I want to preface this by saying everything about our stay was fine except this one incident Sunday morning. As I was leaving to attend a meeting, I could hear noise in the hallway of the 6th floor. I left my wife asleep as she wanted to sleep in. It was the room attendant, a male who was letting doors slam or banging his trashcan against the doors or walls. This noise was being made at 9am. The trash can had casters so it should have rolled quietly. To top it all off you could hear him talking loudly on his cell phone on what sounded to be a very non-business conversation the entire time he was on the floor cleaning as he left the room doors open as he cleaned. We had requested a late check out of 12 noon, yet at 11:00 am, he began to knock on the door waking my wife whom I had left to sleep-in while I was in a meeting offsite. Does he not understand that some people stay in hotels on the weekends so that they can sleep in especially on a Sunday morning. There was absolutely no sense in the behavior of this room attendant. Sounded like he just plain and simply hates his job and cares nothing about customer service or respect. I have traveled for business and pleasure from Miami to Salt Lake City and have never experienced such a rude person! Don't know what his trouble was, but I did not confront him because I fear he would have escalated based on his demeanor.

I stayed for 3 days and the internet wasn't working, so I couldn't use the TV. I told the staff, but they didn't seem to care at all. After asking them to fix it for two days straight, I finally gave up. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who plans on doing more than just sleeping there. And if you need to work, you better bring your own Wi-Fi.

Before arrive I received an email stating the pool was heated @ 78 degrees and open until 11pm. That was false the pool was freezing at 930pm when I asked the front desk about it she stated the engineer would need to be contacted. So I said forget it. In the room there was a dirty rag left hanging from the shower rod from a previous person and the Netflix app on the tv didn’t work. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Hotel was nice, our room could’ve been a little cleaner. It just looked like they cleaned in a hurry. Enjoyed the free water bottles. Parking was a little cramped due to events spaces on the lower level being used but it was nice that they had over flow parking in a field across the street. Overall I’d sta here again.

Under contruction, staff not very friendly and took shower long time to get hot. Not what I expected for a Marriott property.

The room was not the cleanest and there was obviously some kind of water damage to the ceiling. There needs to be better maintenance and cleaning of the rooms. The parking was another issue as there were two vehicles with trailers that took up numerous parking spaces. They give you ear plugs as the rooms near Tennessee are noisy.

Property was clean and check in was smooth. Unfortunately we did not have access to our television during our stay. Could not get access at the front desk from room phone and had to use my cell phone to call the checkin desk. Television was never fixed and was given the excuse that there are several rooms that are having issues with their televisions (someone did come to the room to look at it). We had three adults in our room but there was only enough amenities for two. (Coffee cups &Creamer)

The person that checked us in was phenomenal. She was smiling, kind and very thoughtful. We were actually excited to see that she was working the next morning and still smiling! Excellent employee!

The hotel is outdated and if you get a room on the street side, you will not be able to sleep and unless you use the earplugs that they provide for you. The TV sound for sleep did not work so I recommend you bring your phone with white noise if you plan on sleeping at night.

The hotel itself was great! The only downfall is they did not have espn to watch the games but they were nice enough to offer us breakfest. The downfall of the whole experience was that YOU EXPEDIA charged me over a $100 more for a room than the hotel did for the next night! I will never go through Expedia again!

The room was ok . It was not as expected from previous stays. House cleaning tried yo enter my room without knocking or announcing themselves at 9 a.m in the morning a d mu check out time was at noon. I was definitely not pleased. Front desk staff was not as friendly as usual.

We had a very comfortable stay. The king room was spacious and well-appointed, equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, which was very convenient. Everything was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully set up. Overall, a great stay and a solid option, especially for travelers needing comfort and functionality.

The stay was awful because the traffic in the evening was loud. There was no warning of the noise that this hotel obviously gets all the time. The kind note that they leave with some ear plugs made no mention of the exact reasoning for them besides a nice night of sleep. I honestly dont think they would of helped the loud situation outside. The road noise was unbearable. I did not sleep either of the two nights I was there. Hotel should work with law enforcement to stop the drag-racing (without proper mufflers it sounds like) that continues past midnight and resumes at 5 am down Tennessee.

As I walked in, I was greeted by the smell of smoke. One of the workers was smoking by the door. As I exited, the same thing happened. My room was “upgraded” and I was underwhelmed. Very small, the carpet smelled, tv barely worked, etc. Nothing that I was used to. The carpet smell is all around the hotel. We didn’t stay until checkout because we weren’t used to that and didn’t feel comfortable. Also, my boyfriend came up without a key. How did staff know that he was really my boyfriend and not someone that was stalking me? The lady at the front desk was nice though. (They were talking when I walked up for check-in and check-out though. I had to wait for their convos to end) Either way, never again will we choose this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located and met my needs. The front of the house staff including the supervisor were excellent and attentive. The restaurant personnel were courtesy, friendly and helpful. My only other feedback is that the other restaurant’s cook(s) must practice heating guest food properly over expediency to prevent the guest from taking an additional trip downstairs to re-warm the food themselves each occasion.

I stay at hotels around the world. What I loved about this property is that while it is an older property, the building is well maintained. The rooms are great and the beds are so comfortable, that I stayed an extra night! I would highly recommend this property. It is centrally located, from my room with floor to ceiling windows, I could watch the traffic drive by. There is a nice restaurant and bar which is open till 10pm. The Front desk staff was really amazing! My dog loved visiting too! Stay here!! You will like it!!

We booked a single king bedroom but were put into a double full bedroom, had to take all our luggage back down to the lobby to get fixed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but facing the street it was super loud. A lot of cars with music blasting, at least two times police or ambulance sirens screaming by. The hotel had a ear plugs in the room so I guess we should have known. I wouldn't come back.

We stay at Four Points every time we are in Tallahassee. The rooms are always immaculate, the beds are super comfortable and the staff is always friendly with a smile on their faces! The pricing and location to FSU Campus can't be beat!

I am VERY picky and we stay here every time we are in Tallahassee. The cleanliness of the rooms can't be beat and the beds are the most comfortable you will find! The hotel bar also offers good food and great drinks.

The space is a little awkward, I accidentally took service elevators multiple times.

The front desk staff was very courteous. The room was mostly clean. I found a piece of metal wire on the bathroom floor. The trash cans did not have any trash bags in them. The charger power strip in the desk did not work properly.

The ac unit was blocked by the table so it was hard to get air to the whole room. We ran out of body wash just after one person showered. The location was fantastic as it was close to the stadium.

There was an unattended barking dog locked in one of the rooms which barked incessantly from 4 PM to 10:30 PM. The noise was bothersome for the entire floor. I am OK with having a pet friendly facility but pet owners should not be allowed to leave their pets unattended for extended periods of time.

Good location but SO loud (traffic, sirens). Earplugs were provided which was a hint and they were indeed needed. Hard to get a good night’s sleep. Coffee was replenished after my first night, but not the creamer, stirrers, etc. TV’s sleep sounds offering didn’t work. Just loaded for an hour.

The property was clean and the location ideal. Charging 5x on game day is wrong. I expect to pay more during a busy weekend like FSU home games. Double or even triple is expected. But 5x is just greedy.

When I finally got there, they told me our room still wasn’t ready. Other guests were also waiting, so it’s clear the hotel is extremely short-staffed, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of accommodation or communication. It felt like they used that as an excuse not to let my husband check in earlier. After this experience, we won’t be staying here again.

Restaurant is way overpriced for what it offers (breakfast). I would not recommend on-site breakfast, but if it's the convenience you're looking for, it will have to do.

This place has better potential. The TV’s in the room are too small. There needs to be better lighting outside for the parked cars in the back and for guest safety. Any criminal can wonder through those cars unseen. I can’t recall but I don’t think there were camera’s outback; while there is some lighting in area it’s still too dark and unsafe. The staff was very nice and helpful, Excellent service.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! Friendly service and for the most part rooms and hotel were clean-coffee cups in room had been used though. Our hotel door lock had to be serviced during our stay due to a dead battery; we were locked out temporarily but issue was fixed rather promptly.

The next day we didn't have service, possibly because the maid was scared off by the dog in a nearby room that barked every time someone walked on the hallway. The dog's owners did have the courtesy to yell and hiss at it about as loudly as the dog barked, but based on how well that worked he maybe thought they were just joining in with him. The carpet cleaning crew did manage to brave our canine protected floor, which left the room damp the rest of our stay. (They warned us about that getting done and I get it, but it was one more thing on the overall stay.) I won't be staying there again when I go to Tallahassee. It's a good location and could have been a nice stay, but it definitely wasn't.

Parking was limited and a bit of a hassle when you have to hike all the way back to put a parking pass on your dash. Customer service was poor. There was a family leaning against the desk, loudly talking and arguing. The staff made no efforts to maintain a professional experience. The check-in process was made difficult because it was hard to hear. They continued drama in the driveway, blocking it from other guests. The man checking in never smiled or made conversation. He did not give me any information about the hotel or options like breakfast. He handed me a room card and that’s it. The property itself was basic but clean enough and comfortable for a one-night stay.

We came for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday and had an amazing time. This might have been the best hotel stay we’ve had. Perfect location. Tyler at the front desk was friendly and very professional. Our waitress at Juicy Blue was very attentive and catered with grace. The property was tidy in and outside. The housekeeping staff is doing an excellent job because the rooms are very clean and the hotel smells amazing. All amenities are exactly as shown online. We loved that it is also handicap-accessible all over. We will definitely be recommending this location to our friends and family back in Georgia! Overall 10/10

Self parking is fine when there's someone to help w bags. Had to carry items in the rain from parking area to check-in. Then had to go back to place a parking validation ticket in car! Room was small. Desk area had old food crumbs, bed was not great. What should be a simple ice machine had operating instructions on the wall like a framed picture to the right of the unit so you dont see it coming from the other way. Even housekeeping didnt know how to use it! Someone during the night knocked on my door and twisted handle! Likely lost. Food ordered in restaurant did not follow food prep request and no croutons on a caesar sala.No room service so you have to go down and get it, and still charged a service fee like room service!

Nice welcoming staff A hotel with a mixed identity while I’m aware that Marriott owns Sheraton it’s an uncomfortable mix between the two. Great breakfast and great staff. It has some good qualities yet it needs some maintenance and a lightening up. The downstairs lobby is where the light and bright ends. Once you get in the elevator everything’s heavy and dark thereafter. Ice machines don’t work, ceiling tiles falling out walls are SO dark linens are scratchy and the TV don’t work. The lower lobby was dirty as well

The hotel is well located, a little noisy, because it is in front of a busy avenue, but the room was comfortable.

There was no iron or ironing board. Room was small. No vending machine only the panty which is very expensive.. other than all that it was ok.. lol

Very nice property, clean, no smells! and comfortable. With that, my particular room had a terrible squealing noise after toilet flushes that lasted about 1 minute each time. Quite annoying. The sink had no stopper so my toothpaste cap fell down the drain - there really should be some type of stopper in the sinks. Not a biggie for the cap but it'll certainly contribute to a clog if other guests drop items in the gaping sink hole. I requested and was granted a late check out of 1pm - however housekeeping tried to come in my room at 9am and then again at 10:35?? I was only staying one night so I couldn't understand why housekeeping was so intent on cleaning my room when I was checking out that day (so they would've had to wait until after normal check out time anyway??) THAT was the most annoying because I tried to plan to sleep in and have a slow morning by requesting the late checkout and to have housekeeping knocking (and one time entering!!) was quite frustrating. I gave 4 stars because despite these things, I would stay there again. The staff I encountered were all friendly.
