The hotel staff is consistently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, the property's cleanliness and maintenance are frequently criticized. Guests often mention the convenience of the location and the comfort of the beds.

Great affordable hotel. Was cheaper and still felt like normal. Built in 2023 so it was fresh building still. No smells. Clean room. Very nice desk staff. Breakfast sucked but that’s the legit only bad thing I can even try to come up with. Would definitely stay again and try other ones in different cities

Check in Maria was quick and pleasant. The building was in excellent condition with ample brightly lit parking. The room was spacious having a comfortable king bed and shower with great pressure and temp While the pool was not used by me, it appeard to be spotless and several people were enjoying its respite given the 100F temp. This Sparks property is on the list for reuse!

Everything was very clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was nice, clean and orderly. Room was very clean. Bed was great and the towels were also. Everything was nice a redone. I was very pleased! Would definitely stay again! 😀

Fully satisfied... We booked another hotel in Phoenix, but had some issues with original hotel and did a reservation in Spark by Hilton close to midnight.. (probably we paid extremly low fee due to the late hours). :o) Hotel offered everything or even more.. so compfy, clean, nice staff, good breakfast (free of charge)... It was a pitty to stay only for a few hours because hotel is really great... next time our first choice for the stay in Phoenix.
- 5/5
Experience the amazing staff that's both clean and incredibly friendly! Master Taco is fantastic and just a short walk along Broadway—an absolute must-visit!
- 5/5
The beds are comfy and the only negative I have to say would be there are signs saying vending but no vending machines. However they do have snacks you can purchase from front desk.

If you wanted to stay in a room where someone said Ikea furniture is too expensive and nice, then this is your place... no glasses... no ice bucket... blank walls... and the cheapest furniture they could find. The designer should be fired that created a bad overall feel that makes it hard to relax.

No hot foods. Breakfast could be better.
- 5/5
The room was very comfortable and very clean. I wish breakfast could have started at 5 or maybe even earlier for the early risers. And they need more carts.

This was the worse experience I have ever had ! I can’t comment on room / amenities as I was informed upon landing that the hotel no longer had a room and there was nothing they could do. They kept me on hold for over 40 minutes. The end result was them me hanging up. I tried calling them back and no one would pick up. I then used my son’s phone and they answered right away and had little to say . The next day my credit card was charged ! I had to call several times for them to remove the charge . I had a confirmation number and called them prior to taking off . I do not recommend this hotel or the any of their sister locations . Who provides a confirmation number and then cancels leaving people from another state to have scramble to find a place to stay. Again do. It stay at this hotel .

Breakfast was amazing ! The waffles!
- 5/5
The beds are very good, you can rest very well, and they're quiet. It has good lighting, an extra sofa and another very comfortable piece of furniture to put your suitcase on. The room is spacious, and includes a microwave and a very good chair for working at the desk. I liked everything, and it has everything I need. Bathtub was very old., and No pool.,for renovation. Bad itemsil at brakfast The front desk lady, didn’t smile, nobody was in the front desk., after ring the bell 3 times., she showd up, and didn’t apologize.
- 4/5
Very good
- 1/5
There was no breakfast menu there was no breakfast. No clean towels they had to move my room three different times because the amenities weren't working I had to drag my suitcase and everything drag it down three flights of stairs with stuff flu down and Spilled down the stairs cuz they said the elevator was out I was there for my daughter's graduation from college it was embarrassing it was ridiculous I requested a refund I haven't heard nothing from anybody I was expecting a whole lot more especially for my daughter's graduation from college she was embarrassed and unhappy on the happiest day of her life
- 4/5
It was understandable that the breakfast was limited due to the remodeling..
- 3/5
It was under renovation and we were not made award of that until our arrival. Our room smelled of paint. Very poorly done renovation of room and bathroom. Breakfast was in a sack. Kids juice box, gooey muffin, yogurt, granola bar. Had to wait for coffee some mornings as they didn't replenish it on a regular basis. Lots of dust, elevator dirty. Noisy. My most disappointing stay ever in a Comfort Suite.
- 3/5
The hotel under construction! No breakfast , they gave a bag to go, hot water did not come has to call somone to fix it! Had request a sofa bed but due to construction they did not have a sofa bed only sofa!

The place was a complete disaster! Every thing on their website was completely deceitful! When about the complementary breakfast, they pointed me to a box and told us to grab a lunch sack bag. That was our breakfast. They had no coffee. This was at 7AM. I tried to get a cup of tea, their entire coffee area was full of SAW DUST! I couldn’t breathe! Tried to ask for our money back, I couldn’t stay there. They refused to help and or accommodate us! Pretty much told me, “Oh well, you should have read the fine print! Our place is under construction, no amenities what so ever. I tried to call Booking.com , the 3rd party I made my hotel reservations through. they were NO HELP EITHER! We left this hotel, booked a different much better more comfortable and much better stuff at La Quinta Inn through Expedia. We will never stay at any comfort inn! No comment! I’m very disappointed

Liked that the price stayed the same as when I booked - What I didn’t like was that the place was under major construction and that was not disclosed at all - Breakfast included was very disappointing and literally felt like a children’s school field trip snack - Coffee wasn’t even hot - Construction mentioned earlier started at like 6/7am which was insanely rude considering they were right across the hall from us with hammers and heavy equipment being used - The hallway carpets were full of dry wall from the drilling and construction overall was just very obvious and I don’t think guests should be staying on the same floors as construction. It didn’t feel comfortable or cozy at all, more like a work zone that we were interrupting.

The facility was dog friendly - one of the reasons it was chosen. But there is no place to walk a dog and the trash can outside was overflowing.
- 4/5
Its still under construction so it could be better. No hot breakfast during construction... but its a good hotel
- 2/5
We stayed there for the price and for the breakfast. They didn’t tell us till after we booked our room that there property was under renovation. Also our keys don’t work so my husband had to call me to open the door to get back in. The room was not the cleanest.
- 2.5/5
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Had to change rooms, A/C, heater didn't work. Microwave didn't work. Room wasn't updated and poorly maintained. Room also had an odor. Paid way to much for what we had to endure.

As always, we got good customer service, and breakfast was good as always.
- 4/5
The water temp was only 1 temp - warm. We couldn't get hot and we couldn't get cold. Additionally, the breakfast was the same every single day. When you stay for four breakfast that gets a little old. I probably wouldn't have said anything about it except another customer had already written a review about it and they said they would do better with breakfast and they haven't. Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable and the location was great.
- 5/5
Friendly and clean
- 3.5/5
Affordable and comfortable room. The property was under construction and we somehow got a room placed right in the heart of the construction. We heard workers each morning. I’ve stayed at hotels where construction is ongoing, but typically the guest rooms are kept away from the construction. It wasn’t terrible, but it was a bit off putting.
- 2/5
Who was under construction so it was a little uncomfortable It wasn’t very clean, but I know it was under construction
- 4/5
Good place to stay, just not super walkable, and renovations were ongoing. The staff was great, and solid breakfast.
- 3/5
Room itself was just okay-they are doing a lot of construction/remodeling-need to do a bit more.
- 2/5
They are not transparent with the extent of the construction. There is construction everywhere and so much dust. And the noise is loud at times. Also had bugs in one of our rooms
- 2/5
The space was under construction, which I understand is a necessity, but when I walk out of my room and have ethernet cables hanging across my door that I have to lift up to duck under, that's just sloppy. Otherwise, the room, for the price, was okay.
- 3/5
No, old, not comfortable, construction going on, nothing to speak of
- 2/5
Negative - There was construction being done in the hotel….they started early and was loud….construction site everywhere on the main floor....had I known about the construction, I would’ve stayed somewhere else…..the tv in my room didn’t work, the staff on duty tried to fix it, then told me to stay in the room without a tv…..unacceptable response by a staff…I told him no I need a tv…..he finally gave me another room….water was lukewarm when I took a shower….positive- breakfast was good, worker at breakfast was very nice and asked if I required anything…..
- 5/5
Everything was great, especially the price
- 3/5
The hotel was under significant construction, which was not disclosed at time of booking. The room was okay, but one of the side lights did not work, and there were no outlets by the bed. I would not stay here again.
- 1/5
Lot of construction. Nothing was mentioned about it. No working phone number to contact the property. When I asked for dental kit, I was told to come to reception to collect it. I haven’t never heard that guest is asked to come n collect from the reception instead of they delivering to my room.
- 2/5
Hotel was under renovation, which normally wouldn’t be a huge deal, however The construction workers started working directly above our room at 6am!! I have a small child who was woken early when we came from Ohio which is 3 hours ahead. Very inconvenient
- 4/5
There was no housekeeping service everyday. Replace towels and make the bed would be nice.
- 3/5
Very rude stuff. I was assigned to a room with a broken bathroom sink. When I went to the front desk, they were telling me. They were sold out when the hotel was completely empty.
- 4/5
The room was clean but dated. Major renovations were in progress in the public areas of the hotel
- 3/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room smelled stale and musty. The room was clean but the smell was uncomfortable.
- 2/5
They missed informing us that the hotel is under renovation and lots of construction going on, which made it extremely loud. Overall, everything else went good.
- 3/5
The room did not have any soap, nor did the front desk. I had to shower with shampoo, but the front desk didn't have any additional mini bottles to give me. Further, the tv remote did not work. The front desk did find me another remote that did work, but it wasn't nearly as clean as the first one.
- 4/5
I could see where the hotel will be nice. They seem to be in the middle of a remodel. Our room has been remodeled, but they did not have the towels or a hairdryer in the room. I did not want them to think I stole them, so I had to go to the desk and get them. Which I was able to get. The breakfast seem kind of skimpy for a comfort suites. There were not many people staying there, so maybe they just did not put much out?
- 5/5
A/c was loud
- 2.5/5
Bathroom sink was ready to fall off the wall. Heavily caulked to hold it onto the wall, holes in the wall, pool was not operating
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Very nice for an airport hotel. Comfortable bed and quite a few amenities. Very clean. Left too early to take advantage of the free breakfast but the room was nice and spacious.
- 0.5/5
Bed Bugs. Sleepless night
- 5/5
The pillows were awesome
- 2/5
nickel and dime operation , little gouges for laundry and big gouge for detergent ,breakfast was a bare minimum operation, 4th floor halls dirty carpet , foul smelling on sunday morning [ sewer ] trying to get laundry change was a joke with an attendant and a little sign forcing my family to go across the street , liquor store attendant saying they keep rolls on hand just because of the pettiness of the hotel, would not recommend staying here
- 2.5/5
Breakfast & staff was GREAT They didn't notify guest the pool was closed, nor did the website state it under construction. The location was oddly placed.
- 2/5
They were doing remodeling and said it was on the other side of hotel. NOT! It was right above us all hours of the night and early morning! Didn't take a shower due to tub was EXTREMELY nasty . Food looked cheap and not appetizing at all so we didn't get to eat a normal bfast. Front desk not helpful on check out did not seem to understand English. WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN. NO REPLY FROM YOU WILL CHANGE WHATS DONE! I have to advise others as I would want to know as well.
- 2/5
They are saving money by turning AC off in main area and rooms so when we arrived the entire hotel was warm and the room was boiling hot. Never really got cool and AC was so loud and cycled all night on and off on and off….the room would get hot, cool off, hot and all night the AC would bang on and rattle. Didn’t matter the bed was ok if you can’t sleep. If we had not paid in full I would have left. Oh and they were not at all bothered that our smoke detector had a trash bag wrapped around it. “Maintenance would remove tomorrow”. It was just a run down dump and the reviews are not accurate.
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
The front desk lady was very nice, as soon as I got up to the room it was very outdated and filled with cigarette smoke, very disappointing because the listing says smoke free rooms
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and welcoming and breakfast was amazing. The pool not being open
- 5/5
You don't have a shuttle bus to go from the air port to the motel.and we don't get the deposit be went check out we have to wait 3 to 7 days
- 1/5
When we got to the second room We checked to see if the shower handle was good and the water worked which it did. I went to turn on the lights next to the bed and they would not turn on. We called the front desk and the clerk tried to fix the problem. He said he would get maintenance in here asap in the morning. No maintenance came in the morning. When I went to the front desk this morning and they said they don’t have maintenance on the weekend. Only helpful person the entire trip was Joseph the night clerk
- 0.5/5
Proximity to the airport for a quick overnight stay Lots of renovations, room AC only working intermittently, fire alarm system blaring every 15 the entire evening. Called front desk, nothing they could do to help with room temperature, fire alarm system has to be manually silenced every time it goes off
- 4/5
Close to the location I was going. Clean, good breakfast, and near freeway
- 3/5
The pool was pretty dirty at the bottom. The ac on the floors didn’t seem to be working so it was a bit stuffy in the hallways.
- 5/5
Very comfortable.
- 5/5
I stay here often on business very nice very simple very clean definitely recommend and will be returning in the future
- 5/5
comfortable
- 4/5
Stay was great! Only complaint I have is that the ac unit is pretty loud. Hard to watch TV or sleep when it comes in.
- 4/5
Pleasant stay except vacuuming in earl a.m.
- 4/5
The A/C worked well however the unit was very loud; unable to use it during the night.
- 3/5
The property need updates, paint jobs, and water damage repair. The room also smelled a little off. The bed was really comfortable so that was a plus. Other than that, I would not stay here again. Pay the extra $30-50 somewhere else.
- 3/5
Breakfast was very good and staff was very nice
- 2/5
Very Boise and uncomfotable place, Lots of ítems not up to code, tile on elevador tapes with masking tape, see attached pictures
- 3/5
The beds were comfortable however the property needs updating.
- 4/5
It’s ok. Service was good. Breakfast was ok. Noisy from airport and room was not super clean but fine for a night and price was best we could find for the area.
- 3/5
Call about not getting TV to work and took 2 phone calls and 45 minutes this was at night
- 5/5
I liked the cleanliness of the entire property and especially the guest rooms.
- 5/5
Excellent value. Will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
It had everything you needed and was very comfortable.
- 5/5
Can’t wait till the next time thank you for the service
- 4/5
The property was good, my only complaint was the pigeon nest over the side door. There were bird droppings everywhere in front of the door.
- 2/5
Stayed a Thursday and Friday. Both days I found the ADA Disabled spots blocked right behind my car by first a delivery truck, then a big black tour bus day two. Bus driver lady gave me attitude about just doing her job. That whole parking lot to park and not block the handicap spots? 🤔
- 2/5
I think the property needs a little upgrades The hallways, and some of the room Staff was very polite And kind
- 3/5
The area is extremely noisy with loud highway traffic sounds filling the room.
- 4/5
Nice property
- 2/5
Front desk staff polite and helpful. Interior of hotel and pool area dirty and run down.
- 4/5
Most importantly, the hotel was comfortable, clean and had plenty of hot water. But there were two things that detracted from the stay. We were there for a week and the breakfast was exactly the same everyday. It would have been nice to have some variation in the food, as we've had in other hotels. It would have made a big difference. The second thing is that the air conditioner was a foot away from the bed. We had two double beds and I chose to sleep next to the air conditioner as I was afraid the kids would get sick with the cold air blowing directly on them. Needless to say I didnt sleep well.
- 4/5
Overall the stay was good. Have stayed here several times before. This time however, we were in an "adjoining room" that had a very load person in the "adjoining room. Had their TV volume extremely high late into the night, was coughing and loudly clearing their throat at all hours of the night. People were also loud at the pool, which was in front of the window, after 10 pm.l
- 4/5
The breakfast was as expected, not the biggest selection but it wasn't bad. The pool was nice, clean, good temp. Location and parking was good to. The snacks can't be charged to the room, which was a little annoying but that's just being picky.
- 5/5
Our stay was very nice. The rooms were great, the service with Miso, who taught me some French, and the lady preparing breakfast worked tirelessly for our comfort and needs. The other ladies were wonderful too. Because my keys weren't working and the lady came to my room to make sure. Another lady let me borrow some scissors. Just like family no hassles or ugly faces. Thank you and we'll be back.
- 1/5
Unfortunately we were not able to take our trip due to severe illness that spread through our entire family just before our trip commenced, forcing us to cancel our entire trip. We were pleasantly surprised that all our accomodations, even if booked as nonrefundable, were understanding of our circumstances and honored our medical notes stating we were not able to travel. We received refunds from these upstanding institutions-however THIS property was NOT one of those. Beware of booking a nonrefundable reservation with them in the event that any life circumstance may come up. They will not be understanding of that, they will not return your calls, they will not offer you a refund or even a travel credit, and they will not be reasonable people who understand that sometimes in life circumstances out of your control occur. They will not treat you as you would want to be treated--think twice before booking!
- 3/5
The property is old and run down. Staff was nice and courteous. Breakfast was sad. Room was pretty clean and spacious. But everything is old and run down.
- 1/5
I’m sadden to write this. The hotel was in terrible shape, bedding was dirty upon check in, the hot tub was completely boarded up. The pool gate didn’t latch and was falling apart. The rooms were dated, smelled terrible and the pull out bed was the worst mattress The tubs water leaked the entire time , flooring was literally falling apart. It was overpriced and I’m surprised it was rated so good. It was extremely loud but staff was friendly.
- 5/5

I probably wouldn’t stay here again
- 1/5
We had to change rooms in the middle of the Night because there was No HOT WATER! NONE OF THE PLUGS WORKED, THE COFFEE MAKER DIDNT WORK. .. THE SPA HAD BOARDS OVER IT. I PAID 295.00 FOR THIS ROOM. NOT INCLUDING THE DEPOSIT! THIS WAS NOT WORTH MY MONEY! 😕 IT WAS ASS RIDICULOUS.. I ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT.. AND I HAVE TO CALL BACK ON MONDAY.. TALK ABOUT A RUINED VACATION.. LETS BE REAL..
- 5/5
Easy check in and near many things.
- 1/5
Got to the hotel at 12:30am only to find out there were no rooms available even though they acknowledged I had a reservation. Left it to Hotels.com to take of the problem. Clerk on duty was pleasant and apologetic but didn’t help there was no room. Didn’t get to an alternative hotel Hotels.com booked till 2:30am and I had to check out at 11.
- 3/5
Stayed for a spring training game. Room was ok but air conditioner wasn't working properly. I didn't notify front desk because we got back to room late. It was a great location to the Tempe Diablo facility
- 5/5
Older property could use some work. Clean rooms staff very friendly and helpful. Good location.
- 5/5
Suite size is perfect for our family
- 3/5
We actually stayed twice in one week, after flying in and before flying out. The first stay was average and other than the hotel seeming kind of dated it was fine. The second stay wasn't as good. The room wasn't in great condition. The bathroom was in poor condition and the pillows were lumpy and hard. Also, we had to listen to children running down the hall above us and I can only guess jumping off beds, and really loud voices. Maybe its unfair to blame the hotel for the guests, but it left an impression.
- 3/5
Property was close to everything. Facility itself was a bit run down but fairly clean.
- 3/5
My biggest issue was that I booked it because it said they had an airport shuttle. When what they really do is call you an Uber and charge you a fee of $12.50 each time you need a ride. Honestly if I had know that I would have stayed at a hotel that charged more per night that had a true airport shuttle. I would stay there again if it was the only thing available. And the night I was staying something was happening in Phoenix and Comfort Suites was a lot more affordable. I think it’s fine to stay there as long as the airport shuttle isn’t an issue for you.
- 5/5
Very convenient to the Town Lake area. The building needs some new carpet but our room was updated, clean and we had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and big TV. Free breakfast is very basic but fine. They need some fresh fruit that is ripe enough to eat.
- 2/5
Very slow check in with a rude desk attendant. It was a little busy when we checked in at almost 10 pm, but the man checking us in was not friendly or helpful. I asked for pillows and he just told me no and told me we had all bedding we needed for our family of 5. We got to our room and we found small square flat pillows. We also found that there were only sheets for the pull out couch. I went and stood in line to ask for a blanket for my son and the man told me to come back later when be didn't have a line. I explained that I had young children that needed to go to sleep for our early morning flight and really needed a blanket. He brought me back another sheet and said they didn't have blankets. There was a very loud noise for about 15 minutes coming from the bathroom pipes. The hotel room wasn’t in good condition and our bathroom was borderline gross. Paint peeling out of the bath tub, rust, and visually not nice. The chandelier in the lobby photos on line is completely missing and is just a big hole in the ceiling. Breakfast was fine. We would never stay there again.
- 5/5
Staff was incredible!
- 3/5
The location is good. Hot water and comfy bed. Hotel needs a major interior renovation. Pretty run down….rusty tub, furniture scraped up, elevator filthy.
- 1/5
The property and rooms are old and in need of updating. The breakfast was very basic. I would expect more for a room that was priced at over 100 dollars a night.
- 2/5
Staff were nice and professional. Room condition was poor. Hole in the bathroom door that was attempted to be fixed but just was a mass of dried putty. Dirty walls. Holes in the main hallway carpets. Debris on the main stairs like no one has vaccuumed in weeks .
- 4/5
A very convenient location and a really nice room with a good breakfast. The room had a few minor cosmetic issues, but everything worked, it was clean and comfortable, the people were great, and overall, it was a great match of value / comfort.
- 4/5
I found there was a $100 USD deposit I was not aware of. We stayed in other hotels and they didn't require any "deposit".
- 3/5
This place was just ok. Nothing special. Bed was awful. Needs updating. Should not advertise fitness center. It’s a room with a treadmill, bike, pulley machine that you can’t do much with. Breakfast was adequate to get something in your stomach. This place shouldn’t be anymore than $125/night, instead it’s well over $200 a night, way overpriced for what it is,
- 2/5
Lots of issues with room looking like it was falling apart pieces of trim missing screws missing locks not screwed into door tight so not sure if room was safe to stay in
- 5/5

Very nice person at the front desk and the hotel was pleasant with good services and a very good breakfast

Pet friendly! Excellent check in experience. Staff is so helpful. Rooms are large, comfortable, and very clean. Road closures made our arrival a bit difficult, but the stay was well worth it.

The outside door is so heavy it echos in all the downstairs rooms.

We had a one-night stop-over. There were good food options to drive to, within a couple miles. We enjoyed the TASTY THAI restaurant a short drive away. We liked the very comfortable King bed and the pillows. The breakfast was adequate-average, with enough selection. The orange juice (although not "Fresh-squeezed") was very tasty, the best of several hotels of all name brands that we had recently stayed in.

Very low-end of three star hotels. Poor room condition, shabby overall appearance of hallways, and cramped bathroom. Breakfast was adequate, but most of the experience left the impression that this hotel either has no money or no desire to present itself well. Might've been adequate for a one-night layover, but two nights of business travel would've been better spent across the street or elsewhere closer to the airport. Most hotels that call themselves an "Airport" hotel in my experience also offer a shuttle service to and from the airport, this one did not. Staff seemed to shamble aimlessly around, nobody moved with great purpose.

close to the airport, but the building is old , does not gives you a welcome feeling, corridors were smelly, room's air condition was loud , one can not get a proper sleep, out of three days stay , one day was requested to clean the room, but no one showed up.

We had an overnight stay and had a good experience. Staff was really friendly and helpful, we were able to stay there with our dog. The breakfast, facilities and surrounding areas were as described. Overall a good stay.

This hotel was pretty grimy from the start. The pool was unkept and was very dirty. The advertised hot tub was closed and boarded up. And the pictures are nothing like what the hotel is like when you arrive. My kids finally laid down for bedtime at 9pm and were itchy all over and had multiple bumps on their body. After inspecting the bed, we found bed bugs. We left and went across the street to the Hampton inn and suites. Great experience there!

Walls were thin abd breakfast was very basic but was a good stay other than that.

We did not feel safe in our in our room. The clock and microwave was not showing right time. A mirror was hung upside down the hallways felt scary walking down the hall. We checked out fast after getting to our room.

Employees were great & the property is in a safe place. The property however is run down visible wear and tear. Bath tub was rusted, hallway carpet torn in several places, and other minor damages.

The hotel is perfect for staying near the airport. It is clean, and great bed, great water pressure for the shower, too. It is fine, and what you get for the price. It has great breakfast, and the guy at the counter when we checked in late on New Years Eve was kind. A good night's sleep for an overnight stay with an early flight out in the morning.

Once we figured out the air conditioner in our room, it was very comfortable, and quiet. The check in/ check-out process was super simple, the gal that checked us in was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Very convenient for a quick trip to the airport at an early hour.

Very unsatisfied with this property. Requested housekeeping on my 3rd day of my stay with front desk.. Came be to room that night after working all day. No housekeeping was done, no replacement towels, sheets etc. I also book a room with a microwave/fridge. No microwave was in the room. Nor was one put in during my stay. Solution was to move me onto new room at 8:30 at night, after working all day and being exhausted. Very irritated with the lack of follow thru from this property and housekeeping staff.

However, you can tell there are areas of maintenance that are not looked after and or are not important to the owners. Door locks not working, paint, carpet trim …dirty pool… toilet maintenance (handles loose) dirty grout.

We arrived for my daughter's move in date at ASU. This was our third year staying there. We get a room that had not even bn cleaned and the bathroom was so Nasty and tub all dirty. The hotel itself has really gone downhill from when we first stayed there. Don't know if new owners or what it is really old carpet smells nasty . Needless to say had to shower with my flipflops on. The breakfast was the same everyday. The girl working the front desk and the maintenance guy were real nice about everything. Immediately moved us to another room and ask me if that one was good . Before they went downstairs. The one good thing I can say is that. Will never stay there again.
