The room smelled.lobby was dirty and so was the elevator. There was small roaches on the rooms bathroom and mattress had holes very uncomfortable.

The room was dirty, the tub had a long rust stain in it the sheets smelled like someone had already laid on it like a manly odor, the bed was lumpy because the mattress was lumpy

Nothing was supplied, no shampoo , no hair dryer, no breakfast. Completely unacceptable not to inform guests that the hotel is going out of business and use that as an excuse to not supply basic item needed. The water pressure was unacceptable and the temperature did not stay consistent.

Cockroaches, rusty microwave, broken and missing drawers ... move to a different room and that was bettbetter wasbetter

This site is closing apparently. Could use a big facelift. But it was clean and close to the airport to catch an early flight.

Room felt neglected! The property is just horrible. Had to wait 30-40 minutes for someone to get to the property to check me in.

Reception at the front desk was exceptional. However, the place overall was very dicey. It looks more like a place where Wellington people are housed. Everything is old and rundown, and has an overall smell in very very lived in. Windows were dirty. Beds and rain however we’re clean, and serve the purpose for a much-needed nap.

We arrived around midnight, and they left me and my family stranded outside. The front desk was closed, and the number they told us to call couldn't resolve the situation. At that hour, I had to go to another hotel without knowing if I'll be able to get my money back.

The room had no shampoo, dishes, spoons etc. The room was dirty (walls and floors) and there were bugs. The bed was the only oasis and we had a nice rest there.

The room was dirty, roaches were present and there was black mold throughout the bathroom. We were placed in Room 129.

Dated and dirty looking. Funny smell in the halls. Kind of a last mintue stay so cannot complain too much
