We enjoyed our stay! Our room was really comfortable and spacious. The front desk staff was helpful and check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of room to sit. It is conveniently located with restaurants and shopping close by.

Great hotel. Great breakfast. Staff was very friendly. We stayed here for an event in the Woodlands and it was a good location. The only downside was that we were there for 4 days and the housekeeper never cleaned the room. The sign in the room said the room would be cleaned up every other day, but our room was not. Despite that, I would still stay there.

I stayed at [North Hilton Houston ] recently, and while the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, there were a couple of issues that really stood out. First, as soon as we entered our room, there was an unpleasant odor that made the experience less enjoyable. It seemed to be coming from the room itself, which was disappointing considering everything else looked clean. Second, the breakfast was a huge letdown. My family and I ate there, and unfortunately, we all experienced stomach aches afterward. It was concerning and put a damper on our stay. Overall, while the hotel has potential, these issues need to be addressed for guests to have a more enjoyable experience.

Cleanliness of the area. No snack hour as promised, no hot water for my shower, although my room was waaaay on the end of hall, a lot of commotion around me, beds were not extremely comfortable, and check-in wasn’t the best due to the gentleman barely saying 2 words to me - no instructions, thanks, nothing. A lot of “oops” for the price.

Breakfast was awesome and very clean! The sausages could have been cooked a bit longer... I have stomach issues so I was not able to have any with breakfast.

I always stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton whenever I travel or for emergencies. We had a power outage due to a storm and Homewood Suites was my first go-to hotel!

I mistakenly booked this stay on booking.com for Friday night, instead of Thursday night. Fortunately when I got there, there was a room available, and they were able to book it at the rack rate. Unfortunately for me, while I immediately canceled the friday night booking, the hotel refused to refund my fees, even though I did actually stay there the night before. I know it was my fault, but paying for a room twice, means this was a very poor value.

Used this location. We hosted a meet up with my son’s friends after an outing. It was perfect. Will use again b Everything was perfect. There was nothing to dislike. I just wished there was flavor creamer available during breakfast.

Property was gated which made us feel safe. I loved the surrounding gardens and how clean the property was. The rooms where spacious, clean and comfortable, I loved the kitchen area and all utensils available. My favorite though was the staff, politeness and professional. And pet friendly! Will be my to go place when in Houston area.

There was only one elevator working and made some terrible noises when moving. Room was clean and comfortable, only downside was the bathroom did not have an air extractor. Also, a safe was in the list of ammenities but there was no safe in the room. Staff was great.

Location is wonderful. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The hot breakfast was delicious. The service was excellent. Evan at the front desk was a delight! He was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!

The sofa bed needs to be tossed out, it sold no purpose as far as sleeping on it would be like sleeping on springs, horrible. Couldn't use it. Pillows were too soft.

This was a last minute decision and I didn’t really get to look at pictures and I was amazed with the setup and everything went perfectly fine! We went to the swimming pool and ordered snacks! The solucion that the manager gave me was to leave the hotel at 10 at nidht with two small children to look for another hotel. I’m still waiting for Hotels.com to see what an arrangement they make for the difference in price and the inconvenience.

Kitchenette was great! Had everything!! Nice rooms and property! Only complaint is that you cannot turn the room temp below 68. 68 degrees is too warm for sleep. The ceiling fan helped, but it's not a comfortable temp for me. The stay would have been excellent otherwise!

Had a great time and the rooms were nice. Wish they had smart TV to sign into Streaming services. The remote was unreliable. They need better poolside furniture with umbrellas. (The picture shows umbrellas at the pool. We asked. They don’t have any.)

I was supposed to stay for entire week but we couldn’t do it. It was hot and stinky in the halls, musty in the lobby and the room didn’t smell or feel clean at all. I will definitely NOT be back. This was my first and LAST time at a Homewood Suites. Not to mention, we stayed over a week ago and they still haven’t released the final bill!!!! We were supposed to stay a week but could not bare it and left after the first night. We ended up driving 7 hours that night risking falling asleep on the road because it was just too uncomfortable. The beds were not comfy and the room temp was off. I don’t know if the air condition was broken or what. I almost forget to mention they didn’t clean the room after the first night. What kind of hotel... I am shocked that Hilton let this hotel affiliate with them...

- I picked up bags for my family. They contain a Water, tangerine, nutrigrain bar, and a bagel. The bagels in all 3 bags picked up had issues. One just had mold on it - mold spots, the other two bagels were coved in a mold powder and a blue green color. When the bag opened it had dust smoke. I thought I should inform the front desk about the issue so they can correct it or if others had reported issues. I showed them the issues and they told me they would not eat them and did not seem too concerned about the issue. They told me they do not pack the bags and they will let management know about the moldy bagels.

Very clean hotel! Rooms were sanitized and I felt very safe. Only complaint was our bed kind of dipped in the middle so my husband and I kept rolling towards each other but it was a nice stay. We will definitely return to this hotel when we come back to the Spring area.

Our stay was Fantastic! My husband and I took a Weekend trip to the Woodlands from Houston. I believe the prices were fair, I was pretty bummed about not having the nice breakfast due to covid, but i understood and The staff did provide a bagged ready to go breakfast. The hotel room was clean and perfect, the Staff was Friendly and helpful. I need a bandaid since some shoes I had caused some wounds, and the Gentleman at the front desk found some bandaids for me. I would recommend this Hotel to any one and I will be returning if I am staying in the area. They also had some cute books for children for sale and I thought that was a nice treat so I could take something home to our son from our stay.

We liked that it had a washer/dryer. This was wonderful for a family of 4 staying 3 nights. We evacuated for Hurricane Delta and had no power at our home when we returned so it was nice to wash our dirty clothes. We were upset that they didnt have normal breakfast. Staff was amazing though!
