnt work. nobody ever came

So to start these bed are wall to wall like chris brown said! And second the staff wasnt helpful, the tv kept saying no signal so the tv didnt work,the bar soap was bad quality as well as the very thin toilet paper. Our toilet qas clogged the worker said come by to get one and then asked for my id and returned and said "uhh well we dont have one i dont know where it is" and then told me to just go ask houskeeping. And the first night we had dudes partying next door on a wendnesday trying to enter my room banging on walls drunk yelling outside. Ill never come back here as someone with kids.

Door lock worked only after several tries. Bed was horrible. Mattress should be thrown in the trash. The sink faucet when turned on splashed water all over the floor. Front door had a "gap" as the bottom. The room however was clean. The A/C vent was damaged but worked. All in all I could not sleep on the bed and did not stay the second night.

absolutely do not recommend this place. We were robbed inside our room while we were out for a moment. It was a terrible experience, and the staff was completely unhelpful.Very bad experience

They had no coffee pot in a room and they had no microwave no amenities at all and when you asked for towels you get a bath mat to dry off on the staff was very rude not nice at all I wouldn't recommend staying in this place ever

the bad review is based mostly on the fact that Motel 6 in Tempe double charged me. I pre-paid as I planned my trip months ago. In late May I arrived for check-in and was billed for the night. I protested that I already had pre-paid and had my copy in hand confirming that. The worker at the counter said some crap that my credit card was not on file or something like that. I paid just to get my room after a long day on the road. I checked my Expedia account and credit card payment to confirm that I paid off the balance months ago. With this confirmation, the next morning at check-out, I presented the information to the person in the office and got the same answer as the day before. I've travelled to many places over the years, and this is the first time that this has happened. I made a complaint with my credit card company to try to cancel the last payment. Beware to those who want to stay at this specific Motel 6 based on this questionable nonsense that i have to go through.

I did not have any maid service the entire 5 days I was there. I always stay with Motel 6 but this was by far the worst one ever

The staff is bad!!! You get what you pay for in every way Staying here! The only good thing about THIS motel 6 was the pool and we didn't even use it. But i am certain you can find a pool at another hotel.

NA The place is filthy outside, clumps of hair in corner of bed, some staff are great, some are horrible, outside stairs haven't been swept and cleaned in months maybe years. When the motel is lacking on accommodations, you're straight out of luck with no attempt to accommodate the customer.

Everything canceled reservation due to rude and unprofessionalism of course I do not wish anything bad on anyone but when you do not know how to talk to people you have to expect a certain reaction from strangers because you never know what the next person is going thru
