The breakfast was good and the location easy to find. We paid to park about lunchtime and returned after dinner to check in. At 8pm the room hadn’t cooled. At that time the front desk said the AC hadn’t worked all day and no one was coming to fix it. They gave us a fan. We opened the windows but the lights on the front of the building lit up our room like a purple disco all night. So it was hot and bright. Two of the worst things for sleep. If they’d have shared at lunch or check in we could have found another hotel. The parking lot is like going into a dirty Batman cave. Doesn’t feel safe and our large sedan felt too big to park. And you pay for the privilege. Also the shower head is weird. Why is it in the corner?

Excellent experience. To my pleasant surprise, I was upgraded to a Superior room upon arrival. The staff were welcoming and professional, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall stay exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture and would gladly stay here again.

I liked the heated towel racks. The downstairs lounge area was very nice. We were able to check-in a little early. The stairs were hollow and it sounded like elephants walking around throughout the day and evening. There was no shower door and water got everywhere. We cold not adjus the shower he's to avoid hitting out faces so showers hadtpbe taken with one hand holding the shower head. There was zero bathroom counterpart for toiletries. I had to ask for more hand soap, but the shower wash also needed to be refilled and this was not onserved by housekeeping. The faucet was dead center in the middle of the sink and we could not wash our faces. The cleaning staff did not take our dirty cups and glasses so we had to wash them with hand soap. Our coffee and stirrers were not replaced by housekeeping and we had to ask for refills. We had to ask for our floors to be vacuumed. Our window view was the freeway off ramp, a deserted parking lot, a filthy roof top and graffiti. There were no nearby restaurants. The neighborhood was sketchy. We were accused of having a breakfast when we did not. Finally, no English channels were available and the TV was not a smart TV.

Staff were nice, Breakfast good. It's a bit too far out of town and not an pretty neighborhood. Also the rooms are a bit dated and the very small lift broke when we were there.
-
We had a very nice room Lift was broken and they didn’t seem very concerned about getting it operating or helping with luggage having to be drug up the stairs.

The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was fabulous!

Attentive staff Location away from bus station

excellent breakfast, poor location

Beds were good, the breakfast bar was pretty good with lots of choices and the staff were really friendly. There was a little elevator to bring us up to the second floor. The lady at the breakfast bar was fantastic and a great help for our tour. No parking, they had a garage to park 400 meters from the motel @ Euro 20 per night. The shower was absolutely shock horror. The shower hose hing in the top left corner of the shower and sprayed everything but the body and the floor was soaking. This was not an accident but how it was. You had to take the hose of the hook to keep it close. Also no milk for coffee or tea and no fridge.

The top of the shower head probably wasn’t cleaned since they opened the hotel. As the shower head was leaking and making noise dripping, they put a towel in the shower, which was very wet (not sure how long as it was there) and became quite disgusting

The room interior is classis strasbourg beautiful and very clean!! I love every detail of it!! Very very my taste, very classic, i got upgraded it's a very perfect room anyone can dream of
-
Good sized room. Somewhere to sit as well as a comfy bed. Friendly staff. Breakfast available. Great italian restaurant nearby. The shower! Badly positioned and had to hold with one hand so water didn't go all over the floor and out the door to the carpet. Be aware location is a disance from the main part of the old town. Suggest buying all day transport ticket to save energy for site seeing.

Nice brekfast, friendly stuff, good location Carpet and curtain smelled of dust, the toilet smelled of sewage. No sound insulation I heard the neighbours well. The gym is useless with its low ceiling.

Polite staff Uncomfortable bed

Room and hotel was cozy and clean and everything was perfect. Room was small but I felt it was fine for the price and I wasn’t traveling to spend ages in my hotel room anyway.
-
the room was on the ground floor, next to the reception. sometimes it was noisy. i think rooms shouldn't be on the ground floor at all
-
Staff was moderately nice and the price was OK compared to other hotels during plenary sessions of the European Parliament Good sustainability efforts in providing a water fountain on the ground floor but there should be one on every floor Needs major renovations, especially the bathrooms, the hallways, the elevator and the entrance
