Great hotel in an awesome location. The team at the front desk was polite, fast, and helpful. My room was super clean, modern, and really comfortable. I loved being right in the Cityplace area—it's super convenient and a really nice neighborhood. Highly recommend if you need a solid place to stay in Houston.

It’s not the worst but for the money, I expected not to see these things. These seem like simple fixes that no one paid attention to. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the hotel itself is beautiful. Would stay again. Just maybe not worth it for the Executive Suite splurge.

The hotel is located in an amazing neighborhood, with a beautiful pool and stunning views that made the stay even more enjoyable. The internet took a long time to connect to my devices. Although you could sign up as a Marriott member on the spot to get access, the connection was so slow that you were essentially forced to pay for higher speed. For those of us traveling for work, reliable internet is a must.

Honestly I was beat up after the flights being canceled etc. and all of them, by being kind, made the day bearable . Thank you . I also joined the Marriott club I think thanks to Gary and Kendall .

I liked the hotel location because it is very close to the workplace I came here for. What I did not like about the hotel was that, at the beginning, some of the reception staff were not very friendly or cooperative in the way they dealt with guests, especially considering that this hotel belongs to a globally recognized brand. In addition, the cleanliness of the room was poor and did not meet the standards expected from a hotel within the Marriott chain.

Very nice stay. Front desk workers were excellent and very pleasant. We enjoyed our New Year's eve stay! Thank you! nothing.

No valet staff after 11. We ended up parking on the street. Gentleman (I won't mention his name), said he would take valet charge off our bill or we could park a space in front and still pay for valet. The other option was to park on street for free. We parked on the street both nights. Upon check out, the charge was on the bill for two nights, but was corrected after I told them we did not valet. The other thing was the floor in the bathroom got wet from water from the shower.

The housekeeper stood outside our room loudly talking to someone on speaker phone for at least an hour before we left. So from about 9 am until 10 am. So basically a lot of unprofessional and rude staff made our stay less than exceptional. We won’t be back.

Thank you for your warm message. I would be happy to share my feedback about my recent stay. I truly enjoyed your hotel, its atmosphere, and the location. The area around the hotel is beautiful — with lakes, walking paths, and many birds. I even recorded a personal vlog there because it felt inspiring and peaceful. It is the kind of place where people come to recharge, practice yoga, walk, and do sports surrounded by nature. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the Hewlett-Packard headquarters is located right next to the hotel — it feels like a wonderful environment to work in. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and has a pleasant fresh scent when entering. I would like to express special gratitude to the front desk manager who checked us in. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name, but he was very attentive and kind. He offered a more comfortable room option for the same price right away. At first we declined, but when we saw that our room had only one bed, we returned and he helped us again — thanks to him, we stayed in a room with two beds and slept comfortably. His attitude and service were excellent, and it really mattered. The room had clean bedding, good air, comfortable temperature, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. Breakfast was not included in the room rate, but it was not a problem for us. This was my first stay at Marriott in this location, and I am very satisfied with my experience. The staff of the restaurant was amazing! Very attentive for our lunch. And the portions were generous. Our room was 7006, and the A/C was not cooling. The thermostat showed the room temp to be 66, but it was hot and uncomfortable all night.

Had a fantastic stay! The area around the hotel was beautiful, perfect for nature walks, with a peaceful lake and plenty of greenery. The room was spotless and super cozy, and the pool was a great bonus. Lots of great dinner spots nearby too. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

From my check in to check out, everything was superb. I have never met a friendlier staff. Even when I strolled in the extremely early AM hours. If I am in the Houston area again, I will only stay here, period. Thank you for making this trip a great one

This is a beautiful hotel in a quiet area just south of The Woodlands. Easy on/off I45 or Grand Parkway. The service was wonderful.

The hotel rooms are very nice, clean, so cozy. The hotel itself has a nice family-friendly atmosphere. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room included a fridge, which is essential for us, and although there was no microwave, one was promptly provided upon our request. The multifunctional lobby was a highlight, allowing us to grab a bite from a nearby restaurant and enjoy it in a designated eating area. Afterward, we were able to relax on lobby sofas, choosing a comfortable spot to unwind and chat. We THOUROUGHLY enjoyed the lovely lake views, with benches and tables around the lake for relaxation while taking in the sights of the WATERFALL and the beautiful Greenery around us. There are cute restaurants within walking distance. Common bond and Island grill did not disappoint! Island Grill served the absolute best omelet I've ever had! It wasn't too cheesy or too fluffy. It was perfect! Anywho, the area seems to be a newly developing community. Overall, it was a delightful and relaxing getaway that exceeded our expectations, and we eagerly look forward to our next visit.

This property is beautiful and a lot going on around it. Unfortunately, we had a short stay due to our son’s baseball games but I’d love to come back for a longer stay.

I picked this hotel because it’s close to home and I walk in that area a couple times a week .I was very disappointed because the pool and pool area were closed due to the pool being out of order .If I had know this I would not have chosen this location with so many nice places to stay near by that did have pools available .I did not know the pool was unavailable until I went down to the front desk with my bathing suit on to ask for a towel .Stay wasn’t the same because that pool was one of the main reasons I went .

There seemed to be an odor as of an animal. The toilet wouldn't flush later that evening. However, that issue waa quickly reaolved by staff.

We were here because we were attending a 75th birthday party and so we booked this hotel because of that. We did not realize that city place was business district and that there were no shops and very little restaurants around. I imagine for the business travel and convention go this would be an excellent place. It’s a very beautiful hotel Has lots of places to just sit around comfortably and maybe chat with your business associates. Definitely not family oriented. Lovely property. We came in through the parking garage. We should’ve come in through the front of the hotel like we normally do and we would’ve known that , there’s lots of free parking on the street and safe because there’s nothing around.

Property located in a bad abandoned area it look sketchy as soon as we walked in decided to give it a try because we are not familiar with the area but as soon as roaches started appearing in the room and our son ended up in the hospital because of animal bite at the hotel from we don’t know what we left the place.
