We enjoyed our stay at this property and would return. The hot breakfast was top tier and we really enjoyed being able to have that part of our day taken care of. The parking is a bit limited and having to pay for parking and then park across the street was not ideal on a rainy night but honestly that was not too bad and definitely would not keep me away. The room was sanitary but trash was left on the window seal and trash cans from previous guest. Not a huge deal but it was something we met the front desk know about when we checked out the next morning. Beds and room were comfortable though, bathroom was not bad, and the property in general was very nice. I would be likely to book this hotel again on my next trip to Tallahassee.

The staffing was friendly and made a great first impression. The breakfast offered variety and it was actually tasty. Our room was clean and walking distance to FAMU campus. Excellent choice of stay.

Our ONLY complaint is breakfast on Sunday at 915ish was a disaster...out of most items, no restocking. Stated closing time was 10am, so not sure what happened, but if you state a time until 10, you should be providing most options until that time, or at least run out in the last 15 minutes. Monday I was down there about 830 and 930 was stated closing time and everything was well stocked, so thinking (hoping) Sunday was an anomoly. Note that there is a $25/night parking fee. Parking lot feels small- not sure what happens when it's full and you need to park. Aside from this, we enjoyed our time here and it felt like home and would definately stay here again.
