Betsy was the front desk staff. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She made check-in actually fun. Room was clean, , spacious. The only complaint…..no place to plug in a phone charger

The bed was a bit stiff since there was no box spring but otherwise a a great facility.

Love the location. Suite was dirty with dirty dishes in the sink. Could not have any coffee due to dirty cups in the sink and there were no clean ones. Disappointed

Great place to stay while going to a concert or event at the arena. We could walk right over, the apartment was super clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Plenty of restaurants nearby to walk to.

Going to concert at benchmark. 2 minute walk. Never have stayed in a more beautiful room. Balcony overlooking downtown. My go to place now for downtown Tampa.

Always a great stay here. Rooms are big & clean & since it’s 1/2 residents, 1/2 hotel there’s a lot of apartment-type things. It’s a super convenient 2 block or less walk to everything riverwalk & Amiele Arena (or whatever its name is now) & lots of food options as well. It’s a 10/10 hotel for me

I would have rated our stay a five if it wasn't for the bed. It felt like you were sleeping on cardboard. Thankfully, it was only a one-night stay. The location is perfect if you want to get out on the town without having to drive. There are plenty of things to do and great places to eat.

This property is in a newer area of Tampa and is center to many amenities as well as walkable to downtown. One of my favorite locations to visit for a local staycation.
