Breakfast was great and the room was perfect, but it was your staff that exceeded all of our expectations. Everyone was so friendly! This is kind of silly, but I have a very sensitive nose. The hotel has a very strong herbal smell in the reception area. Also, when coming out of our rooms on the third floor - there was a very strong perfume type smell. I understand if there is a bad smell that the hotel is trying to cover - but it really was strong. Maybe cut back a bit? Sorry...I told you it was silly...but it really was a strong smell that got to my head a bit.

The hotel is very beautiful and tastefully furnished, and it is in a good, central location. The breakfast is also very good and absolutely worth the price. I had booked a single room and probably hadn’t read the description carefully enough. When I arrived, I was very surprised to find that the room was more like a tiny chamber, located directly next to the elevator, which was also very audible. For around €150 and in a four-star hotel, I am honestly quite surprised that such a room is offered at all. When booking, you should therefore make sure to check carefully what kind of room you are getting. As a result, I did not sleep well at this hotel.

Charming pet-friendly hotel with great location. Well-airconditioned, beautiful room. Only a glass wall (not see-through, but 100% hear-through!) between the room and the toilet, might be uncomfortable for some.
