The room was large and clean. The location of the hotel was convenient to areas around the Tampa area. Self parking worked well. The staff was very helpful and friendly during each engagement.

The location was good and convenient. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Was disappointed on the breakfast items as we found a bagel was moldy.

Didn’t eat breakfast. The gentleman who worked weekdays 7-3 on the sixth floor was excellent truly appreciated his service. He said he started two months ago.

The hotel and everything was good, the experience in the concert and the place to stay was on point, the staff was super nice and the food was good!! Thankyou!! I really enjoyed my first time at tampa!!!

The free breakfast is incredible. Also, the staff is incredibly kind. Rios took care of me and my friends. I've stayed at this location previously for concerts - it's a great value/location for those going to shows at Amalie Arena or Raymond James Stadium. Nothing comes to mind here.

Good location, the hotel is older. The room we booked wasn’t available so we ended up with a blow up bed after hours for the room we had originally booked. We were also put in the accessibility room. Staff were nice, breakfast was a good perk but is closed down promptly at 9:30! So be prepared… we had been told it was open until 11am!

The Element was a great place to stay. We booked the suite with multiple beds for 4 nights, it could sleep up to 5 if you use the sofa pull out bed. This room had a kitchen that included dishes, pots and pans microwave, stove top and refrigerator and freezer. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom with walk-in shower was very spacious. The parking can be confusing because it is an additional cost and it is not on site. They do offer valet parking at an additional cost. The staff was very helpful and super nice. The free breakfast is very limited but we only used it for one morning. There were several restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The pool was clean and more of a lounging pool. I dont think you could get any laps down. Raymond James Stadium was 5 driving minutes up the road if interested. Would stay again.

For the price, breakfast does not even meet the basics. It's just eggs, cereal, bread and fruits. There should be more varieties to fill up the stomach. Stovetop was not provided even though it was listed as part of the amenities. Staff should have been more professional. Staff was super rude and tried to gaslight us to feel bad for just trying to check in. Staff brushed off our concerns and threatened us that we were making the wait longer for everyone else when the conversation lasted less than five minutes. Staff was blaming us for being the reason to not getting our room on time. Had to wait for an extra hour when there are places we really need to go to. Compensation was not even provided for the wasted hour. There was no apology or whatsoever. Will not book this hotel again.

Parking was a bit expensive. Service Charges and taxes added at the end. Breakfast has no meat. Eggs cooked to order. Fruits, cereals and breads. All good. Orange juice not watered down. The area is very nice. Restaurants all around. Whole Foods. Walmart, Target etc are close by as well. The bed was very comfortable. Big screen TV. Water hot.
