Staff started knocking on my door at 10:20AM for me to leave the room even though I had asked tor a check out at noon. They knocked on my door four times befote we decided we had had enough and left. Never coming back.

We loved this hotel until we turned on the lights and realized there were huge stains on the bed. This freaked us out because it wasn’t something you would have missed when cleaning. We called the front desk and the only thing they offered to do was send linens for us to change the top blanket. I don’t think I can recommend this hotel unless you have no other options. The staff were friendly, it seemed like they were limited in what they could do. However, the fact that such a big stain was front and center on the bed and left for us to find gave us a bad impression.

The hotel room is large with a nice full kitchen but the carpet on the floor was a little dirty. The Bathroom was nice and large. The Tv was also nice.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and up to date. Great experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone! Stayed here during the BTS Arirang World Tour and I could have not asked for a better hotel and experience!
