Room was clean, the shower was spacious and water was hot. The staff was also amazing. Soap, shampoo, lotion and mouthwash were provided in room, complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste and deodorant were available at the front desk.

This property is clean, welcoming, plenty of parking and easy access to the Phoenix airport, ASU, downtown and more. We travel all over and this location will definitely be a return stay!

I had an ADA room which was great but the pool and jacuzzi had ADA chairs that were not working :( which was the main reason I chose this hotel.

We had heavy footed neighbors above us (which isn't really the hotel's fault). For how fancy the room was, the bed wasn't very comfy for our taste.

This Hampton Inn is close to the PHX airport, and its shuttle runs on the hour from 5:00am to 1:30am. The buffet is fair. The hotel is clean and quiet (with the pool side being the quieter side). Good enough that I will return for business trips.

The location for this hotel was great if you need to be near the airport. It was close to the interstate so a bit noisy. Overall the staff were helpfull and the property seemed to be new so in good shape. The breakfast was Ok but some hot dishes were cold.

The owner or manager of this property needs a REHAB this property is old..stop covering up old rooms and bathrooms with new material. The bed quality is bad we shouldn’t be feeling springs in the mattress. Owner needs to think about that instead of profit. I will say that it’s clean. Nice staff!

The property and room were excellent. However, the walls are very thin and the sounds and conversations of the adjoining rooms could clearly be heard. People walking in the room above were also thumpingly loud and disturbing.

Very nice room and extremely convenient for going to the airport. My only complaint is the Expedia ap stated “free parking” but they actually charge if you are leaving your vehicle there while you are not checked in.

The inside of the hotel is really nice. The high ceilings, light colors, and open floor plan made everything feel up-scale. The facility was clean and everything was working. The dinning area for breakfast was clean, and well laid out. The breakfast selection was nice. Well rounded for all breakfast eaters. Having a selection of flavored waffle mix was the additional option I hadn't seen before. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. I really appreciated the size of the fridge and that it had a freezer pocket. The channel list was good and the infotainment system was easy to operate. It was the first time I haven't seen a alarm/clock in the room. I guess with cell phones you don't them anymore. Check-in and out was seamless. The facility has four floors. Both elevators are located in the center near the front desk. The elevators were fast, responsive, and felt safe. It's a short walk to even the furthest room from the elevators. It's a convenient location to go places from. It's central, close to a highway, and not far from neighborhood conveniences. I'm adding this to my favorites for when I bring the family out the Phoenix metro area to see features and activities.

I never stay anywhere else. The rooms, lobby, pool, etc are clean and comfy. The staff (Kendra, Gabi, Karen, April, Patrick-to name a few) are excellent, courteous and professional (this includes housekeeping staff and the staff who prepare the daily breakfast and everyone “behind the scenes.). It’s affordable and close by to many restaurants, shopping, attractions and airport.

The beds were super comfortable, very clean room, and Gabi at the desk was extremely helpful!!

Every time I stay in Tempe, I stay at Hampton Inn. It’s affordable, quiet and CLEAN with such a professional, efficient, courteous staff! Thank you to everyone for making my stay almost like home! (Patrick, April, Kendra, Karen. Plus the crew that makes daily breakfast and housekeeping! Everyone here deserves a raise!) I have to add, let’s all try to make their jobs easier by not leaving our rooms a mess. Everyone here goes above and beyond! See you next time!

Returning customer. This hotel is renovating their TVs however we had persistent TV issues since check in. We reported to the front desk that our TV needed attention so they sent a repair person and the issue was resolved. The next morning we still had issues we were told we’d get Hilton point and felt “brushed off.” We never received our points and not sure if the next customer will have issues.

Unsafe conditions outside. Did not feel safe. Drug activity and strange things witnessed.

Fast weekend trip. Our room was on the 4th floor.....VERY quiet! Used shuttle to airport at 4:15 am on Sunday. Quick, right to the door.

The shuttle service and the convenience of parking there instead of at the airport was why we choose to stay there. It was nice not to have to worry about transportation or our car.

Stay was great for my crew. What sparked this review is the fact that a refund was not granted to me due to my crew being reassigned to another job site. Expedia was informed and tried their best to collect the refund on the unused nights. They were informed this is common in our industry and still had no interest in helping with a refund. BrandSafway will not be doing business with this hotel chain any longer.

Hotel was out of area for groceries and most stores not within a few miles or walkable without a car rental. Will try bus tomorrow. They were quick to help fix a toilet that wasn’t working properly. I really needed to get away from a dire situation before heading out on a flight the next day. This was beyond decent. The place was moderately comfortable, the place cool and the breakfast and pool were quite the distraction. Ubering between there and a few other places was easy too. The only qualm I had was a large gap under the door, i stuffed a towel that easily slid under unless bunched up. The place felt clean but there were little nicks and scratches and stains. Some things falling apart. But honestly, compared to what I was dealing with, this was paradise

The staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. That is always a big plus. Several great eating places close in walking distance , and can take the heat. The snack store by the front desk was always stocked and great cold beverages. The most important extra benefit is its very easy access to interstate and makes getting to chase field for Diamondback games a 10 minute drive, that is why I drive up from Tucson usually twice a week to go to games. Having a safe comfortable(the beds are great!!!) place to stay is important the older I get. I know there are probably fancier places in town , but they won’t be any cleaner, safer or more comfortable with great friendly service than this Hampton inn.

Other than the beds being not so comfy- everything else was great! Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. I would especially like to mention Karen from the front desk. She was so very personable and made the kick off to our family vacation a very good one! We will absolutely being staying here anytime we need to head to the airport. The extended parking is free and it is a safe area!

Even though the hotel is quite close to Phoenix Sky Harbor, we had no issue sleeping. The hotel is super clean and the breakfast was good. All of the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.
