Everything was ok, Language barrier was a challenge, but we worked it out.

This hotel was very comfortable and clean, and they had a very nice breakfast! The only difficulty was that the elevator closest to our room was closed so we had to walk far and down different hallways to reach the other elevator which was inconvenient. Otherwise, it's a beautiful hotel.

Would stay here again.

The hotel met our needs nicely. The bed was comfortable and it was clean and quiet.

The only negative was that the breakfast was below average. Room was clean, property was clean, staff was very helpful.

Breakfast was average, but not one piece of fresh fruit. Not value for money. Convenient if your flight is cancelled or if your flight is first thing in the morning.

Overall it was good. Except for the room entertainment system. No Netflix access and the TV kept defaulting to the Marriott advert channel regardless of which channel was selected… very annoying!

Ly at the front desk was AMAZING! She helped us so much and is super sweet.

Spacious room, TVs (2) worked painlessly, very comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean floors, bathroom, plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Speaking of the body wash, created loads of suds, nice smell unlike other hotels. We had no complaints what so ever.

I booked this for the shuttle service to/from the airport and the complimentary breakfast in the morning to help our travel costs. Breakfast sucked but the kind and friendly staff made up for it! Would will be back but we hope the breakfast gets better.

The room was great with a kitchenette that was an absolute life saver. Staff was friendly and helpful and the property was a lot more quiet then I expected considering the airport right nextdoor. The pool was perfect for my kids and we'll stay again.

Ugh. Check-in good. Room- bathroom desperately needs complete renovation. Shower -awful. Bubbling wall paint- no bueno. Two screeching ear piercing fire alarms waking us up early in the morning- that weren’t fires, not ok. Morning breakfast offering zero food allergy options - fail.

Overall a good stay. The first issue was the wait time for the shuttle to get us from the airport to the hotel. It was well over 30 minutes and we were told about 15-20 minutes. Then, we got to the room and room 400 was next to a very loud vibrating mechanical system. We went back to the front desk and got changed to another room. The front desk employee was EXTREMELY sweet. She was there again in the morning and called the shuttle for me to go back to the airport to pick up the rental car. Again, it was way more than 30 minutes. She saw that 2-3 shuttles already came and told me that I wasn’t allowed to go on their shuttle because they were full or going somewhere else. Finally the fourth shuttle came and told me that the rental car center is not in the terminal so she blamed it on the front desk and said that she was going to call another shuttle for me. I interjected and said that I was going to go on that shuttle to the main terminal and take the monorail to the rental car. It was pretty shocking to me that the shuttle driver wasn’t as familiar with Tampa airport as I was. It also bothered me how she tried blaming it on the front desk employee who was a model employee. Before we left we looked out to take a look at the pool and the water was cloudy and green. I wouldn’t have gone swimming in that pool. The market was convenient. The rooms were clean. It was impossible to access the other side of the king bed with the sofa bed being open. 5 stars for the front desk employe

Convenient to the airport, not the cleanest room but short drive in the morning to the airport. Could hear plane noise overhead so just a heads up if sensitive to noises or bring a fan.

Michael at the desk was passive aggressive. When i called for shuttle he never mentioned what to look for. We waited over an hour for pick up. When i called he said are you looking for the right van? I said looking for one with Marriott and he said its A1 to which i replied saw that but the driver never opened his door to ask us on the sidewalk either. The worst part was Michael said he needed our credit card for a hold, said it was $x. He charged$5x on a room I prepaid $5x+, said he would fix that but he didnt. The next day at checkout, the worker at the desk told me with Expedia they dont charge a hold and agreed it was no mistake what he did was wrong, also encouraged me to call a general manager because Michael actually was a manager. Sheets were clean. Breakfast was fair. I have a dispute in with my credit card. Shame on you Michael. I was completely respectful with you. I guess you thought it funny to leave us waiting in the cold at the airport and play games with my credit card.

I had called to an extent another day and asked for us to have two beds. We were given a room with one bed so I requested the two beds again and they gave us a room. It was very nice. There were three TVs in the room and none of them worked so we requested another room with working TVs.

We had issues connecting with the shuttle from car rental. Location & name on van not provided. Breakfast didn't start until 7am, too late for early flights. Room was very good.

The 2 members of staff we dealt with were super bright and helpful. Room fabric is old, and I reported that the W C seat needed replacing, but water pressure was good and everything we used in the kitchenette worked. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The stay represented good value.

Staff were wonderful and I wont take that away from them. However, the room and smells were horrible. It was dirty, stained, ceiling was wet and had hair on it? It was really crazy in there and our original rooms AC was broken so it was loud when it was active. Other than that,!85 was alright.

It's a economic hotel next to a airport. The room had imperfection. This isn't a luxury hotel but its clean, the water is hot, the parking is easy, the front desk was responsive and let us in at 3am after our flight was late. What more do you want?

While the room was okay, the hotel did not provide the customary amenities. For example, there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Additionally, the room, and perhaps the entire hotel, could use a renovation. Free parking would have been a nice perk. The one good thing was the hotel's proximity to the airport. All in all, the rates a "meh."

The hotel did not have bath cloths! My son had to wash with a hand towel. I checked on Sunday, December 14th and still have not received my deposit of $50 back.

The towels didn't seem fresh and the water in the shower took forever to warm up even just a bit. I put up with it because I only booked it for 2 nights and spent time with family during the day. On the plus side, breakfast offered lots of choices! The WiFi didn't connect right away and add to have a special code to do so

Very convenient. The bedding was very comfortable and the toiletries in the bathtub were great. I stayed in room 405 which I think is an accessible room. I use a wheelchair and have to say getting in and out of the room were very difficult; hard to keep the door open and propel myself. The staff at the breakfast area were very nice.

It was convenient near the airport for a very early plane departure the next day. The front desk staff were very friendly and the facility provided a 4am shuttle to the airport. Not there long enough to comment. Never used any of the room amenities like coffee, etc.

Staff was great; rooms were clean and very nice suites. Great, close proximity to restaurants and a parking garage facility. We were able to leave our car while away on our trip and use shuttles to and from the airport from and to the hotel. Reasonable long-term parking fees at parking garage.

I took this Hitel because you know it has a good name of Hotel but unfortunately, I’m on the second floor and the third floor. It was just a wild floor people running stomping all night not unacceptable would not recommend this hotel at all.

The staff was very friendly and even though it was busy , he was very efficient at handling the customer's checking in. The room was neat and if we needed anything the staff was very accommodating.

Outra menção é com o serviço de limpeza do quarto, na reserva diz que a limpeza é diária e isso não é verdade, ela é feita somente no segundo dia da estadia e foi um incômodo para mim e minha família, uma vez que usamos a cozinha do quarto.

I found dirty towels piled up in the bathroom floor once i came in, besides the soap wrap paper close to the sink as if someone was there right before us. Apparently no one made sure bathroom was clean nor organized. For a $200 night stay hotel, the standard completely failed in that aspect. It was too late and i was very tired to go down and wait to get that issue solved.

Perfect for a pre-cruise stay

Room was clean. Had an issue with shower handle, which was turned off too tight and took a lot of force to turn on. Breakfast area is quite small for the hotel size. Was very crowded. Airport shuttle was convenient and punctual.

Close to the airport Breakfast was a disaster. The lady that was supposed to serve breakfast came in and quit. The front desk had to call someone else to come in and serve which took about an hour!

This hotel is close to Raymond James Stadium for the fans to stay. It was clean and the staff are very friendly.

Pretty clean. Small, basic room which clearly was not checked…coffee maker broken, tub leaked, toilet handle hanging on. Nice breakfast. Quiet area, office park though doors are thin and you hear all noise in hallways.

Breakfast was just okay—not the best selection compared to other Marriott properties I’ve stayed at, but it was fine to get the day started. Overall, this is a solid choice if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay near the airport. I would definitely return.

Unfortunately when we arrived in town the system was down and we couldn’t check in at 8p. So I said would it help if we grabbed a bite and came back, the employee said yes and apologized. Upon returning we were able to check in BUT I learned there was another charge of parking which I was unaware of. Nobody’s fault I just don’t like surprise costs. Nice place to stay and employees were Friendly.

Great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did witness a morning employee behave inappropriately as a result of the night clerk leaving some tasks undone. She used a lot of foul language, yelling and screaming. It was the lady with the bleach blond hair. The other staff apologized over and over for her behaviour. Not fair to give a bad rating for all the others. She needs to get a hold of her emotions and be more professional. Other than that it was great.

The agent at check in was by herself with a line of guests. She was calm, quick and efficient without making the process feel rushed.

It was immaculate! So clean, so quiet. Having to pay to park our car.

The hotel is small but quaint. The room had all the amenities my children and I needed as well. But most importantly, Rothschild at the front desk was very accommodating. She allowed us to check in early and check out later. She also provided information as to the dining options nearby and how to get public transportation.

The pool was delightful and clean. The gym was well stocked and clean.

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. It was in a zone close to the airport, not far from the cruise ship port and close to a few good restaurants and a short under ride away from shopping centers. Transportation to and from the airport was a plus!

Overall, it was a good place to stay. Close to Raymond James which is why I picked it. The pool needs to be better maintained. There were thousands of dead bugs in it because it never got skimmed. But that's not a deal breaker at the end of the day.

King Suite's air conditioning made a thumping sound(annoying) non working fan in bathroom- body wash container in shower was empty.

The property was clean and room was fine. The breakfast was awful. Dried out eggs, stale muffins and bagels. Just not as ecpected.

Parked forever away from the entrance, then charged 10.65 for parking and then told I had to walk BACK out to put a pass on my car dashboard. 😡

Comfortable beds but I don't care for feather pillows. Staff was friendly & helpful. Liked the larger refrigerator & stove, DW & microwave.

Reasonably priced and clean hotel near Raymond James Stadium. Staff was courteous. $10 parking fee for outdoor lot that was not disclosed at check in but showed up on the bill.

The staff were very helpful! They answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to get me what I needed.

The location of the hotel is close to everything I needed, and the staff was very professional, courteous, friendly and quickly took care of everything I needed, to include replacing a leaking shower valve. The breakfast could have been better: the eggs were not kept warm enough, the bacon was overcooked and crumbly, and the sausage was way overcooked, dry and hard.
