Nice dog park in back. Not the best breakfast. One rude staff member. Took my dog outside and upon coming back in to get coffee in the lobby and go back to my room. The staff at the desk flipped out about it. Hilton charges 75$ to have a pet, yet staff is rude about getting a coffee with a pet.

It was a nice hotel for a quick stay.

The gym area was nice. The hotel seemed clean inside and outside the rooms. It was nice to have the suite. The kitchen area was nice The fresh fruit was the main good feature and the coffee/tea. The breakfast food was packaged food. When looking for a hotel; it said a hot breakfast. So, I assumed cooked food. The texture wasn't good on the hot items. The potato wedges were the best hot food. So we just had cereal and milk with fruit. The cereal was a bit old/stale. The fresh fruit bowls and the coffee/tea stand were good! The baked cookies in the evening was a nice treat. Night shift guy, after 11 PM, wasn’t very friendly or helpful. My daughter needed help at the counter purchasing some snacks and sat at the table and watched. Did not come to the counter to help but rather waited for us to find him. I was told the lobby tv could not be changed. It is set to stay on the weather channel. I have stayed at other Home 2 Suites and this was not an issue. I have been given the remote to change the channel, no problem. Back to the night shift guy. We ordered a large meal to feed multiple families to enjoy in the lobby. This came with a large box. We used the box for our trash. Rather then just leave it there, I asked him if there was a large trash can to out this, perhaps the kitchen as a large enough bin. Instead of displaying good customer service and handling this for me, like many other hotels we have stayed in, he had me dump it all in a small trash can then breakdown the box to fit. This allowed him to continue to sit on his laptop and be unbothered.

I also took some clothes down to be washed and they dry cleaned them when i asked to only wash them. Other then that my stay was okay.

This hotel is outdated. The light above our bathroom flickered when you turned it on plus the bathroom is super small. Carpet looks old and gross. Our AC worked great and staff was also sweet. But we will be booking a hotel that’s updated the next time we visit.

Super clean rooms. We actually moved from a different brand hotel to this one and we were very pleased after having a horrible experience at another hotel, which was not the same chain as this one.

I liked the property very much until some of my personal property disappeared from my room. I asked them to find it giving the benefit of a doubt to the cleaning staff who may have mistakenly taken it while cleaning the room. It was not found. It was not returned to me. I received no feedback from them on what had happened. Very disappointing.

Omari is always courteous, respectful, and genuinely friendly towards me everytime I'm here. I'm on the 3rd floor on this visit, and there were weird clicking noises in the middle of both nights that I was here. Kept waking me up

We enjoy booking a hotel with a suite that includes a separate living area plus a kitchen. When we checked in they informed us that our room was not available but they could put us another room that was not a suite and my brother who was on the trip would get his own room at no extra charge for our entire stay. However, they called us around 2ish the next day and informed us that our suite was available and we would have to move to our suite. So we had to drive all the way back to the hotel, pack and move to our new room which was an inconvenience. Plus we had roaches in our room too which was gross. There were two really sweet front desk ladies that helped us. Carmen however, was not that sweet and had an attitude.

I liked that they had a yogurt machine...however ontop of the yougurt machine needs to be wiped down. The free breakfast was amazing! I've never stayed at a hotel that had such a variety of choices and they were different every morning for the 4 days I was there. Maria does a fantastic job plus she was so friendly and helpful you really felt like you were home! The rooms, lobby, and hallways were exceptionally clean and well cared for. My only complaint is the pool area has 3 lounge chairs and all 3 were ripped off the frame from the foot 3/4 of the way to the back. They weren't safe to even try to sit on.

The breakfast was subpar. Their method of serving eggs, sausage, hasbrowns, etc. didn't do the job and food was lukewarm at best. And please don't keep the butter so cold that it can't be spread on a waffle. And the waffle mix was too thin. The oatmeal container was overfilled with water and it was boiling out the sides of the pot and could easily have splashed boiling water on a guest. Pretty much the worst self serve breakfast I've had in a long while.

During a downpour the staff have to put towels by the rear door of the building since water was pounding outside of it and was threatening to come in. The lobby access from the driveway also get flooded. The hotel has Poor drainage resulting to a room that was moldy and wet with a wet dog smell. The breakfast was barely ok. The staff preparing breakfast seemed rude and was not so friendly. Only Carmen the manager and a a guy who managed the front desk at night was friendly plus a maintenance person. Everything about my stay was perfect. There was near by restaurants as well as being near by to the freeway. My absolute only complaint was the mattress. While I did not expect it to feel like o hold I did expect some degree of comfort. This mattress left myself and my boyfriend extremely stiff the next morning. We tossed and turned the entire night.

Should consider to move this set somewhere else.

The staff was professional, personable, and accommodating. Omari made check in a breeze. The room was clean, though it didn't smell the freshest. They allow pets which for me I'm not a fan of, but that's for another review. Overall, I would recommend.

This was a perfect locatio to go places around HOU even to the beach. The hotel itself was nice, very clean, good selection of breakfast and there’s coffee all the time any time, the pool hours are nice, you can stay there til 11pm. Nice kitchenette.

Great stay with family. Every thing was great about the hotel (beds, ev chargers, service etc). The only recommendation is to improve their bug treatment, as we saw one cockroach and 2 centipedes in our room during our stay of 7 nights. The staff was kind enough to send a service technician the next day to spray insecticide and offered us a different room, but we did not move because rooms available to switch were smaller in size and there was inconvenience of moving our stuff from one to another.

Easy on and off freeway. Close to Pappadeaux for great food. Dog park on property was especially large. Good hot breakfast. Good example of this brand of hotel which we frequent.

Staff was very nice. A lot of sketchy activity in the parking lot and immediate area. Kids left alone in cars and wondering inside hotel. Smell of marijuana constantly. Lost power several times. Had to use cell phone to call front desk and ask for the breaker to be flipped each time.

It was a wonderful stay,with friendly hardworking staff,if I'm ever in the area,home suite2 would be my place be.

Wonderful one night stay for my daughters birthday sleepover! Room placement was just as requested and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would stay again!

We were there for New Year’s Eve! The room and the lounge were clean! The shower was perfect! Close to everything Only recommend a concrete walkway from parking lot to the front entrance of hotel instead of having to walk around the grass area with luggage! Otherwise great stay!!

We stay at Home 2 suites frequently. At this location the staff said it was HILTON that stopped china coffee cups in lobby. Breakfast was very limited. Recently stayed at another Home 2 suites and this was not the case. Disappointed

The stay and staff were great. Pool was not working but everything else was good.
