I was charged for a parking pass for a 2nd vehicle. The room had 2 rooms and I believe Iisted 2 adults would be staying. Also, the website did not list that there were ongoing renovations.

The floors in the room were disgusting. When I said it to the front desk on the day we checked in, they told me the room would be cleaned 2 days in to our stay. When housekeeping came, they made the bed and brought fresh towels and still didn’t clean the floor. The hotel was also under renovations which wasn’t mentioned on the site. Very disappointed by the hotel cleanliness and wouldn’t recommend if you have young kids

In this day and age, you would like to think the aircon would be whisper quiet. Unfortunately the aircon here literally sounds like a jet engine starting up everytime it comes on. Everytime it does, you will be awake

Th e AC unit was extremely noisy. No hair dryer and after asking for one they said will send to room, never showed up. Front desk staff helpful but not sure they had the support they needed.

All was good. The only issue was the AC was very loud.

Sheets and towels had lint, hair, and were not that clean. They should fix their washer/dryers to clean them better. Also pool is ice cold no one should swim in it the entire time I was there. They also need to check shower, conditioner, body wash in the bathroom as ours were empty.

Our stay was amazing! Breakfast was great and staff were very attentive. Front desk was friendly and provided top notch service. Pool area was well maintained and great space to decompress from the day.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tampa Westshore! As a bonvoy rewards member we were kindly upgraded to a larger room which made a world of difference to our stay...so appreciated. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and even had gluten free options which the attendant was able to confirm for me. There was coffee and water available all day, and the pool had ample seating and was lovely to sit by. The hotel itself is very conveniently located...close to the airport, Raymond James stadium, and lots of stores. The staff here are terrific! Helpful and nice! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Had an absolutely great stay during the BTS concert in Tampa! The room I stayed in was very spacious, had good amenities, and was super clean and convenient. The property itself is very cute and had a lot of great conveniences during my stay, including a little area to buy snacks, beverages, and even instant/frozen meals. The area around the hotel is beautiful and has plenty of options when it comes to shopping, dining, etc. In my case, it was very near the stadium, which is initially why I picked it, but I would absolutely come here again even if I wasn't going to the stadium simply because the atmosphere was great. A big thank you to everyone who helped make concert weekend special for me and for a lot of people!

I stay here for the BTS concert and it was fantastic. I especially enjoyed talking to the nice woman at the front desk who is also Army. Give her a raise and extra time off so she can go see BTS in Vegas baby?

The hotel is fine, the . Accidentally left a backpack in the bench by front door after having to leave early and in a rush due to a medical emergency, came back after 30 minutes to find the backpack in the same spot(after speaking with the guy on the phone he said he was going to leave it right there) What a way to take care of the guest.

I'm not sure on the pet friendly, but the gym was awesome.

I did not like the customer service received from front desk representative. He had a very sarcastic tone and was not very helpful with solving hotel related issues. His customer service gave a poor experience at this hotel.

Typical travelers Inn. Everything about my room was “cheap”. Furniture, towels in the bathroom, etc. Further, this was one of the noisiest rooms I’ve stayed in. Figured out, when I turned off the HVAC, it got quiet. The shower door wouldn’t stay shut, making it difficult to bathe.

Heck-in was easy and staff were friendly. Our room was very clean. Loved that it had 2 bedrooms. It was perfect for 4 women. Having 2 bathrooms was definitely a plus. Would absolutely stay here again.

The room is very nice and clean, but we thought it was standard procedure for sofa beds to be made with linens. Was quite agitated to have to make a bed on arrival into the room.

I liked the breakfast, the stream feature on the tv , wifi and the location of hotel. The hidden security deposit fee for the hotel, that should’ve been detailed in the booking or the representative could’ve told me when i called like 2-3 times to make sure everything was good to go

The assistant general manager was super helpful and nice. She offer advice and encouragement to me and my son. I would stay there anytime I’m in Tampa. Close to mall and airport. Also not far from a park with a little beach front for family and fishing.

Unfortunately, due to a change in my itinerary, I requested to cancel the third night of my reservation—well over 48 hours in advance. The hotel declined to issue a refund, citing Expedia as the reason and claiming their hands were tied. To clarify the situation, I spent 30 minutes on the phone with Expedia, during which they contacted the hotel directly. It became clear that the hotel had misrepresented the situation—they simply chose not to release the final night. Had they been honest from the start, I wouldn’t have felt compelled to write this review. It’s disappointing, especially given the hotel’s convenient location near the airport, which would have made it easy to rebook the room for another guest. I genuinely wish the best for the staff and the property, but I hope they reconsider how they handle similar requests in the future. Transparency and a willingness to accommodate go a long way in building trust.

Close to airport. Didn’t use amenities except breakfast and that was great! The employee working it was very attentive to it and there was a good selection. The only thing that brought it down a notch was the floor in the room was very dirty. It wasn’t carpet but tile and there was hair everywhere.

The bank blocked one of them due to suspicion of fraud and charged me twice for the total amount of the reservation on another. The next day, when I realized it, I went to talk. They treated me horribly and did nothing to help me. They told me to sort it out with my bank.

The continental breakfast was absolutely YUMMY and a great way to start the day. Lastly, my accommodations were very nice and CLEAN! The bed comfy & the water pressure amazing - you don't find that often while traveling.

I didn’t like they don’t have actual cribs , they have only playpen . They should specified that on the web page since I choose this hotel for the crib.

Hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. 5-7 minute drive from airport, 20 minute drive to Busch Gardens, 40 minute drive to beach. Highly recommended

Love the stay here, room was a little warm though, ac didn’t work properly. That and the parking fee, I tempered it down to 4 stars.

Connecting to the WI-FI with some devices was challenging as the website to sign-on would not load despite several attempts. Otherwise, the hotel was outstanding.

Amazing stay. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Conveniently located to food, shopping, and the airport. If you’re going to a Bucs or Rays game, highly recommend staying here.

Stayed here for a game at Raymond James Stadium. Great property! 2 bedroom suite was larger than expected. Easy parking and lots of restaurants and shopping within a short easy drive.

The entire experience was great. The front desk manager was awesome. She gave us recommendations for Uber driver, directions to the stadium and places to eat.

I was very impressed with the location. Everything is in close proximity. If you ever attend an event at Raymond James stadium I highly suggest walking to avoid getting stuck in traffic. I didn’t like the limited parking on site.

Great stay! Good-sized room, and the full-size refrigerator makes it easy to not have to constantly stop and get water for the room, as well as snacks and ice. Staff is so friendly. Parking is easy (I hate having to pay for it, but it is what it is), no matter when you arrive back for the night. Great shopping and dining options nearby. Will definitely stay here again!

The AC in the bedroom was very noisy when it turned on that it woke us up everytime it turns on. We were booked for 3 nights. Not enough pillows available when requested for the sofa bed.

Shared this room with my brother, and the "two bedroom" option with individual bathrooms was a fantastic feature. The full kitchen was very nice also.

And let's talk convenience! Visiting our daughter at USF was a breeze from this spot. The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff? Absolute rockstars. They answered every question (even the dumb ones I probably asked before my first coffee) and honored every single one of our needs. It's official: next time we're in Tampa, you can find us back at the Residence Inn, probably fighting over who gets to sleep on the cloud-bed.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was perfect for me, my husband and 2 kids. Spacious and clean rooms/ bathrooms. Kitchen had full fridge, stove and microwave, which we ended up really needing.

Good customer service. Coffee always cold. Breakfast was ok- pool closes at 9 which was a bummer. Terrible WiFi.

I was told there were “only 2 ladies” working in housekeeping after we had returned at 5pm and our rooms had not been cleaned. This was on the second night of our stay. We left again and came back to a partial cleaning. Bed linens not changed or bed made, floor not swept. Breakfast ran out of several items before the 9:30 end time and again we were told there was only one lady working the breakfast area by herself. I felt so sorry for her as she was practically getting yelled at by another guest. This property has been renovated and is nice, the staff is nice but they clearly need more help. Maybe it was just a rough week staffing wise. Other than that, everything was fine.

Loved staying at the Residence Inn 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. Excellent. Will come back again.

The room was fine EXCEPT the noise from the air conditioners was like being on a factory floor. I have never been in such a noisy room in my life. The entire room vibrated. It is unbelievable that the designers / architect could have ignored this horrendous situation. DO NOT STAY HERE IF NOISE IS AN ISSUE FOR YOU!!!!

Location was good for an event we attended. Check-in was fast and staff was friendly, helpful and pleasant. Hotel was very clean. The room was clean and newly updated. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included, my husband ate, I only had coffee, and it was ok, we've had better breakfast buffets before. We would stay here again though.

Thought it preovided shuttle service to the airport, but does not. 😢😢

When I inquired about my missing belongings, they said nothing had been located.

We stayed for some meetings we had nearby the location, but it's very quiet, and the staff is very friendly and willing to assist in however they can.

Upon checking in I was asked what was the purpose of my visit which I found to be very invasive. The air condition was very loud throughout the night.

I was very upset that we were told that there were no two bedroom suites available shortly after our scheduled check in time, due to short staff. We were there for a big concert, so I was not please at the fact that the hotel did not prepare for such event. We were finally able to check in around 5:30 PM. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. I would consider booking again, only if there aren’t better hotel options available. The front desk guy was very transparent and worked really hard to take care of a long line of customers.

Breakfast was nice. Would have liked a little more variety with it. Housekeeping only came once (was supposed to come twice) and only did 1/2 of our place. They said the pool was heated but it was clearly not. Check in staff was wonderful! There was an issue with the vent light above the stove, but was taken care of quickly. States that 6 people can stay in a suite, but just enough dishware and utensils for only 4.

Clean and spacious rooms with everything you need. Great property. Friendly and attentive staff. Only thing that could have been better was the outdoor pool temperature was freezing.

Excellent all around

Everything was great except the air handler was very load. Sound like a truck was parked outside. Everytime it came on. It just about woke us up. We finally got used to loud noise and fell asleep

Please upgrade your A/C’s. The one in our room kept us up half the night. It was sooo noisy.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean and well appointed. The gym is about what you would expect from a Marriott property. The only downside is that there is some construction going on nearby. Couple that with the facility being near a pretty busy road and it was a bit noisy.

I love this hotel and the area. They have renovated the rooms and I wish they had brooms in the rooms - I feel like the floors get so messy so easily with no practical way to clean up other than getting on my knees with paper towels, et cetera. I also wish they had thicker blankets. I felt like their bedding was so paper thin. I do think the parking cost is crazy. For an airport hotel, charging for parking in addition to the hotel rate is just crazy.
