The room was clean, but the pet urine smell was so bad.

Loved staying here we got a suite and it was very spacious for 3 people staying multiple nights! Clean and breakfast was good! Parking was a little annoying due to having to use the parking garage but our stay was great.

Parking is $12 to park in the parking garage diagonal from the property. Not ideal, but good to know!

The only criticism I have of this place is parking, but I guess that's to be expected with five properties close by. Our room was clean and spacious and staff very friendly.

Staff super friendly and attentive. Israel of the front desk went above and beyond with his customer service. We had to change rooms due to the carpet in the room being soaked by what I assume from the AC. The room had a very bad smell like something was rotting.

My only criticism was that there was a coffee pot and no coffee in my room. The coffee in the lobby was really good though. The airport transport never showed up after 30 min so I made other arrangements. There seemed to be some confusion so I don’t think this was typical.

Shuttle. When I arrived the phones were down and I eventually had to get a Lyft. Then the hotel door was locked and luckily someone else had already left but still had their room key to let us in. Eventually the staff came to help check us in. The room was fine but the experience was a bit lacking.

Check in was easy and deposit to stay was cheap ($25) and Check out was even easier. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was clean and nicely setup. I also liked that it was secure ans you couldn't use the elevator without your hotel key card.

Israel greeted us at check in. Everything was clean, neat and the breakfast was delicious. I called Abel ( the manager) a few days later to commend him on the location to the airport and all the above. Israel and Abel handled a difficult situation well that involved us too! We highly recommend anyone to stay there!

Absolutely wonderful stay. Room is incredibly comfortable and welcoming. Shuttle to and from the airport is easy to find and quick. Not many dining options in the area that are walkable so you do have to rely on the restaurant at the Hilton next door. Luckily it’s delicious!

I was very pleased with my decision to rent a suite for myself and my family at the price that I paid. Room was large; it was comfortable and all the amenities were there. Also, I like the fact that it was not just for personal use but it also could have been used for business purposes. I did not like the fact, that for a family of three adults and three children, there was not enough things that we needed. In particular for the bathroom; we had to call and request for at release three items. However the staff was extremely polite and respectful and professional.

Desk reception was exceptional every shift, and Jaime for port shuttle was fantastic.

Overall it was not a pleasant experience. I waited more than 40 min for my room to be “clean”. Nothing to say about the staff but the manager was with a little attitude and the excuse for my room to not be ready was “everything is sold out because of the BTS concert”. I would never come back again.

The key stopped working every time we went to our room and had to go back to the desk. Apparently Hilton put a new system in. We met other guests that had the same issue. Then, when we checked out we went to the parking garage to get our car the gate wont open. We had to call customer service twice to get the gate open.

The parking was a nightmare. The ticket that I received for my car did not work in the garage the night I cheeked in and when I checked out 2 days later , the ticket would not open the gate.

The breakfast menu was ok, l would think you would have more than one handicapped spaces, there were three that were marked for club members, l have only one lung and got winded having to walk from the parking garage. It seems that the floor we were staying on never got vacuumed. There were pieces of trash there for the whole week. I asked the cleaning person to use the vacuum to do our room and the bag was so full it won’t pick up anything. I asked the cleaning person about it and she didn’t know there was a bag to replace once it got full.

Clean and spacious room. Great customer service both in the hotel and from the airport shuttle driver. This was the second hotel we stayed at near the Tampa airport. This was definitely superior in all categories. If I return to stay near the Tampa airport I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very accommodating with our group. We had just returned from a cruise and it was several hours before check in time. The hotel stored our luggage for us and allowed us access to the pool. Our rooms were ready early and we were able to get settled after waiting only a couple of hours. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again if traveling in the area!

It was very close to the airport and had a FREE shuttle. We were going to the airport at 3:30 AM. Also the room was HUGE. Being a senior citizen I didn’t like that the room had NO closet and/or Chester drawers. There was six pegs on the wall. We had to keep our clothes in our suitcases overnight.

My entire stay was excellent. Of course the breakfast was excellent as well as the parking. I particularly was impressed with the conversations with your staff. They were attentive and helpful.

The breakfast was excellent with many options for everyone. Belgian waffles were a huge hit and the coffee was good too. Airport transportation was provided which was very convenient. Because you want to be pet friendly you over use deodorant to mask the smell. My allergies to perfumes kicked in heavy and it was miserable. I’m having issues with most hotels because of the worship of dogs and cats. I pay the bill and cats and dogs don’t. You have a nice place but I won’t stay again

Somehow, we were put in a handicap room. There was no box spring, so the bed was a foot below the built in night stands. The hotel was not a $--- a night hotel. Just a little strange.

I mistakenly made this reservation for the wrong night. Tried to change the reservation and then cancel the reservation. But, received NO response from management of the hotel.

The staff went above and beyond for us when we were in need of some toiletries. The suite was well configured for our family and seemed clean and updated. The only thing we felt could be better was the curtains. They did not actually close so there was a lot of light in the room at night.

I was very disappointed with the service we received at the Hampton in Avion Park Tampa. We flew in the night before to make sure there was no hiccups in our plans. I called the hotel the day before we were to arrive to clarify the hotel shuttle program they offered. They said the shuttle runs every half hour and after hours, JUST call and they will send a shuttle. So when we arrived around midnight. I called the same number as I was given and no answer. Since it was late I thought maybe the night clerk was helping another guest or taken a break. I called the number for almost an hour and there was 10 or so other guests at the airport calling as well. NO Answer EVER. About an hour later a shuttle from a different hotel came to the airport and we flagged him down and he was very kind and gave all of us a ride to the hotel. When we all arrived at the hotel the night guy was in the back room with no clue anyone had called. Was a real disappointment and a short night as we had got to our room around 1:30am after getting checked into be up at 9am to catch the shuttle for our cruise. Maybe someone should make sure they are answering the phones at night when you said to call.

The shower was spraying water everywhere. We didn’t want to move as my wife had attempted to shower. She was ready for bed. I asked if I could shower in a vacant room as I had a 3:00 am wake up call. She was more concerned with Housekeeping having to place towels I a room I simply wanted to shower in than she was in taking care of your customers. I WILL NOT STAY IN HILTON Flag property again. Our room was not cleaned the entire stay, we had to ask the cleaning lady to take the trash out, bring towels and there was no body wash and conditioner, I had to ask to have it refilled.

Staff was very good. Friendly and efficient. We have stayed at this hotel several times and like it overall. That's why we keep coming back when staying in Tampa. I did learn to NOT stay in a room next to the elevators. Terribly noisy. Very little rest.

Breakfast was quick and there were plenty of healthy choices, fresh fruit , whole wheat bread and eggs. We appreciated the shuttle from the airport and the dining options within walking distance. Did not use the pool or fire pit, but they looked to be clean and in working order.

It was really convenient to have the airport shuttle from the airport. The only thing is to make it clear that you have to call for pickup. The room was clean. The shower was really nice with good water pressure. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, so we cannot comment.

We arrived late, but they still took very good care of us gave us goodie bag and let us park close to the door, which was awesome because we were so tired

Carpet was filthy. When was the last time it was vacuumed? Bathroom was clean.

The room condition was excellent. The lady Julie at Reservation was very kind and helpful. However, her supervisor, the front desk Manger has a horrible attitude and should not work in Customs Service I will not return based on her attitude towards us. She needs to be retrained or repurpose to another Department that doesnt interact with customers.

The room was not that clean. They didnt empty the trash. They did not refresh the room. Also, they did treat my husband very nicely. It took them 30 minutes to get us from the airport. Dont believe in all the tings that are close to them becasue there is only one restaurant near them. This was not the best experience.

Breakfast buffet was good, especially the self made waffles. Staffs were friendly. Will stay here again!

The room was large, but half the floor was wet from the air conditioner leaking, and it was 2 am when I got in and did not want to call down to change rooms at that hour, but when I told the front desk in the morning, they did not even give me a discount on the room - I will not stay there again.

Overall I found the one staff member at the reception was inattentive and didn’t seem to care. I was standing at the desk for quite a while. He kept his head down doing whatever. I had to get his attention. Additionally, just took the keys and that was it.

The parking for check-in was a 20 minute wait circling around and around to be able to park and enter. The bed was hard and the pillow was foam. I didn't sleep well because of the discomfort. Also, the room was freezing and blowing cold air. When I asked for maintenance, the very nice Engineer/Plumber took over an hour to respond while I sat with a coat on in my room waiting. He then had to remove the entire heating unit and replace it with another. It did finally warm up. Overall - unacceptable.

Rooms are exquisite, breakfasts are plentiful and the proximity to the cruise port can't be beat! Far enough away from the craziness but close enough to get there with ease. We especially enjoy the contactless check in/out, as we frequently arrive/depart at busy or off hours. Will definitely be back prior to each and every future cruise!

The room was spotless, the breakfast was good, but we could barely sleep because of a tapping sound coming from the bathroom. It sounded almost like someone was tapping on the countertop, and we couldn’t get it to stop at 3am

We chose this hotel because it is pet-friendly, has an electric vehicle charger in the nearby parking garage and is close to Raymond James Stadium. I was concerned about noise because it is across the street from Tampan International Airport but noise wasn't an issue. The room and breakfast buffet were very good.

Very disappointed!

The night clerk was really awful (I checked in after midnight-- he was not happy to help me). The day people were better. The bed was VERY hard and uncomfortable. It is a property in need of a facelift. Parking was miserable to locate and use. The hotel is hard to find. I would not stay here again.

Our room was not huge but was comfortable. They have a nice outdoor pool but unfortunately it was too cold outside to use it. The breakfast had a good variety. For us it was convenient because it was literally right across the street from our rental car return.

The breakfast selection was limited. There was absolutely no designated parking lot at the hotel. A parking garage was an option for an additional $10/day. Otherwise, you basically had to park at your own risk in a shared parking lot that is with restaurants, medical offices and other hotels. This was not made known upon booking.

There was a used panty liner in closet. Shower water pressure was terrible. “Hot” water was only warm. The bag with the extra blanket smelled and seemed unwashed.

This is the only Hampton Inn that did not have potatoes and sausage links or patties (some people do not like gravy). Parking for the hotel was limited-had to park at the garage.

Overall the hotel is good for a short getaway. Very convenient to the Tampa Airport. The breakfast was underwhelming. I realize that this may be typical of a continental breakfast but honestly, it just wasn’t great. The parking situation is horrible. Because the hotel is in a plaza with other hotels and businesses, you have no choice but to park in the parking garage. Even at that, you have to park a few levels up depending on time.

This hotel has it all. Location is fabulous. Walking distance to international plaza lots of shopping. The airport shuttle was quick. Breakfast was fresh and lots of selection. Rooms were spacious and clean. Would highly recommend.

Hampton inn are well know for their hot breakfast On our 1st breakfast there was no meat served. It’s like only biscuits and gravy with scrambled egg The 2nd day. Only turkey sausage that is not pleasing to the eye.. like u don’t want to eat ! Very disappointing in breakfast
