Great location for the concert we were attending at Raymond James stadium. Nice room layout. Comfortable stay.

The bathroom was very small with no counter space. I have never stayed at any hotel (especially one that costs $250/night) that charges you for breakfast. There was a small shop in the lobby that charged $6 for a bagel!

The location was convenient to the pier where we were leaving on a cruise They said we had to join the reward program to access the internet. That's terrible.

The room was clean as well as the lobby and corridors. The only minor issue was that the night stand lights did not work.

Very clean everywhere in the building, staff are all incredibly nice and helpful. The only complaints I have would be that the room only has one mirror (over the sink) which makes it challenging to get ready. Also the WiFi is pretty bad and spotty.

Breakfast was okay except they only offer breakfast for 2 and I was charged for 2 extra people and I didn’t get it. I had to pa for the 2 other people. Maybe just offer continental breakfast so everyone is included.

They wanted our kids to sleep on pullouts. (Which we found dirty socks in) and they just gave us sheets and made us make the bed ourselves. Would not recommend this hotel to other families.

We arrived very early for our check-in and the woman at the counter was so nice…she didn’t want to give us a room facing the highway so she said to come back in about an hour and there would be something ready…but then she came running out to our car to say she found a room that was ready! She was so excited and apologized for running out. No apology needed! We were 1.5 hours ahead of check/in time.

The bed was very comfy! The one thing I didn’t like was there was no body mirror to see yourself in only the sink mirror which showed half your body.

The room was nice and spacious. The only thing we wished for was extra pillows in the room. There were not enough pillows for a king size bed. Breakfast was included in our room rate, there should have been more hot options.

My daughter was attending the University of Tampa Basketball Camp so the hotel location was convenient. We were about 10 to 15 minutes from the University. We went to the pool and it was clean.

Me and my daughter stayed for 1 night to attend a concert. Good location outside of downtown. Staff was very nice, room was nice and clean except the dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod and a “clean” washcloth that had brown stains.

I travel often and most hotels that i stay at leave two complimentary water bottles $6 for a bottle of water in the Florida heat when you could really use it is a little much. Put two smaller bottles of free water in there, is a suggestion. Especially for the coffee… ☕️ not like your profit margins will take that much of a hit from it. Way at the top

My family and I stayed here the last night of our vacation. The transportation to and from the airport was great. I returned our rental car the evening before as we had an early flight. There’s a great Bar and Grill right next door.

Overall it was a nice stay. I enjoy the free self parking. Only stayed 1 night. Surrounding area seemed good. Walked to Dunkin in the morning and there is a Whole Foods walking distance too.

Our stay was great! We were coming from Venice area to see a Buccaneer's game. Angela, the manager, was kind enough to provide us with an early checkin so we could get settled before going to the game. She also gave us a balcony room when she saw my notes online requesting a balcony.

The property staff were amazing and so kind. They were very helpful and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The room was spacious and clean. It was very updated as well. The location is very convenient too. There is a Walmart and a Target close by. A gas station and a Dunkin across the street. The airport was also only 5 minutes away. This is my second time staying here and whenever we visit this will be our go to hotel. Thank you Courtyard Tampa for making our experience wonderful!

We had to go down to get a spoon and sugar for the oatmeal. Overall very disappointing stay.

This hotel is definitely worth the stay. Its nice and clean. Parking could be a little closer or better for disabled people like myself, but it was still a pleasurable stay. I would definitely book here again.

The room smelled like cigarettes all night the phone didn’t work when you picked it up to notify front desk of the condition of the room. For the price of the stay it could have been lower. We dropped our things and went to get a bite to eat. When we came back front desk was unable to help us. Very poor customer service and unfriendly employees.

Wonderful hotel and great hospitality. After we checked out and got to the airport to catch transportation to the cruise port my son noticed he left his wallet behind. We contacted the hotel, they checked out room and found his wallet. They even brought it to us at the airport before we had to leave. Everything was still in the wallet as we hoped.The blonde female bus driver was wonderful.

Everything was great. Especially liked the courtesy van driver who, when asked “How are you today?”, replied “Exceptional” with a wonderfully bright smile. Such great energy.

The staff here was what made this stay most enjoyable for us. From the shuttle driver to the front desk they were very helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Our experienced started with a cancelled flight. I immediately found this property on Expedia and it fit the bill to spend the night. We called for the airport shuttle and it arrived in ~15mins. The driver (Ken) was FANTASTIC! On our drive to the hotel, he gave us a lay of the land of restaurants, shopping and amenities at the hotel. Would I stay there again? You bet!!

The staff were wonderful. They recognized that we were a large family group that had booked six rooms including a couple of suites. One of our group arrived quite late due to airline issues and a server stayed two hours over to provide food and beverage items.

Good location, tons of parking, very clean and quiet. However, no recycling of plastic bottles.

Great hotel that was very clean. It was close to an event at Raymond James Stadium that we were attending - about 1 3/4 miles so we were able to walk. The staff was very friendly and even got us checked into our room 45 minutes before check in time. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The only improvement would be to have a small restaurant/bar on site. They did have a commissary with decent options, but it would have been nice to order room service after the concert we attended. That being said, there are multiple restaurants within a very short walk so all in all, I can't complain.

Super comfy bed, heavy duty curtains that made the room dark, great AC and shower, bathroom was nice as well as the balcony area. Nice room layout, overall best stat! Would come back here :)
